I have had the pleasure of ordering from this bakery A LOT. And having tried a good variety of what they have to offer - cakes, baked treat baskets and tins. This is my partner and I’s go to for birthdays and celebrations. The quality is outstanding, and delivery is always on time and stunningly presented. They’ve even facilitated orders very last minute, and their communication and customer service is second to none. Have ordered for delivery in London and outside of london - london deliveries delivered in house and external by courier, never had any issues! If you haven’t ordered from Beverley Hills Bakery, you should! You will never be disappointed. Big appreciation to Manuel at the bakery also, you are a star!

Amazing service every time I place an order. Delivery is always fast and arrives earlier than expected. 3rd time round, I placed a late order and got it the very next morning just in time for a birthday who certainly enjoyed the gift basket. The gift baskets has always been our go to!

I'm glad I took the plunge and tried this place for the first time. The ordering process was great. I was impressed to get a call to clarify details. The package when it came was beautifully presented. The delivery was exceptional too, perfectly timed with a polite and lovely delivery man. The cake was beautiful, scrumptious, tasty and fresh and well worth the money. Even my hubby loved it! It went down a treat. Sometimes you just need to send something perfect to someone you love in London (I'm in New York), and on those occasions -- the Beverly Hills Bakery is a most magnificent resource. Not only are the cakes wonderful, but they can be delivered at reasonable price and with champagne, roses, and care. Maybe the best part is that the people behind these cakes are so kind, and so happy to be speedy and helpful in their planning of deliveries. 6 stars out of 5.

I recently got a cake as a gift for my brother, and it was absolutely amazing! The cake was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly delicious. My brother shared it with our neighbors, and they couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. They said it felt like they were in heaven with every bite 😍✨. This cake made the celebration extra special, and my brother and his wife enjoyed it immensely 🎉. The delivery was quick 🚀, and I was very impressed with the service. I am especially grateful that I could create a celebration for my brother even though I am 2700 km away, making him feel like a part of home was with him. Every year for my birthday I get a birthday cake from Beverly Hills Bakery. It must come from there. I will accept no other cake that’s how good it is. It’s a double layer chocolate cake. It’s divine and among the best things I’ve ever tasted in my life. This year my husband failed me. He got a cake from Beverly Hills Bakery that was a very good cake (everything they make is wonderful) but not my special cake. I was very sad so he quickly reordered but later than the cutoff time on my birthday because we didn’t realise the error until later so I wouldn’t get the replacement until Monday. I emailed them on a wing and a prayer and they made it for me - it arrived bright and early the next day on a Saturday. I could not love them more than I do at this moment. They helped make my birthday. Amazing cake and amazing service. I cannot thank you enough!

These people are AMAZING! I found out a friend of mine was seriously ill in hospital and thought I knew where he was for the Classic Gift basket to be delivered. When Manuel tried to deliver the hospital had no details of my friend. He then went through all the patient lists and even tried to the private hospital next door as they couldn't get in contact with me as I was abroad. When Manuel eventually could get hold of me and I'd found out my friend was back home, not only did they say they would bake and deliver a fresh batch of goodies for the next day, he also said he would deliver it to my friend's house even though it's outside of London and normally wouldn't go that far, and also at no extra charge! These guys are total heroes and I've been reliably informed the baked goods were delicious (and plentiful!). Thank you so so much Manuel. You made a stressful situation a beautiful example of human kindness :-)

The service is excellent. Manuel has help me to reschedule my delivery because the restaurant do not able to receive the cake so I was trying to contact the customer service to change the delivery address at the very late night on Friday. Luckily I have received a call on Saturday morning 830 and the driver is able to change the delivery location which I’m very grateful for the company to offering this last-minute changes for my order. My friend and me really like the cake. It is very present of packaging is very professional. I will recommend to my friend to order in the further in the Beverly Hills Bakery.

From my first telephone enquiry to the consumption of a beautiful and delicious cake I was completely satisfied with Beverly Hills Bakery. The box in which the cake arrived ensured delightful presentation from beginning to end. I've never used them before and after some on-line research took the bold step of ordering from them. I couldn't have been more pleased. (I chose the Pistachio Delight - the vanilla cream cheese frosting was delicious!) Thank you.

We were so pleased with our cake purchase. We live in Canada and were happy to easily order on line for our London relations. The chocolate drip cake with rasperries and great chocolate was delivered on the correct day and arrived in a ribbon wrapped box. Photographs of the cake have been sent to us and it looks magnificent! We are told it is great to eat and looks good beneath all the chocolate/. We would be pleased to order again if the occasion arises and might have you send a tin of your good looking baking products to our son in Texas!

I have been using Beverly Hills Bakery for 16 years for gift cakes and baskets and for personal use. Their products are always delicious and their service impeccable. They go above and beyond. They are also more reasonably priced than any of the other bakeries. I have tried all the “fashionable” bakeries and their cakes simply don’t compare.

I ordered some last minute pecan pies from Beverley Hills Bakery when I couldn't find any other bakery who would agree to help me. They called me back straight away, booked me in and the pies were delivered, fresh out of the oven less than 12 hours later. Best Pecan Pie I've ever eaten - and incredible service. Would HIGHLY recommend.
