Lovely place, making Urmston a little brighter we think !!!!

Busy popular venue for drinks and/or food. Good menu and convenient for lunch or breakfast. Works as a bar in the evenings too. Plenty of seating as there is a first floor area also. You can order from your phone using their app. Not as cheap as Spoonies of course, but more choice and has more interesting dishes. Recommended.

Come here regularly for lunch with friends or family it's great has lot on offer everyone staff are nice, great for children as well, also dogs few times been in there have been dogs I don't know rules I never taken a dog, I recommend the burgers, tapas or the bang bang noodle dish Cocktails are great too

Enjoyed a family meal on a Sunday evening. Food very good. Service could have been better. Table not cleared until we left. But on the whole good for the money.

Our go to for coffee and the odd brownie👁️👀. Very relaxed and cozy.

The breakfast was average & the service was terrible. Bacon was cold & flatwhite lukewarm. The staff had no personality & didn't show any sign of caring about their jobs. Looks like they didn't even want to be there. They were just going through the motions. No one made any effort to even talk at all. Received a very dirty look & zero response from the male who brought our teas when I asked for more milk. I'll take my business elsewhere to a place that looks after their customers.

Went in today for a family breakfast. Coffee was lukewarm, bacon one side was cold (it got replaced). Staff not really welcoming, one male waiter didn’t even acknowledge us when we asked him for some more milk. Shame really, never had this experience before in there.

This is a great bar with good food, never had a bad meal here. The staff are great and it has a good vibe.

Went in today for the first time with my toddler Staff are so welcoming and kind I didn't know what to expect and I'm so happy it was so easy to order food because I was just on my own looking after a toddler. Would definitely recommend 👍

I’m allergic to egg and they wouldn’t let me swap the egg for a sausage. Also we had to clean our own table when we arrived.

Always very busy, which is a sign of a good bar / restaurant. Background music is of an acceptable level of which you don't have to shout across the table to friends. Drinks prices are much higher than neighbouring establishments. Good selection on the menu for all inc customers with allergies and competitively priced. Good food. Service is average, but bar service by some staff could be better. They cater for younger children by providing high chairs and games etc.

Lovely place to meet up with friends and family

Love The Lounge, this was our first visit to this one and it was great. Although surprisingly busy for a lunchtime (compared to others we've visited), the staff were friendly and attentive. The duty manager was available to take our gluten free order with speed.

Went for the lounge breakfast was delish throughly enjoyed it. Service was friendly atmosphere was chilled 😊

First time here. A friend told me that Bevano had the same menu as the Benito Lounge in Chorlton. Great! My Dad turned 87 on Halloween and Benito is one of the only places he likes. Sadly, the menu had recently changed so Pops didn't get his chicken truffle after all. Not to worry, the (very) young fellow at the counter was so helpful and patient. There was a separate vegan menu for me. We had Moroccan Aubergine and lamb. Plus orange juice, tea, brownie with ice cream. Dad had such a great night and so will you if you go there!

Great selection of food, and fantastic options for gluten free. We had the tapas Tuesday offer (3 tapas and a glass of wine). The food was good but wine not great (still drank it of course). Nice warm atmosphere. It would be great if they had a lower alcohol larger available on draft such as a Carlsberg or Fosters.

My only gripe would be that I don't like eating when there are dogs in, shaking and barking

Went for brunch. Great menu, staff and service. Ordered through app at table. Plenty of seating. Free parking for 3 hours in centre.

Great restaurant chain with a varied menu and really good quality meals. They made a mistake with our order which was quickly rectified with many apologies. Our meal was replaced, refunded and with a complimentary coffee. staff professional and the food was amazing, will definitely return.

I am very disappointed of this place. Everytime I go, the service is worse and worse, and the quality of the food, the same I am not coming back ever again.

Good bar food and cafe. Food is of good quality, well cooked .Staff were great quick service and served with a smile. We've been a few times and always come away happy.

It's OK. A bit boring now, due a change I think, but that's just my opinion. My son loves it here.

The vegan and vegetarian option are delicious. My son opted for steak and he was impressed by this also. It's becoming a real family favourite.

We visited to enjoy a lovely lunch but also in support of the Macmillan nurse bake sale. We had a delightful experience as allways. Lounges bars are reassuringly consistant. With fresh tasting ingredients and the perfect balance of flavours. We have travelled around the country and visited a few Loungers bars but Bevano is our favorite. Filled with light and smashing staff.

We've been here several times for breakfast. Between us we've had various different things. Always been great quality and cooked well. My partner is always complaining how the toast elsewhere isn't done both sides. NOT here, she's never had to complain, so that's always a big positive. I've had the big breakfast and it more than filled me but I wasn't going to waste any. The veggie breakfast is also excellent. I'm sure we'll be visiting many times in the future. Great place, relaxed atmosphere, that's dog friendly too.

Great place to eat. Took my aunty for her birthday for some food and drinks, Steve was really helpful serving all of us, even fixing one of ourorders from the kitchen that came out wrong. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate or a betterstaff member to serve us

Visited for a quick breakfast with my sister on the morning of my birthday. Really great service. Breakfast was delicious. Service was fantastic and really friendly. Can’t fault the place at all.

I dined at at Bevano Lounge on Saturday 17th August with my daughter. I'm Coeliac and follow a gluten free diet. When we arrived , I spoke to a member of staff about my gluten intolerance and the fact that i am Coeliac, she said the manager would deal with the order because of this. She gave us a gluten free menu for myself and one for my daughter who isn't Coeliac. I wasn't going to have the chips with my meal as I'm always nervous that a fryer may be contaminated . We were reasured that it's only used for chips and assured it was safe for me . 2 to 3 hours later after leaving the restaurant I was very sick , vomiting and diarrhea all night . This is the reaction I get when I have ingested gluten . It's very serious and takes a long time to recover. I felt dreadful . This can only be as a result of the meal I ate at Bevano, I had not eaten any where else and only ate my own gluten free food which I am very strict about . I contacted the restaurant by email and phone to report this . Jeri the assistant manager apologised for my inconvenience and said that their procedure is to complete a form on line with the customer and forward it on to an outside agency who deals with it. This was all done verbally . I have requested that he email me w these details and the name of the outside agency who is dealing with it and who I am waiting to hear from. Jeri was very helpful .

Decent brunch, all ordered via the QR code, so don't be waiting for someone to take your order like I did! Nice venue, busy

5 stars just isn’t enough! The whole team here are fantastic so lovely, friendly and super efficient and give a quick service. The food is fantastic so tastey and well priced and they have plenty to keep children entertained and great food options for them. I can not fault the service and the quality of the food is fantastic. Super accommodating for people with disabilities too really friendly vibe with great decor too Will definitely be going back again… and again Thank you so much

The Bevano Lounge is a nice place with delicious food, but I have to say that there is never enough staff at the bar, and it takes a while to be served.

Went in here for lunch as I have to have gluten free due to being coeliac.excellent menu loads of choices to have.lovely food,great atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff.would recommend to go even if not gluten free as had an excellent other menu.it gets very busy.

Went here for bite to eat on the way home, quite a lively atmosphere I haven't encountered in a lounge before with music etc. Wasn't a bad thing just not expected. The food was good and hit the spot

Nice place for a bite. We have been here many times morning for breakfast, evening for a meal. Food is always constantly good. Casual, nice atmosphere highly recommended.

I regularly go here. It's one of the few places in Urmston that gets sunshine all day, and you can sit outside. As one of The Lounges chain, the food and drinks are the same as all the others. It's good quality and tasty. Even the salads are nice. Although I will regularly have the large all day breakfast which is a good size. The pricing is ok. Not cheap, but not crazy expensive either. the décor is similar to all the others in the chain too, which is basic but nice, with lots of pictures in the walls, and hanging lights from the ceilings. The staff are always pleasant, and the service is good. I usually use the App, so I can be lazy, and a beer will arrive at my table within 5 mins usually. So can't really fault it. If anything, they can sometimes take a while to clear the tables, but that's clutching at straws. Keep up the good work 👍🏾

Waiter was fab and really interacted with my grandchildren. They love him. We go regularly. My grandchildren call it benanos x They love to give their drawings to the staff and they are always kind to them. X

Lovely place to hold a top-level meeting. We all enjoyed our lunchtime meal. But couldn't drink because we needed to have our minds in changing the world.

What a lovely atmosphere. The only niggle is it's a shame you cannot book a table apart from over 6 or more as when its busy you would need to wait for a table to become free.

It's a nice place. Nicely decorated, and the food is varied.

This is a nice place to meet friends for coffee. The food is good, but my favourite is the all-day English breakfast all set in a retro style theme.

Best staff and service. Came on a busy Saturday with three kids and four adults, there were no free tables but the manager, Steve, and front of house staff (especially Sarah) were superb and organised a table for us. They really went above and beyond. Great experience as always! We come regularly and can't speak highly enough of this Lounge

Bevano is a great bar that has good food and a great atmosphere. We go at least once a month for food and drinks and it's always good. Can't go wrong with this place 👌

Me and my boyfriend come here ALL the time and we love it. It’s my favourite place I always feel so welcome here. Shoutout to Hayden- a friendly and cheerful member of staff, and Steve and Leon who are always kind and chatty with us. We couldn’t recommend Bevano Lounge highly enough! And thank you for all the lovely staff members, some who I have mentioned, and all the other wonderful people who work here too! Thank you to all the staff for the amazing food, drinks and service!

I enjoyed a tasty lunchtime deal which was value for money.

Had a great evening attending the weekly retro games night. Nice little setup of all the best retro games. Host was very knowledgeable and passionate about the event. And great to have the bar manager getting involved too! Great atmosphere and staff interactions as always, will be returning soon.

The vegan options are great but it’s a little expensive.

Good first impressions until ordering food. Received awful quality food, rude staff and ignored requests about the food. Would not recommend to anyone. Unsanitary, with hairs in drinks and sticky tables. Toilets are not maintained and completely lack any paper. Bad vibes all around, ashamed to have brought a dear friend for a meal here.

Another good example of a smart Loungers. I enjoy visiting the Lounge bars and cafes, I didn't expect to stumble upon this one in a suburb of Manchester. Good service, clean throughout and a vibrant atmosphere.

Chavsville eat your heart out ! can be a bit boisterous at times, in general not that great a place to go.

When I want a decent coffee in a relaxed atmosphere I come here I love the smell in here its very inviting , love eating here on warm days by the open windows the flatbread dishes are very tasty, I love the goan cauliflower curry and they make a banging coconut cappuccino/latte and flat white . Very cute that dogs are welcome and always water available for free.

Dog friendly, lovely staff and customers... but avoid those metal chairs outside if you're going to be there longer than 15 minutes! 😂

I initially dismissed this place but great food and warm atmosphere keeps us coming back! Very family friendly and chilled out - lots of prams, breastfeeding and good baby change facilities. Pet friendly too - love it when there's dogs in here! Menu is vast so you can always have something new. It's a great place to meet and chat without spending too much. Staff are always dead nice too.
