Turned up just near closing time but were allowed in, with a warm smile. Had great coffee, listened to some wonderful music (full of memories) and enjoyed a scone with Jam and cream (or cream and jam). Hot chocolate with marshmallows looked fabulous too. What a nice atmosphere and wonderful friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, made to feel welcome. We ordered 1 cream scone that came prepared, ie, scones cut in half, bottom covered with jam then squirty cream on top, no jam on top half which was just put dry on top of squirty cream! We also ordered a portion of chocolate cake that had a small amount of blackberry? jam on top and squirty cream on the side, served on a small saucer. A pot of tea and small latte completed our order and we were charged £20.20. A coffee shop nearby was offering a cream tea for two for under £15 and served with proper cream, that's what I call value for money. Wouldn't recommend or return!

No very impressed, small portions and extremely over priced! thought we had found a lovely little hidden gem being off the Main Street, The owners/ hosts of the establishment/ pawn shop were extremely nice and welcoming but got the feeling the place had only been open for a short time as things didn’t seem very efficient or organised especially for being the only customers in there it took near 40 minutes to receive food which raised hunger levels even more to then be let down like a balloon.. honestly though we’d ordered from a kids menu, my coffee had very little actual coffee in it and being a flat white I can’t imagine what a latte would be like “ just hot milk” and for £3.75 not including oat milk!!. My kids are 6&7 and were given silicone baby cups one with a very dirty top inside! But the main disappointment was portion size, Italian eggs- Italian egg’’.. 3 pancakes no bigger than the bottom of a mug! The food did taste nice but not for the price. Italian eggs, 3 pancakes, 2 flat whites and 2 tap waters we spent £38.00 and all left still hungry having to get something els to eat!

Well worth finding this little gem café - follow sign. We had a breakfast sandwich and a Roasty Toasty. Both were very tasty and set us up for the day. The café interior has interesting features and the cow shaped milk jug cute. Seems like a new business trying very hard to succeed. Good luck!

Fabulous find yesterday afternoon. My hubby and I were made to feel so welcome. The food is all homemade, locally sourced and an independent business. I highly recommend that you visit here and where else can you browse some really good second hand buys. We came away with a Nikon camera and some beautiful crystal champagne glasses. We will certainly be visiting again when we next visit beautiful Bowness on Windermere. Food Quality 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Value for money 10/10 Service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10

The food here is top quality; the chef (or cook) as she named herself pays so much attention to detail. It's a very small kitchen but the food produced is wonderful. I had the slow cooked beef shin and my wife enjoyed the Feta cheese baklava, the wine was delicious shall definitely return.

We stumbled across Betty Fluffs looking for a mid afternoon snack. A wonderful quirky establishment with a very welcoming staff. My wife and her sister were treated to Italian eggs which was a delightful change. My brother in law and I had homemade Pea & ham soup accompanied by sourdough toast. A taste sensation. Highly recommended little find.

Terrible customer service! The young girl at the till clearly did not want to be there. She was huffing and puffing at customers! Yes, it was very busy as yesterday, 15th October was a beautiful autumn day but I would think they would be glad of end of season trade! I could not sit down because they were so busy so opted to ask for take away coffee and cake, only to be told by her 'I'm not doing take away'. Really? The local co-op is closed for a refurbishment and they really could capitalise on that if they employed more capable, less miserable staff! Shocking!! Won't return!

There are 2 adjacent restaurants. One is vegetarian, the other not. We went into the vegetarian one as my wife is. I am not. The food was excellent, including for me. The staff are friendly. The prices are very reasonable.
