Had a delivery and the food was immaculate, really fast service

Betsy's for me is one of the best burger places I've ever eaten at. The burgers are on point, the chips are crispy yet fluffy and the large portions of chicken tenders are so juicy and seasoned. I'm never disappointed when I come here and I love the fact that everything is branded and high quality. Their drinks menu has flavours that differ from the generic and overall I'm always gassed when I eat from here. It's definitely a treat to go here! Try it, you really won't be disappointed!

Called restaurant 1 hour after delivery time told 20 mins. They then turned off the phones and just eat orders closed and they cancelled the order after over 2 hours waiting for food. Disappointed as although we use regularly is over priced

Great as always only issue was the mac and cheese. Normally love the mac and cheese but seems they have made some slight changes to the recipe and put spring onions on top now. Much preferred the way it was originally done. Burgers are always gorgeous and we may be addicted to the Naked wings and the waffles.

Changed delivery time to 45 minutes later than originally gave us , food was cold

i ordered from the one in town and it did not meet the standard of my food today, it was AMAZING. i was also given a lovely note and confiding i live 15-20 minutes away my food was piping hot and my fries were not soggy. what you get for the price is so worth it. i have honestly never been happier from a food delivery!!! i will 100% be ordering again <333

One of my favourite fast food places! There's a large variety of food to choose from and the staff are always super friendly. The milkshakes and cookies (which are bigger than my head) are also my favourite! Definitely recommend!

Great tasting food, delivered hot and earlier than anticipated. Took a chance with the ‘Homer’ burger and was very pleasantly surprised!! Would definitely have it as a meal bundle, it was weirdly delicious. Mac & Cheese was *chefs kiss* best I’ve ever had. Been a while since I’ve ordered from here and the rest of the food was way more salty than I remember but we still enjoyed nonetheless

have worked my way through the main menu, everything that I'd like an haven't had a single bad bite of food. with the runnin discounts n deals offered this place is amazing value for money an the food, oh the food! the beef smash patties are to die for. the milkshakes and sodas are refreshing. the skin on fries so filling, highly recommend the seasoned , all 3 flavours are spectacular and unique. I ordered at 21 June at this Betty's and I have ordered a chicken burger that was very sloppy no salad no tomatoes just the chicken and sauce and pattys ( wich wasn't what I ordered ) The whole delivery was over an hour late and I tryed to get a refund because my food was cold and I was there over an hour starving ... that's absolutely unacceptable... so I called the restaurant to ask politely for a refund and they just told me they agreed to pay me back ... now its 4.july and I still haven't got a refund .... I will never ever order from this restaurant again ... I ordered already twice in past and everything was fine ... until the last order at 21june .2024 ... I would not recommend to order there again !

The food was a big disappointment not worth the money for what it was very over priced and cold when it arrived the milkshake was appalling it wasn’t thick it was runny. Unfortunately won’t be buying food from here again.

First time at Betty's Burgers in Wednesfield. Parked in the Eurofit car park next door which was empty and there was a sign saying 'parking for Eurofit customers only during operating times. Its double yellow lines on the street at the venue. Ordered a classic Betsy burger with fries and grape soda for £7.95. It was less than 10 minute wait as it was being freshly prepared. Delicious burger, filling and tasty. Loads of fries and given a choice of dips. No toilet facilities. Only 4 barstools for dining in. Worth stopping here for a burger and fries.

I've ordered from here a few times. The food is always hot & fresh. This time I ordered the Big Poppa meal. It was huge!

I like Betsy's. I have only been to the one in Lichfield before this. The chicken tenders are great and I would recommend them. Unfortunately, however, the food was really late. We were told it had arrived when it hadn't. When it arrived the chips were stone cold and cardboardy. The burger was tasty but it was too small and expensive. They left a hand written note which was nice and the delivery driver was a nice person but the late delivery and cold fries puts me off ordering from Betsy's again. I think I would eat in next time.

Food was hot, fresh, delicious, the order was bang on nothing missing or put on that wasnt liked. Really could not fault it, lovely little note in the bag too ❤️ highly recommended wouldnt go elsewhere

it was horrible ... I sat over an hour to get finally my meal ... and then I got disappointed with a burger that wasn't the burger I ordered at all ... just chicken and the bread and some sauce that's it ...

Food portions are extortion. Not the same as the pictures provided. Lattes have spilled in transit. Missing food items. Not happy! Cookies and cream frappe has no toppings and WATERY! Not frappe consistency at all andNothing like the picture at all.

Delivered fast. Food was hot and tasted amazing. Everything was as I ordered and no items missing. Nice note with my order saying thanks. All in all a great experience. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

£17 for burger and cold fries never again

Food took over 2 hours to deliver . The ETA changed several times and the message came up asking me to "enjoy my food" came up over 40 minutes before my food arrived. There was a message inside my delivery asking for a 5 star review - but as the food was stone cold and the slurpee was melting, that's not going to happen. I did speak to the restaurant when the food was 2 hours late and wasn't even offered any compensation. Horrendous service

Food is always lovely, never had a bad meal from there, food always delivered on time and is not cold like you would expect when having a takeaway. Would recommend ordering from there if you fancy a burger and chips.

I ordered lunch(before 1:00 pm) to be delivered. Initially the ETA was 13:50 but that soon changed to 14:10 - 14:30. It's now 14:53 and I'm still waiting. To say I'm unimpressed would be an understatement. I haven't marked the food as it still hasn't arrived but the store via Just Eat has refused to refund me any money because of "heavy traffic"

Ordered from here a few days ago, and noticed the delivery time was being pushed back, it was initially set to deliver at 2:20PM, and got pushed back, which I don't really mind if I have to wait a little longer. Food is still delivered at exactly 2:20PM with a little sticky note that said "We are really sorry for the delay, so on the house we included some extra wings, hope you enjoy and Thank You" With the best drawn smiley face I've ever seen. Can't fault anything, great food, even better service, definitely order from this place!

My go to place to order from everytime at work. 1 Because they have the best food and many options. 2 they deliver the fastest. Food is always fresh and consistent here. Have never had a bad meal ever and I am a regular here. My go to meal is the classic Betsy meal with their freshly fried wings and sriracha dip. Their brownie is the best brownie I’ve had in my life and their vanilla milkshake is amazing not too sweet and not too thick either .Highly recommend this place :) Betsy’s definitely need to open a branch in Birmingham.

Order never came kept phoning restaurant and they kept saying it will be there in 10 minutes & still no Order pathetic

Absolutely shocking over 1hr late and food was delivered cold this is after I received a call saying they had a sauce with the delivery car! I was told it will be with me in next 40 minutes and arrived 1.5hrs later COLD! Milk shake had turned to milky water and coating had fallen off the cold chicken chips were like ice need I say anymore imagine the burger
