Best Kebabs in Moray

£50 spent and they must have been training a new chef as everything was awful. Complete waste of money. They even messed up the salad.

just moved in so thought i would try but that is first and last for me. if you ask for salt and vinegar they don’t give you it. very overpriced, took one bite of donner and couldn’t eat any more. chips were dry. tiny pot of garlic mayo. £20 for one meal

I vowed never to use this place again but a friend brought me round a Donner kebab. Firstly, the price is extortionate. It must be the most expensive Donner in Scotland. Secondly, it tasted like utter garbage. I said to my friend to never get me food from here again.

I have bought feed from here quite bit and go for the Shish Kebab, Donner Kebab or Pizza. All are very nice and the staff are friendly.

Been a customer since they opened. Over the years have spent several hundreds of pounds & more. The food quality is decent, but the prices keep rising and the delivery charge is extortionate having gone up to £10. I always spend over £30 so this seems very high. I waited 2 hours for my order, then having phoned in they say they've tried to contact me 3x to tell me the delivery charge has gone up. So I cancelled. I checked my account and it had the right phone number, they also have my email. Having been a loyal customer for years I find the customer service pretty shocking. I understand they're a chain/franchise but this is not how you keep customers. 1 star for terrible customer service. You make a bigger loss from losing customers than money grabbing over delivery fees. Happy new year to you too, but you won't be getting my recommendations or business ever again. Well done!

As the last two months have gone on, this regular order to the same address has become worse and worse.......too much cheese, too less meat and salad and dressings......not to mention the absolutely dreadful lower pasta level in this so called authentic dish, stop going the cheap route, chicken bursur has pitta on the base, take note

I had one off great dinner service there saslik kebabs are super very friendly I loved the foods staff was helpful.

I am usually a big lover of Best Kebab Keith as they do my pizza exactly as asked and at a reasonable price. However I have just paid £40 for x2 12" Americano with extra toppings and x1 Ham & Pineapple. They charged £2 PER EXTRA TOPPING!! I was charged £12 for toppings!? Absolutely ridiculous seeing as how the last time I was only charged £28.30. DEFINITELY not worth it either. The Pizza's were cold by the time I arrived at the stated 15 minutes for making and there were barely any toppings on the pizza's. I wouldn't be terribly upset, however the last time I bought my daughter a kebab it smelled like sweaty workmen, however I tried not to let that one ruin our usually good service and let it slide! Not the same with the new owners!

Amazing food. Big portions and so tasty. So kind and lovely and they're quick and happy to help. Quick delivery too.

Home Delivery an hour later than booked food cold this isnt the 1st time.but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Even when I rang I got fobbed off . Wont be using them again the food is good but dont advertise a delivery time if you cant fulfill it .
