Good value fish and chips massive portions very kind staff super clean and attentive

I used to love going here as it was the only place that would follow food instructions and it was always nice and hot when it arrived. I’m not one to normally leave negative reviews but this needs to be said! I don’t know whether the owner has changed, staff has changed or what but the last few months the food would arrive cold, dry, chips undercooked and the last time I ordered (before this one) half of my order was missing. They may have tried to call me but without leaving a message how am I supposed to know if they did or didn’t? Then roll on to today and half my order missing AGAIN but then the order was freezing cold, chips undercooked, saveloy (the ones that actually turned up) were still really pink in the middle but brown by the skin. To add more issues they are supposed to label food if it has any allergens or spice etc and I’ve never had any issues ordering a salad before yet today I order one and it has chilli on it!! I am highly allergic so had I eaten the food (it had to be chucked) I would have ended up in the hospital!! Then adding insult to injury I found a hair in the salad and let’s just say it wasn’t from someone’s head!! So if you’d like your food done properly and not throw money down the drain find somewhere else so you can actually enjoy your food!!

The shish was mouth watering. I loved that the juices soaked into the pitta bread. I will definitely order from here again. 😄

Decent food, but very slow service and quite expensive; preference of cash over card.

Food was hot and tasty. Salad was packed separately and the sauce. Only thing was the chilli sauce could be hotter but was good. Would order again!

Dont wana waste any money in this place delivery to my door opened up the bags and chucked it in the bin all the meats smell only thing going in the chips STAY AWAY kebab like chewing a out of date cardboard not really one for reviews but F..kin waste of time this place

First time using this & I'm very impressed, fast & efficient service. Food was hot , Delivery man very pleasant, So sorry didn't have enough to give a tip. Next rime though.

Ordered lamb kebab and chips, meat was done well done as asked and recieved the selected salad that i asked for in the leave instruction box, meat was tasty, pitta bread was seperate as asked so was not greasy, chip shop chips was nice

Really disappointed as this used to be a great place. But unfortunately today the food was stone cold and the chips were barely cooked and hard. It really is disappointing as I used to order here regularly but think I’ll give it a miss from now on.

The chips are very soft and no sauce

The food was inedible. My friend ordered cuury sauce and chips which was frozen and microwaved including microwaving the chips. I ordered cheesy chips and the same thing happened they microwaved the chips. They were still cold and tasted old we both threw it away waste of money.

Restaurant followed my specific requests, food was fresh and tasty

Ordered lamb wrap not mixed wrap . They sent a mixed wrap . I also ordered a lamb kebab with no chilli in salad . They sent chilli in the salad. . They didn't read through written instructions for my order.

I ordered 3 mix kebabs and not only did he try to cheat me out of £10, but my friend puked after eating it and I couldn't eat it.

chips like crisp the delivery Guy went to another restaurant and got more orders so the time for my order kept changing the last time I ordered my chips never turned up I used to love this chip shop but since they started using jest eat its gone done pl us the 🗃 they use makes the food taste funny

I payed for a half. pounder and chips but got half a portion of chips a half pounder was lovely but the chips were half the size normal portion

Sausage in batter was nice as well as the Onion rings The chicken Kebab came without salad and Sauce which I asked for so was very dry as well as the chicken slightly over cooked was just chucks of chicken in a dry bread Have ordered from before and was much nicer so hopefully just a Glitch this time Thanks anyway

Was delivered within the time frame and the food was okay so much to choose from wouldn’t rush to order from them again but I wouldn’t not use them again.

Not the best! The fish was dry and stale. There was more dry, crunchy batter than fish. Threw half of it away. I requested a large portion of chips. Got a small portion instead. Unsatisfactory, poor service.

Unfortunately, the quality ofthe food was not great at all!

It came on a decent time but the chicken fillet burger had a BONE in it and it looks like it was cut in half and random salad thrown in it not great won’t order again.

I don't know why I bothered leaving a note for the batter on my fish to be cooked soft. I could have easily used it as a hammer. Total waste of £27. And the chips were no better. Disappointed!

Food was well portioned and tasted great only negative was from the delivery driver who was very rude as he couldn't see the big white sign i pointed out to him with the door numbers.

They’re not called best kebab for no reason. I’ve been going here for years and it’s the only kebab I’ll eat. Good portion size. Tastes great. The only thing I would like is for them to add sauces to the menu so you can purchase more than one and a option to remove salad items if you wish.

Good chip shop the food is reasonably priced and the service is good. Only downside is that u have to make sure u get fresh chips cus I hate when a good amount of the chips are un edible.

Edit. My meal was cold, you got really good chips but they are coming cold!!! Same like doner meat!!!

This is definitely the best kebab place in London the food is always nice and fresh and the the delivery people always nice and polite...it never disappoints 5+ stars 💯

I called up the restaurant to ask for 2 garlic sauces in containers. And the person I spoke to was very nice and said yes no problem. I really appreciated that and the garlic sauce they have is incredible. Very good customer service and the food is delicious.

The food was too cold for a shop down the road from me

The two men working bullied a man with mental health whilst me and my girlfriend ordered food. He came in and asked me to buy him food, they taunted him saying ‘you can get free pizza next door’, when we asked if true they laughed and said no. Vile people, deeply inhumane.

Don’t eat here😂 the food is awful especially late at night, we found a good piece of metal in one of our kebabs once too

Ordered cheesy chips and nuggets, which came to £8.90, when on the board it says it was £6. Saw the staff there talking about the cheese tub but didn't think too much of it. Got home and the cheese was mildly.

Excellent fish & chips and the portions are unbelievable. Delivered in less than 30 minutes. Hot and tasty food. 10/10

If you’re black do not go there. The man is racist. I witnessed him treat a customer very nicely before I asked my for my chicken fillet burger and chips which cost me £7.50. Whilst he served me he gave me the look of contempt, upon handing me the food he put nothing in the bag like forks, and the standard so I asked for ketchup and the look he gave me!! Then I asked for a fork and serviette and he said “anything else for you, are you sure, are you sure” in a sarcastic and confrontational manner. I left the food on the counter because I did not want to eat from such a disgusting and ugly person. £7.50 out of pocket but couldn't bring myself to eat their food after that. Utterly disgusted.
