Esta es nuestra segunda visita a este establecimiento y antes de que ambos estemos totalmente impresionados con el servicio que recibimos del personal y la calidad de la comida es excepcional Honestamente puedo recomendarlo a cualquiera y solo tienes que probarlo por ti mismo, ya que es extremadamente difícil describirlo con palabras!

Hassan en la tienda del corredor de asesinatos Bradford fue absolutamente increíble. No podía decidir qué bebida tomar, me ayudó muchísimo y me fui con el mejor batido que he comprado de bayas. Era exactamente lo que necesitaba. Hassan era extremadamente amable, sus habilidades de servicio al cliente eran excelentes y me fui como un cliente feliz. Volveré defo de nuevo debido a su servicio y su increíble sacudida. ¡Gracias!

Ordered Jammie dodger milkshake. Upon making the shake , I asked the staff if they used biscuit. They said yes. Upon leaving the store I quickly realised that this was a lie. Ice cream was used instead. If I knew that the biscuit was not used I would not have ordered. Don’t think I’ll be going there again!!!! Can’t be doing business with liars. Female staff with Caucasian skin and tattoo on her arms who lied to me. Asked twice also & lied with a smile.

Today we visited Berries and Bagels in Bradford Met family they recommend we visit here. We were not disappointed The bagels were so fresh and delicious also very filling. The prices were also very reasonable Staff were polite and friendly Kam one of the owners came over to check we were ok and enjoining our meal. Thank you soo much for the delicious mocktails

Great shakes. Very nice and tasty. Thick and tasty. Quality shakes. Probably the best in Bradford as far as I am concerned

The food itself took ages to arrive despite us being the only 4 customers in the store. We waited a while for the food to arrive and considering its next to the univeristy they should take into account that we have to be back for lectures. We ordered bagels and chips. The bagel mostly consisted of this orange, plasticky and extremely salty cheese that overpowered the actual taste of the bagel itself. For the amount we paid which was around £6 it was awful. My friends a portion of cheesy chips with jalapeños, they asked the cheese on top and jalapeños on the side but got both of them at the side and yet again the weird smelling cheese ruined it, the chips on their own were fine. Would not recomend the place at all especially for students.

I ordered for collection A bagel meal. I received a burnt bagel and bruised/blue salmon. It’s not quality of what you can consume. I called the great Horton road branch to get swore at by a European women who can’t a pull a proper sentence in English just because I was given a burnt meal. Rather than taking ownership the customer service was shocking. Then I called to state what on earth is wrong with the women to get called a bitch by a road man. Ridiculous and shocking. How can a establishment employ such people.

What can I say the hype paid off food service was on point definitely one to recommend for everyone who wants something different and tasty Was a pleasure can’t wait to come again

I placed an order for myself and a friend online as it was advertised they were doing 20% off online. Once I’d placed the order the 20% wasn’t deducted however I carried on and place the order come to collect the order 40 minutes later (after being advised it’s only take 20 mins) my order wasn’t ready I was waiting outside for a further 15 minutes come to collect the order I was given the wrong order I then drove back to get the remainder of my order that was missing I was told to wait in the car without an answer for 15 minutes while I was waiting at least five people got their food before me (bear in mind the food that we’ve got is in the car getting cold). I began to notice people coming back to complain or return their orders as the staff seem to have been getting several orders mixed up. Having worked in customer service for over a decade I was Not only surprised but disgusted by the two young blonde girls that were serving at the store. About 50 minutes later I approached the girls to ask for an ETA as I was rushing. They were vulgar to say the least. The way I was treated & spoken to is absolutely unforgivable. Thus, left without my food. An hour of my life I can never get back! I will NEVER be returning here again. You’ve lost a few of your loyal customers after the experience we’ve endured. Literally the worst! Teach your staff the value of Customer Care!

We have just received our delivery, the milkshakes are to an excellent standard, from ordering to delivery was very easy. Delivered within a reasonable time.

Staff was Very rude didn’t make it warm n welcoming, would not recommend to girls t go sit down, also 1 staff was sat in the corner playing on her phone and pull insulting faces 😩

The first time i have been there and ordered a takeout. I had ordered a waffle dessert priced at £4.95 and when i got home opened it up it was soo small maybe a portion for a child. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

Visited this place today, the girls working there are obnoxious, rude, unfriendly. Food was cold stale and preheated. Would not recommend to anybody who is actually hungry or in a good mood. No wonder the place is empty, they need to recruit better staff who don’t mind getting you drinks without attitude and reply to cold food as it’s supposed to be like that. I’m a 25 year adult who knows when something is fresh, I payed for my food and service and regret it.

Ordered a few waffles a rolly polly n cookie dough,waiting time for food to come wasnt so bad, we were taking out so wen our deserts came in small containers i tort mmmmm ok..on opening the containers i tort i cud av just gone to asdas bort sum waffles n put sum sprinkles on them with sum melted choc spread n threw sum stawberries on them, they looked as thou they had kids in the kitchen having a go at making waffles,waffles were horrible,burnt frm the bottom so small for wat u pay..total rip off. Cookie dough was nice if i could get it off the cooking paper they used as was stuck on like glue..n rolly polly was jus a standard cake with a drizzle of sum sauce on it.Wouldn't come again expected better

visited the kirkgate branch for the first time have to say bagels we're amazing something different would definitly recommend this place main thing that stood out was how clean the place was and the staff were extremely friendly especially the women in the hijab who went through the menu thoroughly to make sure i knew what they were selling. FIVE STARS FOR THESE LOT

Disgusting attitude from the lady wearing a hijab at the bagels branch in Kirk gate market. She rudely refused to take an order at 4.40pm when they close way later! Horrible attitude will not be visiting again. First visit and I was thoroughly disappointed. 1 star is generous !

i ordered a pesto melt bagel. it qas absolutely delicious along with a berry smoothie which was also very refreshing and tasty. i thoroughly enjoyed my meal, but i was waiting a good 15-20 minutes for them to make a single bagel. luckily the food was so good, it somewhat felt like it was worth it.

have ordered a couple of times lovely milkshakes and bagels a must and good service you have to try.

There's not that many dessert only places in Bradford and unfortunately this place being poor doesn't help either. The service is below standard. For some strange reason if you order a frozen yoghurt in February then you will not get it as it is apparently "seasonal only" - so why advertise it in the first place? Then again what makes frozen yoghurt seasonal when it is available down the road? This place could be good but unfortunately it is not. Despite how bad Ice Gelato is, you're probably worth going there instead if you're desperate.

Visited the new Berries restaurant inside the Kirkgate Shopping Centre, Bradford.

First time visiting Berries was looking forward to it as I heard some fairly good reviews. Unfortunately quite disappointing and wont be visiting again which is such a shame because it seemed like a nice place. The girl working there completely put us all off as she was rude with attitude and clearly didn't want to be there all she had to do was provide good customer service with a smile at least. The food that came didn't come with the sauces that was listed on the menu so we paid £2.50 for a potatoe that was cut into a spiral with no seasoning and it was drenched in oil basically just awful. The Mexican bagel on the other hand was nice however bagel was tough and chewy definitely NOT fresh. However it was the poor service that put us off. Wont recommend this place to anyone and definitely wont be going back. Oh and we had to go and cash money out as the rude waitress advised that we cant pay by card! explains it being Bradford probably tax avoidance!!!!

The bagels are really nice and the ingredients in the filling do taste fresh. They're not very satisfying though and for that price you'd expect to be full. The California Chip Sticks were nice the first time we got them but the next time they were dripping in oil.

Iv been here a few times the food is average. But what I do want to know is why they have a sign that says card machine broken ? This has been in store for over 6 months! Is it really broken or are they just trying to fiddle the books and avoid the Tax Man!! Get your Act Together.

This fast food outlet isn't too bad but service very slow if you order.Prices are far too expensive for the portions given but milkshakes are nice.You could do much better going somewhere else.Personally I won't be going back.

On a trip out of Bradford - I fancied a quick drink so the wife suggested this place.i ordered the banana milkshake whilst my wife had the vanilla. I found my milkshake to taste more like a tracker bar whilst my wife's tasted more like a cherry vanilla sorbet. I will try the other places nearby next time

Tried the Raspberry/Strawberry shake, tasted awesome! Will definitely recommend, though went during a busy period and was still served pretty fast!

The owners have spent a lot of money on various marketing type things for this place. Confused by the title though, we expected to walk in and find a dessert parlour. What we found was mainly a bagel sandwich place. Very few desserts/shakes considering the title and other dessert places. So why is it called berries? Do they put berries into their bagels? Are the majority of their desserts berry based?

ooommmmmmmgggggg the best milkshake on the planet but their bagels are pathetic the best one is the tandoori chicken but the mexican bagel is sickning

Whenever i eat here i always get an upset stomach but couple of days ago it just went too far when i got really bad food poisoning i dont know if its the chicken either its not cooked well or if its left out too long but all i know i will not be eating here again i came down with a really bad temp and vomiting which lasted a couple of days and drained me out.

I have been to both branches on numerous occasions. My favourite is a nutmeg milkshake but I have tried other ones too. Also tried Moroccan bagel which I liked and one of the waffles

Made a quick stop here today to try the Milkshakes. I got the Rainbow Blast(Skittles) and my friend got the Ferrero. We both enjoyed the shakes and look forward to our next visit for the bagels.

I went to this dessert bar with my family , we could not understand why the place was totally empty, but sadly have learnt the reason why it is .

I used online to order other day to which food was half a hour late getting to me I did call up but on plus note food was hot and was very nice and did enjoy I would use again if passing but would never order online again but over all good value for money so little mixed review

This place was recommended by a friend. It was fantastic. We went to the one in Great Horton Road. I ordered the Mexican chicken bagel. It was gorgeous. The chicken was flavourful and juicy. The nachos added flavour and texture. The salsa was perfect. The bagel itself was huge and had melted cheese on top. The chips were chunky and crispy. Two of us ate for the less than a tenner! The service was friendly and efficient. Try and keep me away! I would recommend this place to everyone. The decor is retro and the puddings looked yummy. We were too full for anything sweet. They have got a wide variety of food to cater for all tastes. All in all, a fab place that all the family will enjoy.

Took my nephew from out of town. He loved his bagel and milk shake. The chip stick is a different concept, the cheese sauce is delicious. Love the tropical mocktails. Service is brilliant.

Bloke 1: Dude how's this for an idea? Get some buns, punch a whole thru them, anoint them with some inconspicuous bland white stuff that we can pass off as protein, serve it all on a piece of wood next to some caged deep fried spuds then have some mildly good lookin european chicks (hotter than the chilli sauce we serve of course) prance about the place

Not tried anything but the milkshakes so far which are really good. Recommend trying the faloodah shake its good. Service is fine. Never had issues

Before I visited I called in to ask if they accepted card payments, they said yes but didn't advise of any charges, I went in and placed an order of over £15 and then i was told i would need to pay a fee to pay via card! Took 3 attempts to explain to staff what I wanted because of the language barrier, when i got home my coffee shake was mostly cream with not a trace of coffee in it?!?! Felt sick after drinking it but i felt much better after throwing up at 3am.

So we have lunch at a certain time at work and we order for food to be delivered at that time only for it to be delivered 25 minutes early, so when we come to eat it, its awful! Total waste of money.

When walking into the shop it looks good and professional, explaining things to the staff in english about three times is not a problem although it would help if someone with good english skills was around, this is the least of their problems though. I thought they made their own bread with the amount of time it took to make our bagel we sat in store while they made our order and i have to say i don't think wedges are the most suitable footwear when working in a kitchen, its a disaster waiting to happen. Nevertheless the bagel tasted great one of the juices seemed watered down. Ive heard the place got a zero for food hygiene however the upstairs where milkshakes etc are made did seem quite clean.

Their milkshakes are simply the best! Nutmeg is my favourite! Everyone must give it a try it is worth it! Definitely best place for shakes in Bradford so far.

Order from her all the time the bagels are always hot wen they arive and the waffles are delicious best place in bradford u got to try the oreo milkshake ther amazingly delicious too never had to call back and complain staff ar all plesent

I've never actually been to the place but always order for delivery and must say this place has never ever let me down. The bagels always come toasty warm and I've never had to wait over half an hour for my food to arrive. Recently I ordered and was upstairs when the driver arrived but he waited patiently outside for over ten mins - whoever this driver was your service was outstanding, he told me to put a review on justeat but I can't seem to figure out how. The only thing bad I can say about this place is that when you order a frappy online it doesn't give you a choice to what flavour you're allowed so I ended up with one that tasted very strongly of coffee and it wasn't pleasant at all.
