Bermuda Pizza & BBQ in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Ordered from this place last night (11/10/24) we placed our order at 19:45pm through just eat, we was told an ETA of 20:45-21:05PM it got to 20:30 and it said out for delivery. 35 minutes later and no delivery of our food, we called up the establishment and asked about our food, the gentleman who answered said it would be with us in 5 minutes. We waited and 15 minuses past by before I called again only to be told that the food had been delivered. We hadn’t received our food and me and my fiance were starving, so I asked where was it delivered to, he asked the driver and the driver said 25 (our house number) and that two kids answered the door, yet we’re a young couple and have no kids. I proceeded to tell him this and that just eat requires a code for delivery which only we should know, we ended up ordering dominoes as a replacement but I was told he would call me back 21:30pm he said this. It is now the following day and I’ve had no call at all, I would avoid this place at all costs doesn’t seem to be run very well and we’re now in process of a refund through just eat

Very unhappy with this order. Ordered a children’s pizza with herbs as my extra topping and was sent pepperoni, I don’t even know how you would get this so wrong. Couldn’t be bothered to wait an extra hour if you would offer a replacement so had to bin it as don’t like the taste of pepperoni. Very disappointed

Order said salad and source but if I didn’t order source on the side I would have not gotten any.

The only thing that lets this place down is the location it's a small industrial unit on a sketchy industrial estate, but honestly the quality of the food is unreal they have the best kebab meat I've ever tasted, the pizza are cooked to perfection and the prices are good for what you get.

wow....finally found a decent local takeaway. had a meal deal and was very impressed with the quality as well as the quantity. Chicken was great. Pizzas very tasty and good amount of toppings. Very polite and checked the order on the phone. Delivery guy also very polite.

Delivery driver was useless! Had no change and no receipt and kept saying he owes me some back. My dog was going ballistic which didn’t help. Awful service and won’t be ordering again.

Amazing tasty burgers served with fresh salad and proper fries, very reasonable prices and delivered by a very friendly and polite driver, can recommend 100%.

food turned up very hot but i asked for 1 chips to have cheese and there was not any x

Food is amazing, kebab meat is the best I've ever had not greasy not dry lovely and flavourful, pizzas are cooked to perfection with a good choice of pre designed or a good selection toppings for a create your own.

Absolutely fantastic service. We've moved house to a new build recently, and the street isn't showing on maps yet. This wasn't an issue for Khaled, who found the address with little prompting. He delivered the food still fresh and hot on what is probably one of the busiest nights of the year. He was also very polite and easy to chat to. Would highly recommend as the food was also great.

It was well cooked & nice and hot, when it arrived, but it isn't something we will order again. Just not our cup of tea so to speak, I'm sure others would have enjoyed it just fine.

Gorgeous food, very quick to process the order aswell, was very difficult to find though not many signs about.

Needs more signage round the door for those who collect, difficult to find the entrance. Excellent pizza, super fresh and authentic, really delicious.

Chewy chicken in burgers couldn't be eaten, cold and soggy onion rings. Chicken wrap poor for price. Wrong pop delivered. Wouldn't order again

I order a pizza and I get one free amazing excellent I couldn’t resist it. The pizza was so unreal it was spectacular it blew my mind. I am definitely going to buy it again. Though I brought a pizza and got one free the manger gave me 2 free drinks I was shocked or more like mind blown absolutely brilliant. I want to order from it here again but then order did get delay by an hour which I wasn’t happy about but in the end they brought it and made it fabulous

Chips where hard , double Fryed and really greasy. Everything else was ok , just a little bland.

This place never dissapoints hot food delivered on time or early a great takeaway

Never used to have an issue with these guys, but last night we waited for an hour and a half for a kebab, chicken burger and a pizza - on a Thursday night!! After ordering at 9.39 we called the restaurant at 10.48 to be told that it was 3-4 mins away. It was actually another 20 mins away and the restaurant refused to answer the phone after ringing back at 11pm. Sorry you'll be losing our business, we'll be ordering elsewhere.

The chicken kebab was a little fatty for us. And the garlic pizza bread would have been lovely apart from all the topping was stuck to the top of box where it had got squashed. Everything else was really tasty.

Missing items for the second time

Kebab meat looked like it was in the tray all day,worst kebab I've had from there for a long time

Had the buy 1 get 1 free pizza's and grilled chicken kebab in pitta, they both were very nice couldn't eat all the pizza's so left for next day.

Ordered an Hawaiian and then it said add a free pizza so asked for a bbq chicken. Got give a cheese pizza so wasent even what we ordered, why give the option for a second pizza if you don’t give it? Won’t be ordering again

Firstly, the estimated time was 1.5h hours after placing my order. Secondly, the food arrived wet, soggy and cold. The donner meat was obviously not fresh, it was dried out old meat. The chips were soggy and cold, salad looked grey and wet. Chicken strips looked about a week old, the coating was grey and soggy. Basically the food went straight in the bin. My drinks order was also incorrect. In another weird turn of events, the driver tried to keep my drinks, claiming I didn't order any... On showing him my receipt he went and got my drinks from the car. Very bizarre, safe to say that was the first and definitely the last time I'll be ordering from this place.

The restaurant did apologise for being late. They were obviously very busy. The pizza was delicious, whatever they used for the pizza dough they should use again, it's lovely. The chicken was a little disappointing this time, it was different to usual - probably just a bad day because it is usually very nice, better than a well-known chicken fast food chain 😉 This restaurant is certainly recommended by us, we use them regularly.

The pizza was soaking in fat and the food was cold. They also forgot to add the sauces. Obviously the driver didn't give to hoots.

Couldn’t give a reason as to why my chicken meat and chips, kids meal was an hour over expected delivery time.. no phone call, no explanation, just a very meaningless apology as he kept his head down, no good will gesture or even to check if the food was okay after travelling for over an hour and half..?! Kids meal (pizza) had gone hard, the cheese had gone crumbly as it had been melted then cooled, chips were inedible, hard and dry, and the salad had sweated and congealed, with having been in the same box as the hot food 🤷‍♀️. Definitely won’t be going back here and will not be recommending them.

Most of the order was on time but sadly was let down by missing bottle of drink, I wouldn’t mind but at £2.49 I was a little bothered. Plus I was questioned a few times whether I’d even ordered it. This wasn’t the usual top notch service we get. Was a little disappointed but kudos to them they bought the drink to us. Overall this place is superb and the food is always amazing. The delivery driver(s) were both friendly but you don’t have to question the customer so much if we say our order is wrong.
