Benny's of Braunton in North Devon

Driver hit my car on a delivery not made by me, attempted to drive off, refused to give any details. Was stopped by a neighbour (from driving off) I took pictures of car and told him he must give his details to police or it will be a hit and run. He refused and drove off, denied damage. I spoke to his manager who refused to take responsibility, I asked for head office, was filmed refusing to give details. The manager became abusive and was rude. Police informed, head office informed and currently messaging all of their social media pages too.

Amazing and nice location for a wedding

A really lovely place for Sunday lunch. Outside tables with a great view, great menu and friendly staff. Very dog -friendly.

Location wise excellent. Unfortunately, this tired old looking pub has definitely seen better days! Need of major investment, but it would definitely be worth it. Years ago, this pub was full of customers all of the time.

We have just had a brilliant family dinner at The Starter Bar. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble! Our boys both have ADHD, which can make dinners out stressful, but the staff went out of their way to ensure the boys were happy and that we all felt welcome. Staff gave the boys colouring books, sharpened their pencils, chatted about dinosaurs and generally did anything to make them smile. We were relaxed enough to stay for desert, which never happens! All the food was delicious, varied and served piping hot. We definitely recommend the brownie sundae for pudding. The meal and drinks were good value and very tasty. Thank you to the two lovely ladies for giving us a really special evening to remember. Highly recommended.
