Pizzas are great the ribs are excellent but I'd give the rest of the menu a miss

The food is delicious. But with it being cash only we are relying on the ATM outside working. Where often it does not. I have went multiple times to order food and not been able to due to this. Move into the modern age and start accepting card.

Amazing pizza, always order from here (they're cash only, but there is an ATM just outside). Benito's pizza is by far one of the best I've had in terms of takeaway. The staff are lovely, even in busy times they're always nice and smiley. Definitely recommend.

Belly full from there Donner Meat and Chips, loads of both great food and only lived on the area 8 months and it's my first port of call when i just don't feel like cooking. Wait isn't long, with in 20-30 of making the order too so win win 💪💪 Thank You to All Staff for a Great service to us on S12 and beyond 💪💪

The Donner kebabs are yummy. Nice fresh salad, good quality pitta and plenty of meat..highly recommended

Absolutely amazing pizzas 🍕 I’ve been coming here for years definitely one of the best pizza places I’ve ever eaten. Luckily for me I live only down the road so it’s local at my convenience.

Best place to order from. Food is delicious and you get plenty of it. Staff are friendly and more than happy to help if you have any problems with your order.

Still the best pizza around. I also love the chicken kebab WOW!!! Never a complaint consistant every time.

The ribs from here are spot on also the chips and cheese was amazing. The put cheese on the bottom and top so you not just left with plain chips at the end.

I come here often, always delicious food and good service.

Just had a takeaway delivered the pizza was dripping in crease it was awful. My husband ordered thinking it would be nice treat. He had an kebab as well which was nor great. Will never order from here again 😒

Ordered a pizza which I have had on quite a few occasions This time on delivery I was treated with an undercooked pile of mush absolutely dripping with grease I phoned up to express my concerns and was told I was wrong by a very abrupt female who said she had baked it herself and I didn’t know what I was on about Obviously the customer always comes after profit Never again

Had the benitos kebab special lamb meat was abit like old leather....however everything else was OK....would have got a higher score if the meat was better quality or cooked better.

Very poor value mixed kebab. 2 paltry slivers of chicken and lamb and a sprinkle of doner meat for £10, I would be surprised if there was actually £2 worth of food. Very disappointing but a lesson learned - If you have to eat there do not waste money on a 'large' mixed kebab.

Just read a terrible review, by a long standing customer being treat badly but then to read the owner’s response was even more bewildering! No apology or remorse or respect provided to this lady!? If this is how you treat your customers then, keep it! You certainly won’t be getting my custom. Shocked you’re still in business with that attitude!

I’ve been coming to this takeaway for years to be treat by a female member of staff like rubbish and told by the owner that she’s his best staff and even if 80 percent of his customers left he still wouldn’t sack her. She kept missing things off my order never have an issue when other staff are on just that one person and when I mentioned it her attitude was so what?! What you expect me to do about it! I’ve never had no issues with anyone else working there but it seams to me like the girl who thinks it’s quite alright to treat people like that is allowed to abuse her job role and get away with it. If she can do it to me she will do it to anyone and still keep her job I’ve lost all faith and trust in that place. I won’t be giving them another penny! Respect costs nothing and to say I’ve been going there 30 yrs giving them custom and many more people to there business it’s sad to say that I know they never deserved my time either.

My first time here. Lovely, friendly, chatty lady at the counter. The food was awesome. I had Pollo Inferno and, well, what can I say? Very spicy, extremely tasty, and very reasonably priced. Yummy! 😋 I will definitely call at Benito's again next time I'm in Sheffield 👍💯💕

Food was almost exemplary; ribs to die for and the pizza oozed authenticity. Exceptional customer relations which i don't often experience in the take-out industry. Shocked i haven't come across this gem sooner, overall i can categorically confirm this is by far the best take-out pizzeria/Italian I've visited - highly recommend.

Order took 1 hour to arrive, and we didn’t order late. Chips were cold, no salad on the kebab and no way was there enough meat on it to charge £9.60 for a so called large.

Woodcutters pizza! Omg just order one, very tasty. Also their chicken wraps/kebabs are very juicy and tender. Never once had any issues. Highly recommend

Not been here for a while as they only accept cash which is sometimes not convenient. After a night out we called on our way back for food. I had a margarita pizza and my hubby had a donar kebab. Food was really nice. We'll be visiting again soon

The food was terrible, the chicken in cream was very bland and not seasoned. The chicken with tomatoes and a touch of cream had very odd taste almost like cinnamon... very strange taste, the pasta was overcooked and finally the coleslaw side was very astringent in taste, the veg in it was sliced way way too thin for to be anything other than slop. Everything we ordered went in the bin, I would not recommend or go back to this place.

Good pizzas and calzones. The service was really quick. Only 1 thing against is that the chips were drowned in cheese sauce when it was requested not too put too much.

It's been a while since we ordered from benito's and lm ashamed to say l forgot how tasty their food is, my daughter ordered a margarita pizza (which l usually loathe) but it was delicious everything we ordered was super hot,and tasted fresh l know a few have commented on the slow delivery but that's not been our experience.

We have been using benitos for years now, tbh its the only takeaway we will use, amazing food everytime.

A regular customer as food is of good quality and nice but for some reason they have changed their coleslaw which didn't need changing!! Their new coleslaw is absolutely disgusting and went straight in the bin! I really hope this is a one off and that they aren't starting to cut corners to save on money etc. I did call the shop to explain that their new coleslaw was very bin worthy. Would have loved you to have explained that the coleslaw was different from usual when the order was made. Apart from the above I normally love your food. 16/03/20 I'm now aware the issue has been resolved via the reply from Benito's so 5 stars have been given.

Absolutely fantastic, always have chicken kebab and chips , superb every time.l always go in the shop and wait- piping hot every time.Never waited longer than 10 - 15 mins, great work guys!!

Would have been more stars but the bun on my burger is burnt and so is the burger itself so paid £4.80 for a few chip's as the burger went in the bin

The BEST pizza surrounding S12 area! 100% would recommend! Delivery can vary from 20 minutes too an hour depending on timing of order but is ALWAYS good quality

Even though my food was cold and it took a hour and 10 mins to deliver and can understand with it been week end and busy time as I delivered for a takeaway my self I must admit that the benitos special burger was very tasty even though it was cold . I did call the shop straight away to explain my food was cold and they was going to send fresh wich was good of them but I refused and was still happy to eat my food just wanted to give them a heads up as some people can be more fusy then me . Allso they apologised and giving me a complimentry sides of drink free next time I order All in all food nice But still carnt beat their famous BBQ ribs what I normally always order . Burger was just as good

My daughters just love a BBQ chicken pizza dipped into their garlic mayo. They share a 10 inch and there is not a piece of crust left!!! We always have delivery and never wait more than 30 mins, great service from ordering to it being on my doorstep. We love Benitos ❤️

Never dissapoint been a customer for 15 years always fresh n tasty

I have been a customer for 20+ years and have always enjoyed the food and thought it was great value. Always been my first choice. I have just ordered a large mixed kebab which shows on the 'new menu' on the website as £5.90 to be told that this is now £7.90 (which is the cost of a mega large kebab on the menu). What I find odd is that the other items I ordered have not gone up in price!! Why?? When i questioned this, the "girl" on the phone hung up on me. Poor poor service from somewhere that has always been 100% in my opinion. Time to try somewhere else I think.

Come here regularly and every time very friendly staff great prices and amazing taste of food. Pizza' s taste a million times better than pizza hut or dominoes by a country mile strongly recommend this place and also my family have been and liked it they are very fussy on what they eat too

We waited over an hour for what can be only called a frozen oven pizza and burger van burger never had any problem before but when I rang up to query why it was taking so long the girl on the phone said well u have ordered on a Saturday. Well if you say it's gonna be an hour it's should be an hour not an hour and a half the delivery was nice but when asked if we had a discount for late and somewhat cold food he said speak to the bosses. All in all a shocking experience with Benitos
