Really nice lamb but chips missing from order and wrong naan. Feel cheated from missing food but didn’t ring because we were hungry so maybe they would have fixed this. Nobody wants chips delivered an hour late!

THought I'd try this. the food not good my lamb was like tough leather. my part chicken tadted of chickenbut no spices nor aromatics & was very bland & the portion sizes for starter for 2 & the rice's were pitiful. 1free poppadom... broken to bits. overpriced, unflavoured & still in cannot get a decent Indian in Northern Ireland. avoid.

Well, mixed kebab was not really mixed as there was only a few small pieces of anything else but lamb usual. Garlic sauce quite scarce. Apart from that I liked, but not what I expected.

This order was the best curry I've had to date, I like hot food and can handle alot of heat but the Phall was the best yet, the flavour was beautiful and red hot alot of curry houses advertise hot currys but are not that hot, this one lived up to the Phalls reputation, again thanks very much would highly recommend keep up the good work.

Hadn't had Indian food for in a while and im glad i choose this place. Food was really tastey. Only thing i could say is that i would have liked the garlic chilli king prawns to have a bit more kick. Was lovely anyway.

Paid 17 quid for mix on chips and the chips heated up from night before and half cooked asked for salad got nothing.NEVER AGAIN

Just when I was about to give up on takeaways I decided to try Bengal Cottage. The food from here was fresh and delicious, the onion bhajees were freshly made and not stodgy and they weren’t afraid of the chilli 🌶️ Arrived right on time as well.

My favourite kebab spot in Belfast from the munchie boxes, to the hot messy kebabs or even the chicken tikka masala this spot never disappoints. I always recommend to anyone who asks for a good kebab. The customer service is always great, the female delivery driver is so sound.

Top kebabs and tandoori grill as ever, not bettered imo. Biryani, chaat and tikka masala also favourites here.

Nice sauces, very tough lamb and did not enjoy. would order chicken next time. My partner got chicken and was good quality. Otherwise nice. Our first time ordering. You get a lot less these days from an Indian but this is across all takeaways it seems. Used to get free poppadoms and dips and even sometimes a Kobra thrown in when ordering a few main meals. (Long gone are those days).

Lamb chili masala is outstanding. Nicest I’ve ever tasted. It’s my go to everytime from here. The pakora feast is a lovely little starter aswell. Only down side is the rice can be a wee bit watery on the plate.

Normally I love this place. I was so looking forward to it this evening. Unfortunately I choose a different meal to what I normally get. The lamb curry had a really strong bitter taste of cumin. The rice was full of water that absolutely soaked my naan bread. Very disappointing tonight.

Top kebabs, all meats are great including steak, which loads of other places serve too tough/chewy. Tandoori grill options have been a winner too, highlight being the prawns.

Absolutely beautiful food. Another review had mentioned the onion bhaji being tasty & they’re weren’t wrong, was delicious. I had got the mixed starter & the lamb in it was so tender. Also ordered korma which was a bit sweeter than others i’ve tasted but was still very enjoyable. Will definitely order from here again.

Food could have been abit warmer. Munch box mostly consisted of chips a bit more kebab meat would be nice but overall my order was tasty 😋

We got the Mixed Platter for starter which is absolutely delicious. The different meats were to die for with the best onion bhaji I’ve ever tasted. For main we had the jalfrezi which had the most delicious, succulent chicken and a spicy but very very tasty sauce. Naan, Poppadoms and spiced onion dip were also absolute perfection. I’d highly recommend the Bengal Cottage. Absolutely Excellent

Tandoori king prawns were indeed delicious, along with that sensational hot messy kebab. The folks at the takeaway and delivery drivers are a pleasure to deal with.

Back again for another 5 star review - I’m convinced these guys are some Einstein level culinary geniuses… the tandoori prawns had my crying tears of joy 🥲

Delicious as always. Lamb biriyani excellent, curry sauce spicy but not burn your mouth off!! Have had takeaways from here before, never been disappointed.

First time getting from here and must say the food was absolutely beautiful! Chips where so so nice, me & the hubby both got Chicken Tikka Masala and it was lovely. Shop was clean 5 star clean rating and staff where pleasant also. Our new go to takeaway!!!

Delicious food as ever, great Biryani and the hot messy kebab is one of the best you can get here. Flawless and friendly delivery.

The service is good but the food is better

Disappointed by the amount of chicken in my curry. 4 or 5 bits not really enough. Naan bread pretty small compared to other places. Kebab mest was dry and probably not cooked fresh. For what we spent I know we get better elsewhere.

Got a vindaloo 24/04/24. Sauce was perfect flavour and perfect heat. Complements to the chef. It would be very hard to go anywhere else from now on 😙👌 Nice staff too. Thank you.

Very impressed with the service and the food. Cooked fresh, lots of vegetables - tasty and great quality. The menu has lots of dishes that you dont see elsewhere. Ordered two mains and some sides for £30. Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing fresh food and high quality meat , chicken tastes delicious .bhuna , Balti , tikka Curries etc . Great portion size . I have ordered kids portions for anyone wanting a small portion . My 5th or 6th time ordering . Was recommended to try here so glad I did . Food is fresh and delicious . I’ve had numerous curries , Balti , bhuna , tikka , korma , biyrani etc . this was a good kebab overall - very tasty and spicy as described. only thing i would change is to have more chicken and less of the doner meat to balance it out a bit.

Really Fresh Got chicken tikka masala and butter chicken. and ordered a cheese nan. food was really tasty and fresh. only disappointment was I got plain nan instead on the cheese one. but 10 out of 10
