Delicious food and ready so quick!! Big portions. Website said 15 mins and I'd say that was pretty much spot on, sitting waiting for us. Friendly staff with a warm greeting! Restaurant also looks absolutely gorgeous and we wished we'd sat in instead!

La peor experiencia de restaurante que he tenido. A continuación la reseña que envié a tu instagram que ha sido ignorada. Mi prometido y mis padres estuvimos en tu restaurante esta noche. Habíamos venido como habíamos visto su oferta de San Valentín anunciada en Instagram cubriendo 10 - 14 th. Hemos estado antes en San Valentín y regresamos a propósito para este trato. Después de que pedimos bebidas pedí el menú de San Valentín como usted ha anunciado al menos 3 veces en instagram recientemente. Me dijo el camarero que este trato es sólo para el día 14. Le enseñé este post y le expliqué que lo había reservado para nuestra comida de San Valentín como estaba anunciado (ya que estoy trabajando todo el día de mañana (14th) ) habló con el hombre de camisa blanca detrás de la barra que movió la cabeza y le dijo que nos dijera que no habían oído hablar de este trato a pesar de que mostramos su publicación de instagram. No se nos permitió ordenar fuera de este menú. También no solo fue un encuentro embarazoso frente al restaurante, sino que después de eso vimos al camarero preguntar a todas las mesas cómo era su entrante y cómo era su principal, etc. y nunca nos preguntaron. También nos quedamos con menús de postres durante más de 20 minutos y nadie nos preguntó si nos gustaría pedir. Incluso cuando subí a pagar de nuevo el hombre de la camisa blanca no preguntó si nuestra comida estaba bien. Nos sentimos como una molestia por pedir algo que estaba claramente anunciado en esta página. Se suponía que esto sería un buen regalo para nosotros y mis padres y se sentía vergonzoso. Nos ha postergado completamente volver. Al final de todo me hubiera gustado haber salido cuando nos dijeron que no podíamos pedir de ese menú, ya que el ambiente y el trato era horrible e incómodo después.

Food not very good. Chicken tikka in a bolognaise sauce! Peculiar colour, as was the korma and the mint and yoghurt dip. Inedible unfortunately. All an expensive and surprising mistake. So very disappointing.

Simplemente no podemos conseguir un maldito buen curry en Newry, tristemente el nuevo (ish) Güru es realmente horrible. Realmente disfrutamos de Spice of India, pero ser atrapado y atenuado allí simplemente se volvió cansino. Así que es un viaje de ida y vuelta de 80 millas para el pollo tandoori tikka con salsas korma espesas un peshwari nan y un arroz pilau. Fue sabroso. Ofrecen poppadoms y dips complementarios que siempre disfrutamos. Un vaso de agua con gas, un vaso de rosa. El personal parece ser completamente diferente de la gente allí anteriormente, pero sin embargo, con ganas de complacer y siempre sonriendo. Una palabra de precaución, sin embargo, si aparcar fuera a la hora del té. Es una autopista urbana hasta las 6 : 30 o 7 pm cada noche y los guardias de tráfico saben que pueden chupar a los conductores - una fuente de dinero real para el ayuntamiento de Belfast. No les des la satisfacción.

Decidió salir en el último minuto para una pequeña comida familiar para celebrar un cumpleaños. Llamaron para confirmar que el restaurante podía alojarnos, lo que hicieron. Nos recibieron a la llegada y pudimos seleccionar nuestra mesa de un número disponible. El servicio fue atento sin ser presionado. Nos dieron tiempo para leer el menú y la lista de bebidas antes de decidir sobre nuestras opciones. La comida llegó rápidamente y era delicioso. Habíamos pedido un plato que estaba más caliente de lo esperado, pero era fácil conseguir un poco de raita para ayudar a enfriar las cosas. Nos quedamos muy impresionados y no dudaremos en volver en otro momento.

We love this restaurant and always go here but our experience tonight has made me not want to order again let alone eat in the restaurant. I Ordered a vegetarian jalfrezi for my partner who’s vegan and it arrived very dry and sadly it seems like two small pieces of chicken had fallen into it. It was really disappointing because my lamb jalfrezi was really nice but I can’t understand how my curry had lots of sauce and my partners was dry with no sauce. It’s a shame, we used to love it here.

Worst food ever I ate in my life. Staff behaviour also rude. I don’t know who given them 5 star. Just surprised to see their food taste and behaviour. According to food, price is too high. All the curries taste like same. No difference between vegetables, lamb and chicken curry. My husband asked the manager to give lamb curry. He said we have lamb we have curry , then made lamb curry 😂. But before giving order we didn’t realise their food will be that type worst like how he explained. Chef should learn some training about cooking to difference between lamb and chicken curry.Also vegetables didn’t cook well properly. Please think twice before going there. I don’t recommend anyone to go there. Feels like we just throw out the money to bin! Don’t recommend for anyone.!

2 of us arrived for a booking (table of 5). Were given a seat to wait and served a drink within seconds and seated immediately when everyone else arrived. Food and service absolutely top notch. Very impressed and can't wait to get back!

Food was amazing!! Lamb bhuna was delicious as always. Chilli and coriander naan perfect to mop up the sauce from the bhuna and accompany the shashlik. Brilliant wine selection.. Albariño was so good with all the dishes

We have been going to the Bengal Brasserie with our family for years and for special occasions because the staff were so friendly and food great . Last nite was a total disaster The service was shocking , we waited for ages, turned out they forgot our order . The restaurant was filthy , food spoilage all under our table. The food was served cold and had to be returned The noise level was that of a night club . Toilets not clean and Had to ask staff for toilet rolls ! Really disappointed as we took friends for first time and had to keep apologising never again !

Best Indian resturant in the town with great atmosphere and service

I’ve never felt so disappointed as an Indian until I’ve entered this restaurant. They have failed all fundamentals of Indian cooking. The vegetarian Briyani was thr worst I’ve tasted I would never expect mushrooms, ladyfingers, cabbage and broccoli. I feel sorry for my brothers and sisters. The STAR of the show was the tap water. Thank you Belfast. The paneer mutar was like diabetes coming into my body again

Went for an impromptu date. Service was great. They sat us at the perfect table being mindful of our baby, with room for us and pram. Food was super delicious and naan was yummy. We took our time eating, never felt rushed. We go back for sure.

We had dinner at Bengal Brasserie last night. Coming from Australia we weren't sure what to expect from an Indian restaurant in Ireland, but oh my gosh, what a delightful evening we had. Food was the best Indian we have tasted and the decor was different and classy. Service from all staff exceptional. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Didn’t read the excellent reviews beforehand, and we weren’t disappointed. Took a chance to walk-in after 9pm and they happily gave the 3 of us a seat. Absolutely loved it, staff very attentive and quick friendly service. Just a shame we’re only visiting this lovely area.
