The worst experience ever. Expecting two pizzas and a combination kebab. The delivery guy tries to deliver me one can of drink. I call them…firstly it would help if they could speak English. He seems very annoyed that they have messed up. He told me he would replace my order. 40 mins later I’m still waiting. What is going on.

Every time we come in, the guys are working hard and FAST! You get your food quickly and efficiently. Their "buy one pizza, get one free" is the BEST deal around. Plus their Hawaiian pizza is the best I've ever had!

Had a large order delivered to Center Parcs and the food was really not great to be honest. Lamb donner was cold and the cheapest quality. Chicken donner was cold and cheapest quality. Chips were soggy and tasteless. Pizza garlic bread came with no cheese so that went out for the birds. The biggest issue was they absolutely swamped the kebabs with garlic sauce to the point of no return, may as well have just had garlic sauce in a pitta. Never again!!!!

I haven't even had the pizza, but the lamb doner is crazy good.

Always excellent, but so i never expect any less. However it was for the fact we had family staying from worthing and they couldnt speak more highly of bella. Now i think about it ive eaten in so many places like this but bella is always the bench mark for perfection! Pizza, kebabs burgers are all excellent and staff are great too! Get the chicken sish its next level!

Got a pizza with 4 toppings. The toppings were put under the cheese instead of on top of it. This meant they had nothing to stick to and made the pastry wet. There was also waaay too much cheese making it too heavy to support a thin crust. The pizza fell apart when I picked up a slice and all the cheese and toppings literally slid off. I ordered a thin crust but that shouldn't mean that the pizza literally falls apart when picked up. I've never had that happen when ordering thin crust pizza from other places before. So disappointed as I was so hungry and looking forward to it. Ate half of it with a knife and fork because it was just slop. Most of the cheese and toppings were in a pile in the pizza box after sliding off. If you're getting a pizza from here, just get plain cheese and standard crust or you'll be disappointed. I have got plain cheese in the past from here and they were nice, but this was honestly the worst pizza I've ever had.

Kebab meat was hard & chewy, £12.50 is unacceptable for this. However, the pizza (what I usually get from here) is absolutely delicious, shame my experience of the takeaway has been tarnished by a bad kebab.

Ordered on line again order wasn't complete and when I rung i was told i hadnt ordered the item that was missing. Unless delivery is over £5 in brandon then the man who answered the phone lied to me regarding my order .

Best shish and doner kebabs and garlic mushrooms! Lovely and tasty with fresh salad and sauces. Delivery hot and on time and have not had a better kebab anywhere. I would highly recommend.

great doner meat and chips. my favourite. and these guys do know how to prepare salads. their salads are the best around. doner meat and chips wouldn’t be so good without them.

Honestly the best and tastiest spicy wings I have ever had (tasted like KFC) , I ordered a kebab and some chips and a chicken burger and all was cooked to perfection. Customer service could be a little bit better but other than that this has became my fav takeaway. They didn’t mess up my order one bit. Will be using more often!

Look, I love pizza, and this place matched my love for it! My wife, son, and I enjoyed every bits! We had the Family deal of 2 medium pizzas, chicken wings, fries, onion rings, and a 2 liter soda for 26 pounds. Better deal than Pizza Hut and dominoes could ever do! Thanks guys for an amazing experience, for we will be back!

Great pizza s friendly and polite staff

We were told our food would be delivered in an hour, an hour and forty five minutes later it finally arrived, no apology or explanation, just the driver shrugging his shoulders and stating he is just the driver. The food was lukewarm and the chicken fillet burger I ordered was rubbery and not the consistency of any other chicken fillet burger I have ever eaten, so I could not even finish it.

Ordering on the website is easy, and the pizza always arrives quickly and is really hot. Great value too. Today, 2 x 15 inch pizzas for £15. Best pizza around, in my opinion. 👍

Lovely food at reasonable price with generous portion sizes. Staff are always friendly and happy. The place is always clean and tidy looking. Sometimes can be a bit of a wait but well worth it.

Used these guys for the first time a couple of days ago and wasn't disappointed. We had pizzas from them and they were lovely. Would recommend them any time fast delivery and polite staff.

Good crust and sauce, not too expensive and fast if not getting delivered. We usually order it then immediately leave to pickup (10 min drive), usually ready within 2-3 minutes of arrival (vs 1.5 to 2 hrs if delivered).

Landed to this kebabs house's doorstep mere out of a chance. Guys told me about their Buy one Get one free offer for pizzas even when I ordered one without seeing their offers . And the pizza was one of the best I have ever had, the quantity of toppings, cheese and taste was amazing. Good job guys keep it up 👍👍👌

Wow been using Bella Pizza for years and over the last few months have felt that the chicken kebab has been lacking something but tonight it was absolutely amazing, in fact it was the best chicken kebab I’ve ever had! Don’t change whatever you did tonight. Pizzas are always good. Home delivery is awesome.

The food is indeed very nice, but they could be more polite/friendly on the phone when taking orders. We're paying for the service and I've ordered several times from there but I'm never told how much it is before paying and there's no warm thank you.

The food is always good and the guys who work there are very nice. I've gotten Chicken dinner, Chicken Shish, Lamb kofte and it's very delicious. The pizzas are also delicious and they are always buy one get one free!! I love that they give galic sauce with the pizzas too.

I had the mixed kebab. All the meat was well cooked, salad fresh, chips cooked well. Mrs had a pizza that was good too.

I have ordered from Bella Pizza many times since moving to the area and have only ever had minor problems. Well tonight was an exception.. We ordered our food and when it turned up, my chicken burger was plain and both portions of chips were dry and empty - the potato had been fried for way too long - they were literally empty. Anyway, I called up and the man I spoke to sounded rather miserable but said he would send out again and it would be with me in 25 minutes. 45 minutes later (it is now 9 o clock!) I phoned up (same guy answered) asking what was going on and requested them to give me a refund as I didn’t want to wait any longer - he refused to listen to me and just told me that it was on its way and not to call again - I started getting fed up. 10 mins later (coming up to 2 hours since I ordered) and I asked them not to come and for my refund again... Well my boyfriend had to take over the phone as he could hear the man shouting down the phone at me. He told me it was my fault and spoke so rudely I couldn’t believe it. I am disgusted at the way I was spoken to, and will never be ordering with them again. Such a shame as we do love their food usually but I will never put another penny in their pockets.

Great pizza. One of the workers, maybe the owner, called me after I placed an order to let me know they had a buy one pizza get one free deal. Not a lot of people would've done that. Definitely will order from them again!

We have ordered from the Bella Pizza a couple of times in the last couple of months. They have a good selection of pizzas, and some even better wider variety of kebab options as well as baked potatoes. We have gotten a couple of different meaty pizzas for my wife, and a really lovely veggie kebab for me. The vegetarian kebab has fried cheese log, mushrooms, grilled peppers and onion, along with the usual salad and chili sauce one would expect with a meat kebab. The pizzas take a little longer than some of the Brandon based rivals, but we have found them to be less greasy and of a really good quality for a "high street" pizza outlet. If I am to fault them it is for some of their marketing. For example a large sign advertises 2 for 1 pizza, but in reality it is one for £ 11 and 2 for £15 (so maths is not a high point here). That said it is still good value for money.

Ordered pizza at 6.30 didn’t arrive till 8.30 two hungry kids that needed to go to bed and had to wait up for pizza, I called and they told me another 20 minutes, 20minutes past I called again and got told 15 mins not happy!!!

Food ok but explained where we lived in mundford and the driver went to the wrong place and didn't arrive until 20 minutes after he had arrived in mundford. Food was warm but not as hot as wanted. Bit frustrating
