Las Iguanas Center Parcs Elveden in Forest Heath

omg we had a fantastic night in this restaurant, from the greeting to the goodbye. Natalie looked after us so well nearly as good as the last Manager Kat, ( you need to get her back we do miss her terribly). The food, service, atmosphere were all brilliant. Would recommend this place if you are staying there (would highly recommend if kat was still there lol).

Really Great place to eat out, couldn't recommend it more plus Rachel our server was really switched on and was really helpful.

We dine here here on eve 8th March 6 Adults not one of us was satisfied with our meal. Beef Nachos No Beef in Nachos but was charged extra for Beef. I ordered Chicken Burritos, one small piece of Chicken in my Burrito. My Son had Vegan Burger which was very nice he said, however French Fries that accompanied the Burger were not cooked properly. Very disappointed with all our neals

Good service, restaurant interior is also good. But in terms of the food the gaucho burger (18GBP) is well done plus and has the consistency of a microwaved burger. Chips are the classic frozen ones you would see in McDonald's. A taste of mexico (20GBP) is something I would expect in a school canteen not on a mid range restaurant. Childrens menu is 10 GBP for again the McDonald's chips and 4/5 chicken nuggets.

We attended as a family of 8. We felt the service in general was very good, but particularly Gus our server was exemplary. He was the best server we have had at center parcs in 30 years! He was cheerful, attentive and clearly cared about his job. He coped with our menu dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian) effectively and with a smile, nothing seemed too much trouble. The food itself was average and expensive, with a mixed bag of opinions from our party.

Would just like to say a massive thank you for for all the team our meal was fantastic and tasted delicious and a special mention for Georgia for her exceptional service and nothing was any trouble for her we will definitely be back.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Big shoutout to Natalie and her staff for being very polite and attentive going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. The service was perfect from beginning to end. Thank you guys once again.

We visited last night as a large group with two kids, one of whom was in a bit of a mood to say the least… Emma was just the best waitress, she really cheered the little one up, showing him the elves around the restaurant and the cat robots. We had a meal here yesterday and were served by the lovely Jade, her service was exceptional. Jade went above and beyond to help make our meal out enjoyable as one of our children was feeling poorly and she found a book to cheer him up. Food was lovely and cocktails were great too x

We ate in Las Iguanas on our last night of our stay at Center Parcs Elveden. They were under alot of pressure as Bella Italia staff and some customers had to join the restaurant due to having no gas. We were an hour early and asked if we could have our table earlier. We were accommodated very quickly and shown to our table. Our waitress Christine who came from Bella Italia was struggling a little with the orders which is to be expected. She asked for help from another waitress called Jade. Jade was fantastic, she helped Christine and us also with questions about the food. Jade went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! She spent time talking to us and making sure we were happy with the service. Christine was also great. It really made the whole experience feel special. Jade was so professional and considering how busy they all were, we didn’t feel at all rushed. Thank you!

Fajita Chicken Stacks!! our table orded four of them none of them came out with the seasioning cooked in, when asked was told the menu had changed. Undercooked, checked the website hadn't changed, challanged again and said it would be recooked fresh. This wasn't the case it was reheated, with sessioning added quickly came back soggy and tasteless utterly terrible. Add to this the post mix running out and utter chaos with the other food a very unpleasant experience. I have been to various locations and I would always avoid this. Smells like rats nesting as you walk in, always empty no atmosphere. I would try somewhere else don't ruin your stay.

Great Latin American based food (burritos, Tacos, etc) along with a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. All served by friendly staff and delivered by robot cats. Awesome all round.Big thanks to Emma for good food and hats.

We ate out every day during our Center Parcs stay (Bella Italia, Hucks and Forsters Inn) and overall Las Iguanas was the best main meal (with the exception of Pancake House) but still not anything outstanding. Portion size was decent and the food tasted pretty nice, but it was fairly standard, nothing special. It was a bit on the expensive side but all the restaurants are there. The food was brought over by a little novelty machine which was very entertaining! The main downside of this restaurant is that there were long wait times to have our drinks/food order taken and an even longer wait time for someone to take payment when the restaurant wasn't exceptionally busy. The food itself didn't take too long to arrive, but we waited almost half an hour to be able to pay the bill.... There was also an added optional 7.5% service charge (which is applied at all restaurants across Center Parcs) which would have taken even longer to get this removed so we reluctantly paid this one as we just wanted to get going. There was one waitress working in there called Jess who was the only one who seemed to be doing any work, she was amazing and was tending to all the tables (about 6/7 in total) where as the other two waitresses (one that I believed might have been a manager as she was dressed in different uniform) just kept standing round at the tills not doing much and both of them went outside for half an hour separately, leaving Jess to do all the work... Even when we eventually managed to ask for our bill, the woman I believed to be manager gave our dirty plates to Jess to clear even though Jess was already doing so much. Jess was really lovely and seemed like a very hard worker so I would like to give credit to her.

We visited last night and were very disappointed. Our server was really friendly and all of our disappointment was out of their hands. Drinks arrived after our mains and the mains were VERY stingy. A couple of us tried `A taste of mexico' which essentially was a few ramekins of dips and a couple of ramekins of fillings to go with two small tortillas. For over £18 it was expensive and we left hungry. My wife had a burger which cost less and looked far more filling, so I would recommend that and avoid the taste of Mexico. Our server admitted others had complained about portion sizes but I suspect profits will be prioritised over customer satisfaction, especially as a wave of new guests will be incoming tomorrow.

Fantastic restaurant!! I had the chicken fajitas and my partner had the veg chilli, looked and tasted amazing although a little cold. Loved the waiting staff aswell, very charming and nice😁. Drinks were the real star of the show though, just divine, had the caipirinha and it was beautiful 👍

I came here with my partner to celebrate our anniversary and it was the best dining experience we’ve had! The food and drinks are incredibly unique, you won’t find somewhere with more options. 10/10 quality as well. The staff were ever so friendly and attentive, made the whole experience more enjoyable. General atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing, good music and the robots are a great attraction. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Lovely place to visit and eat, I dont like spicy foods so the waitress recommended some dishes for me, staff were very friendly and helpful, I love the robots they are fantastic

our starters arrived in a cute robot before our drinks.. then when our mains arrived it wasn't busy an we were a large table an we weren't checked if everything was OK with our meal.. then when it was time for desserts there was ample staff but no-one cleared out table an came to take our orders which included a 21st birthday celebration dessert. but a table fullnof dishes an no staff appearing apart for cute robots. so we eventually left very dissatisfied.. also the mushroom fajitas had no mushrooms in just peppers an onions it was quiet an we were a table that should have been given good service. as it was we all left an was too late to get dessert elsewhere. cute robots shouldn't replace staff!!! a real shame to the birthday boy it was his night to celebrate ....

Me and my family had a great dinner here. We loved how the robots delivered the food, all the servers were super friendly making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere in the restaurant adds even more to the dining experience! I recommend visiting Las Iguanas if you're staying at Centre parcs

Nice food, staff super friendly

We visited recently and had the most considerate waiter, so attentive and was really impressed. I opted for the platter so got to taste the chilli and fajitas and was lovely. I believe the gentlemans name was Gustavo. Love the little machines that bring uo the food too, love the look on the kids face when they see them. Kids meal lovely but would just add that one churro is just not enough for a childs dessert, especially with the amount of dark chocolate sauce provided (be even better if this was milk chocolate or caramel). The cocktail list is fab. The boba cocktails though, be great if you did a kids boba drink. The kids are all into bubble tea at the min. Cant wait to return.

This was our second time at Las Iguanas and we couldn’t fault the food or service from Gabi. We would recommend the grande nachos, their burgers and the kids menu.

The food was amazing, my Mrs had the fish curry and I had the Caruru chicken curry, we also has the honey chicken wings and sweet potato fries. The waitress Emma was lovely So friendly and professional. She brought over a Mexican had for my daughter to wear. It was all in all a great experience.

We visited Las Iguanas on our holiday at Centre Parc, this was my first time I have gone to this restaurant. The cute cat robots were fantastic, although it was let down by a child breathing on our food as it went by them, I would recommend a member of staff watching them at all time. However they were incredible I won’t lie. It was incredibly busy and loud. We went at 8pm. It can very very overwhelming, especially me for. The food took a long time to come to us. We waited around 20 mins for drinks. However our server who was so friendly and apologetic towards us. It also took a long time to get the bill. The staff were very friendly but looked over worked. Food was nice. I got the hunters chicken, without bacon. It was nice but a little spicy. I would recommend this place, but maybe not during rush hour at dinner time. They accept blue light card.

I ordered hunters chicken which was flat but it’s okay im sure they make it that way to be different what I can’t excuse is the lack of anything on the chicken. Almost no cheese at all and a small amount of bbq sauce. Could by a frozen hunters chicken out of Aldi and would like it more. The prices are stupid but it’s centreparcs nothing is about worth what you pay. The service was okay robots roll around and leave food infront of your table waiting for someone to unload it. Sat there for a good 3 minutes with food sitting infront of me. Had to ask for knifes and forks and then he decided to deliver more knifes than forks so we had to ask for more forks. Being seated at a dirty and unready table is stupid. Don’t eat here. The food wasn’t worth it and the service was awful

Really lovely dinner and drinks at Las Iguanas at Center Parcs. The service is very friendly and fast (we went twice after 7pm and it was not crowded). The food was really nice, great nachos, the veggie chimichanga was perfection, and the spicy chicken Brazilian curry was nice too. Very much recommend- good menu, good service and great vibe in the restaurant.

Me and my family went here on a day pass for dinner and all i can say is WOW! The atmosphere in this restaurant is amazing the staff can not do anymore to go above and beyond for you, they are so helpful when trying to decide what to eat and so incredibly patient when it comes to helping the children make up their minds. The food is very yummy and there is a lot of choice for all different needs i cant fault it. The Lady that was our waitress was very lovely and made sure that our dinning experience was a great one she even spoke to the children when taking their order and didn't just over look them, you don't find that in many places. The kids loved the robots and also got to try on the sombrero's with the help and kindness of the staff, it was just an all round amazing visit. We can not wait to go back and eat there again!!

so far my experience has lacked great service, the waiters wasn’t great with communication and seemed lost at times when asked about non gluten items, the cocktails need some work, i ordered the same exact cocktail at the same exact time as my peer and if you drank them you would believe they was completely different drinks, they taste miles apart from each other. prices are also quite high. hope they improve on customer service and quality of items served.

Really great meal with three youngsters aged 4, 3and 1. The waitress Emma was exceptional. Bonded with the kids beautifully and even entered into an agreement for Bruno the robot to come over and personally congratulate the 4 year old for eating all her food. Food was excellent and service was even better mainly due to Emma.

We visited Las Iguanas for my birthday meal last week. It was busy at the time, but our table for two had been reserved. Several waitresses were quite attentive during our visit, and we weren't kept waiting long for anything. Surprisingly, there's a number of robots bringing food to tables which clearly helps in a busy restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent, as was the service. It's one of the busiest restaurants on the site and an ideal choice for a birthday meal.

This is a reasonable restaurant. The food is ok. Not amazing but good enough. However, the service is really poor. Just so hard to get served. Poorly timed delivery of food meaning half had nearly finished by the time we all got our meals. The atmosphere is also a bit flat for what could be a fun meal. All in all I would go elsewhere.

Great service, and food that was served was very nice to taste. However, let's talk about desert. A brownie sundae is not a single small scope of ice-cream in a cocktail glass with a couple of small bits of brownie and chocolate sauce. For £8 (and yes this is centre parcs) I would have expected more and I also think most kids who would look at this option, compared to others, would be disappointed.

What a fantastic place! We had lunch here with our friends and between us we had 4 children and 5 adults. My son particularly wanted sausages for lunch having been pining them for 2 days but there wasn't any on the menu. Asking one of the waiters who was also the manager, if there's any possibility he offered to purchase them from a nearby restaurant and serve them as part of a meal. My son and I were so thankful and it just proves they're service goes above and beyond!! Everyone enjoyed their meal, food was amazing (the curry was superb) and our children loved the robots bringing the food. Fantastic place and very welcoming!

Claudio was our server and did a great job, although sometimes hard to communicate over all the background noise. Food portion sizes were perfect to make sure nothing was left behind, plenty of options for all tastes and preferences too. Deserts are a bit on the small side for the prices. We had a great family meal.

Was enjoying a lovely evening, with lovely food, though on smaller side, being spicy made it quite filling. However I was very disappointed when it came to desserts. As seen below, I had the chocolate brownie sundae. This was one scoop of ice cream, a few pieces of brownie, chocolate sauce and a small shortcake biscuit the size of a £2 coin (had already been eaten). The dessert cost me £8!! Stay away from this dessert for that price! Definitely not worth £8, what a waste of money.

The food was good but nothing outstanding and the service was awful. Portion sizes were small, grand nachos were a let down, supposed to be home made but appeared to be out of a packet. Took ages just for our drinks to arrive. One of our starters was wrong and we couldn't get any staff member to acknowledge us for ages to get it put right. My 12 year old daughter ordered chilli con carne which was really spicy and when she said something to the server she was told well you could have said you didn't want it spicy, you'll know for next time! How would a 12 year old know that unless advised? Shocking service. Then tried to charge us twice for the incorrect starter! Not a good experience. We will avoid next time.
