Amazing food and great service and atmosphere!

We had a lovely time at Las Iguanas Elveden Forrest especially due to our lovely waitress Dharma who was very kind and helpful when it came to choosing dishes and checking on us to see if we needed anything. We wish her all the best !

We ate out every day during our Center Parcs stay (Bella Italia, Hucks and Forsters Inn) and overall Las Iguanas was the best main meal (with the exception of Pancake House) but still not anything outstanding. Portion size was decent and the food tasted pretty nice, but it was fairly standard, nothing special. It was a bit on the expensive side but all the restaurants are there. The food was brought over by a little novelty machine which was very entertaining! The main downside of this restaurant is that there were long wait times to have our drinks/food order taken and an even longer wait time for someone to take payment when the restaurant wasn't exceptionally busy. The food itself didn't take too long to arrive, but we waited almost half an hour to be able to pay the bill.... There was also an added optional 7.5% service charge (which is applied at all restaurants across Center Parcs) which would have taken even longer to get this removed so we reluctantly paid this one as we just wanted to get going. There was one waitress working in there called Jess who was the only one who seemed to be doing any work, she was amazing and was tending to all the tables (about 6/7 in total) where as the other two waitresses (one that I believed might have been a manager as she was dressed in different uniform) just kept standing round at the tills not doing much and both of them went outside for half an hour separately, leaving Jess to do all the work... Even when we eventually managed to ask for our bill, the woman I believed to be manager gave our dirty plates to Jess to clear even though Jess was already doing so much. Jess was really lovely and seemed like a very hard worker so I would like to give credit to her.

We visited last night and were very disappointed. Our server was really friendly and all of our disappointment was out of their hands. Drinks arrived after our mains and the mains were VERY stingy. A couple of us tried `A taste of mexico' which essentially was a few ramekins of dips and a couple of ramekins of fillings to go with two small tortillas. For over £18 it was expensive and we left hungry. My wife had a burger which cost less and looked far more filling, so I would recommend that and avoid the taste of Mexico. Our server admitted others had complained about portion sizes but I suspect profits will be prioritised over customer satisfaction, especially as a wave of new guests will be incoming tomorrow.

Fantastic restaurant!! I had the chicken fajitas and my partner had the veg chilli, looked and tasted amazing although a little cold. Loved the waiting staff aswell, very charming and nice😁. Drinks were the real star of the show though, just divine, had the caipirinha and it was beautiful 👍

I came here with my partner to celebrate our anniversary and it was the best dining experience we’ve had! The food and drinks are incredibly unique, you won’t find somewhere with more options. 10/10 quality as well. The staff were ever so friendly and attentive, made the whole experience more enjoyable. General atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing, good music and the robots are a great attraction. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Lovely place to visit and eat, I dont like spicy foods so the waitress recommended some dishes for me, staff were very friendly and helpful, I love the robots they are fantastic

our starters arrived in a cute robot before our drinks.. then when our mains arrived it wasn't busy an we were a large table an we weren't checked if everything was OK with our meal.. then when it was time for desserts there was ample staff but no-one cleared out table an came to take our orders which included a 21st birthday celebration dessert. but a table fullnof dishes an no staff appearing apart for cute robots. so we eventually left very dissatisfied.. also the mushroom fajitas had no mushrooms in just peppers an onions it was quiet an we were a table that should have been given good service. as it was we all left an was too late to get dessert elsewhere. cute robots shouldn't replace staff!!! a real shame to the birthday boy it was his night to celebrate ....

Me and my family had a great dinner here. We loved how the robots delivered the food, all the servers were super friendly making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere in the restaurant adds even more to the dining experience! I recommend visiting Las Iguanas if you're staying at Centre parcs

Awful service, awful children's choice menu!! Would t come back here when we come here again next year

Nobody cares about this place it sucks it to one hour and a half don’t come awlful terrible go somewhere else not the one in Elveden forest at centre parcs all the restaurants go to em not at centre parcs I demand a shut down do not come ewww bad awful

We visited recently and had the most considerate waiter, so attentive and was really impressed. I opted for the platter so got to taste the chilli and fajitas and was lovely. I believe the gentlemans name was Gustavo. Love the little machines that bring uo the food too, love the look on the kids face when they see them. Kids meal lovely but would just add that one churro is just not enough for a childs dessert, especially with the amount of dark chocolate sauce provided (be even better if this was milk chocolate or caramel). The cocktail list is fab. The boba cocktails though, be great if you did a kids boba drink. The kids are all into bubble tea at the min. Cant wait to return.

Nice food, staff super friendly

This was our second time at Las Iguanas and we couldn’t fault the food or service from Gabi. We would recommend the grande nachos, their burgers and the kids menu.

The food was amazing, my Mrs had the fish curry and I had the Caruru chicken curry, we also has the honey chicken wings and sweet potato fries. The waitress Emma was lovely So friendly and professional. She brought over a Mexican had for my daughter to wear. It was all in all a great experience.

We visited Las Iguanas on our holiday at Centre Parc, this was my first time I have gone to this restaurant. The cute cat robots were fantastic, although it was let down by a child breathing on our food as it went by them, I would recommend a member of staff watching them at all time. However they were incredible I won’t lie. It was incredibly busy and loud. We went at 8pm. It can very very overwhelming, especially me for. The food took a long time to come to us. We waited around 20 mins for drinks. However our server who was so friendly and apologetic towards us. It also took a long time to get the bill. The staff were very friendly but looked over worked. Food was nice. I got the hunters chicken, without bacon. It was nice but a little spicy. I would recommend this place, but maybe not during rush hour at dinner time. They accept blue light card.

I ordered hunters chicken which was flat but it’s okay im sure they make it that way to be different what I can’t excuse is the lack of anything on the chicken. Almost no cheese at all and a small amount of bbq sauce. Could by a frozen hunters chicken out of Aldi and would like it more. The prices are stupid but it’s centreparcs nothing is about worth what you pay. The service was okay robots roll around and leave food infront of your table waiting for someone to unload it. Sat there for a good 3 minutes with food sitting infront of me. Had to ask for knifes and forks and then he decided to deliver more knifes than forks so we had to ask for more forks. Being seated at a dirty and unready table is stupid. Don’t eat here. The food wasn’t worth it and the service was awful

Really lovely dinner and drinks at Las Iguanas at Center Parcs. The service is very friendly and fast (we went twice after 7pm and it was not crowded). The food was really nice, great nachos, the veggie chimichanga was perfection, and the spicy chicken Brazilian curry was nice too. Very much recommend- good menu, good service and great vibe in the restaurant.

Las iguanas is my favourite restaurant at Elveden. The customer service was great, the food was delicious and cocktail list is amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. One of our party has an allergy and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Las Iguanas 👍

so far my experience has lacked great service, the waiters wasn’t great with communication and seemed lost at times when asked about non gluten items, the cocktails need some work, i ordered the same exact cocktail at the same exact time as my peer and if you drank them you would believe they was completely different drinks, they taste miles apart from each other. prices are also quite high. hope they improve on customer service and quality of items served.

Me and my family went here on a day pass for dinner and all i can say is WOW! The atmosphere in this restaurant is amazing the staff can not do anymore to go above and beyond for you, they are so helpful when trying to decide what to eat and so incredibly patient when it comes to helping the children make up their minds. The food is very yummy and there is a lot of choice for all different needs i cant fault it. The Lady that was our waitress was very lovely and made sure that our dinning experience was a great one she even spoke to the children when taking their order and didn't just over look them, you don't find that in many places. The kids loved the robots and also got to try on the sombrero's with the help and kindness of the staff, it was just an all round amazing visit. We can not wait to go back and eat there again!!

Really great meal with three youngsters aged 4, 3and 1. The waitress Emma was exceptional. Bonded with the kids beautifully and even entered into an agreement for Bruno the robot to come over and personally congratulate the 4 year old for eating all her food. Food was excellent and service was even better mainly due to Emma.

We visited Las Iguanas for my birthday meal last week. It was busy at the time, but our table for two had been reserved. Several waitresses were quite attentive during our visit, and we weren't kept waiting long for anything. Surprisingly, there's a number of robots bringing food to tables which clearly helps in a busy restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent, as was the service. It's one of the busiest restaurants on the site and an ideal choice for a birthday meal.

This is a reasonable restaurant. The food is ok. Not amazing but good enough. However, the service is really poor. Just so hard to get served. Poorly timed delivery of food meaning half had nearly finished by the time we all got our meals. The atmosphere is also a bit flat for what could be a fun meal. All in all I would go elsewhere.

Staff were really friendly and enjoyed the cat robots delivering food! Food was good some better than others but good selection. Cocktails were lovely! Desert looked really small however was yummy. Price about the same at every restaurant in center parcs but was a nice family meal that we decided to go to twice in our 4 night stay.

Great service, and food that was served was very nice to taste. However, let's talk about desert. A brownie sundae is not a single small scope of ice-cream in a cocktail glass with a couple of small bits of brownie and chocolate sauce. For £8 (and yes this is centre parcs) I would have expected more and I also think most kids who would look at this option, compared to others, would be disappointed.

What a fantastic place! We had lunch here with our friends and between us we had 4 children and 5 adults. My son particularly wanted sausages for lunch having been pining them for 2 days but there wasn't any on the menu. Asking one of the waiters who was also the manager, if there's any possibility he offered to purchase them from a nearby restaurant and serve them as part of a meal. My son and I were so thankful and it just proves they're service goes above and beyond!! Everyone enjoyed their meal, food was amazing (the curry was superb) and our children loved the robots bringing the food. Fantastic place and very welcoming!

Claudio was our server and did a great job, although sometimes hard to communicate over all the background noise. Food portion sizes were perfect to make sure nothing was left behind, plenty of options for all tastes and preferences too. Deserts are a bit on the small side for the prices. We had a great family meal.

Was enjoying a lovely evening, with lovely food, though on smaller side, being spicy made it quite filling. However I was very disappointed when it came to desserts. As seen below, I had the chocolate brownie sundae. This was one scoop of ice cream, a few pieces of brownie, chocolate sauce and a small shortcake biscuit the size of a £2 coin (had already been eaten). The dessert cost me £8!! Stay away from this dessert for that price! Definitely not worth £8, what a waste of money.

The food was good but nothing outstanding and the service was awful. Portion sizes were small, grand nachos were a let down, supposed to be home made but appeared to be out of a packet. Took ages just for our drinks to arrive. One of our starters was wrong and we couldn't get any staff member to acknowledge us for ages to get it put right. My 12 year old daughter ordered chilli con carne which was really spicy and when she said something to the server she was told well you could have said you didn't want it spicy, you'll know for next time! How would a 12 year old know that unless advised? Shocking service. Then tried to charge us twice for the incorrect starter! Not a good experience. We will avoid next time.

Worse place at the Parc. Service v poor, had to persuade them to let us in, we hadn’t booked but place was virtually empty. Good v bland, kids meals where just deep fried, beige and served cold. Adult mains not much better. It wasn’t cheap. Discredit to the brand and centre parcs

Disappointing. Very pricey poor quality food. Robots delivering food (taken off by staff). Menu items not available and dips were ‘pre packed’. Perhaps money could have been better spent on food quality than robots. Most expensive and disappointing meal during our stay.

The best restaurant at Centre Parcs. The place is well decorated, and has a good atmosphere. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and offered to take pictures of us. This really made a difference to have such lovely staff (especially compared to the poor service at Hucks)! The actual food was so delicious, large portions and the price is what you would expect to pay. The cocktails were well made and there was a great selection. As a vegan, this was plentiful choices, and the staff were knowledgable about what a vegan is. Definitely coming here again if we come back to Elveden.

Lovely food, very tasty. Kids enjoyed it too being served by a robot was a first for us. Only downside was lack of a play area, this is the only restauraunt at center parcs without anything for the kids so be warned.

Had a great time. Service was great (from both people and machines!) Food was really good and we felt portions were good for the price. Robots kept the kids entertained. I noticed the one that collects the plates doesn't look as happy as the others! 😂 Only slight negative would be we ordered cheesey garlic bread as a starter for the kids but didn't know it would come with chilli flakes on top, so they found it a bit warm! Would definitely return on our next visit.

We had a wonderful dinner! Our kids absolutely loved the food, and Jowana provided exceptional care and kindness in serving us. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent food, staff. Was very quite but we went in the afternoon, the cauliflower bites were AMAZING with or without the sauce on top. I had a mushroom fajita dish ( my youngest said we got a show with this cos it was sizzling and smoking), hubby had the coconut curry and the kids had a beef burrito each. All clean plates at the end of the meal.

Worst experience ever! They will tell you when booking on the center parcs webpage that there's hardly any availability but when you get there you'll see the whole restaraunt of over 300 capacity is virtually empty. I'd be really concerned if I was las iguanas owners!! Staff were appalling from the moment we arrived. The waitress kicked up a fuss about where we could sit because we had 2 babies who needed high chairs and apparently it would interfere with the robots if we sat in the comfy chairs with 2 babies. Robots that were not even used because this same waitress brought the food by hand. The food itself was dreadful. We've been to many Las iguanas before so could easily compare. The wings were fried and bbq sauce dolloped over the top of them... no effort or taste. The nachos had hardly any cheese on them and when we asked for extra cheese the supervisor just added raw cheese over the top... we then asked for it to be melted and to our shock they put the whole thing in the oven.. the guacamole, sour cream, salsa and jalapeños now really warm and disgusting to eat. The burgers were plan and not marinated whatsoever and were literally grilled chicken which was hard to bite and to eat. The waiting staff were just talking the whole time we were there behind the bar joking and laughing and not once did they come over to ask us how our meals were. We paid over £150 for 4 of us and to be honest it's the worst restaraunt and staff (bar the kitchen staff who were working tirelessly) that we have ever come across. If you ever stay at center parcs avoid this place unless you like going to a Restaraunt that is like a graveyard with awful food and awful service. Never again!!

Very good experience food lovely watch out for robots brining your order well worth a visit

Really enjoyed our time here. Very relaxed, food was very good and our waiter was second to none although, no never mind. As with all restaurants on centre parks, they do add a service charge, although you can ask to have it taken off your bill if you feel the service wasn't up to scratch but as I've already said that's not likely to be the case based on our experience. Give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Oh and look out for the automated robots that bring the food to your table and take away your dirty plates when your finished.

Best restaurant at Elveden Center Parcs, food is tasty and it’s delivered to your table by robots!

The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. However the food just seemed a bit bland and rushed compared to a couple of previous visits to different las Iguanas.

Really enjoyed the food, great service and alot of effort was made to make my sons birthday special. The supervisor Natalie and one of the waiters got the attention of the entire restaurant to sing him happy birthday and cheer. Great atmosphere and lovely evening had by all.

Food was very good first time iv been to one of these. 100% be happy to go again the robot servers are funny/strange. One of them stole my onion rings. We move tho. Funnily enough they dont serve iguana??

Not the best experience, its not the staffs fault as they are really understaffed, but it took ages to get a drink . Food took a long time too,and it wasn't the best quality either, our sons all said they didn't enjoy their meals, mine and my wifes food was ok, all at the cost of £130.00 on four drinks and just 5 main courses , so if we come back to CP again we'll just eat in our accommodation

Brazilian chicken was stunning, great ambiance, quick service and very tasty. A bit pricey but to be expected. Peanut allergy sufferer was treated very well, clear allergy guidance.

Las Igunas is one of my top restaurants to eat out at. All I ask is for them or Center parks to update by making it clear they do not accept vouchers before people get there. The food was good as always and the menu selection was impeccable. It was first time seeing robots working along side the waiters but was not very clear how the set up was meant to be. But oh well, as long it works for them

Very poor, considering the soundings and price. We were booked in at 7.30pm a table of 9 in a half empty restaurant, we ordered and only after complaining did we receive our food at 9pm. The food wasn't hot and nothing special and way overpriced. Our drinks were left on the bar, in the end we went and collected those ourselves. The manager was nowhere to be seen, it wasn't the waitress's fault, the poor girl was doing her best. I hate complaining but when you're faced with a bill for £300 you expect the service and food to warrant that price.

Great service throughout our meal, absolutely love the vibe of this restaurant! Would recommend to anyone staying on Center parcs to visit, can’t wait to go again!

3:15 PM on a Saturday and this restaurant is out of tequila. No margaritas. There’s also a supermarket with tequila right across the way. Disappointing.

Food was shocking Service wasn’t great either and beware the 7.5% surcharge they put on your bill automatically Would never come again very overpriced and not that good either

We had a great lunch here, there was 5 of us and we all ordered something different, and all absolutely enjoyed our meals. Many vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. The serving robots don’t really speed up the service, but the kids enjoy watching them.

Excellent! This is right in the centre of Center Parcs and the park generally - opposite the park market. The robots wondering around with food to help the waiters was most amusing too!

I recently stayed at CP Elveden. I normally don’t leave reviews but had the pleasure to dine in at the new Las Iguanas restaurant and wow, what a place this is. They even have robots delivering the food! The atmosphere was great the staff friendly and our excellent waiter, Pedro, looked after us really well and spoke to our kids and treated them as adults and they were so happy. Even with a slight delay on our drinks Pedro went to the bar to make our cocktails himself, great service. The food was great, even better were the cocktails. We all had a great experience and will definitely return. All the staff were very friendly and provide really good customer service. Thank you for a great meal.
