Really good food ! Our starters arrived almost immediately. I will say our mains did take quite a bit of time, but all worth it cause it tasted great.

Have visited previously and had a great experience so returned. This visit wasn't great. The food was OK but nothing special for the price. Carbonara was very watery and the pizza was just OK. The Garlic flatbread was very good. Was anOK but wouldn't rush back.

We dined here this evening (10 April) and thoroughly enjoying our pasta. The Lentil Ragu is highly recommended. We shared a sticky toffee pudding which was delicious. Great service with a relaxed atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

After walking around London for a few hours Bella Italia jumped out as a place we could eat in comfort and get Gluten free options with out any big theatrics - in other places you'd have thought they were serving from the poison registers. Food was good, seating really pleasant and we were there at a quiet time - tastecard came in handy as well Thank you for a great meal and the welcome.

We’ve experience Bella Italian before and enjoyed it; however, our food tonight wasn’t the best. The food was very average and the dessert was not acceptable so we had it removed off the menu. The service and atmosphere was good but the whole experience in total wasn’t.

the service was extremely quick, we had arton as our server and he was great. the atmosphere was lovely. the restaurant is split into 3 levels, so the sound carries very little and it is nice and calm. the food as always in bella italia was lovely quality

I had a great experience at bella italia! The food was absolutely amazing, packed with flavour and made with fresh ingredients, loved it!! The gamberoni pasta was a standout! The atmosphere was perfect for a warm italian dining experience and customer service was top notch, this place is a must visit!!!

Well they didn't have the buy one get one at £1 offer on Saturdays. Then the food was not very tasty. Have had better bruschetta. And then the One4All card didn't work. So I didn't enjoy my time. But is rather spacious for larger groups to dine in.

Fast service when we were running late and hot plentiful food. The group rated it their favorite on the trip!

Watch out for hidden service charges and small portions.

Came as part of a school trip with 40 11/12 year olds. The service was really quick and the staff were really accommodating for such a big group. Pablo and the team were great and I would definitely return again.

As someone who has tried Italian flavors in many countries, I can say that it was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The pizza was very cold and hard, I swear you can eat much better pizza even at Dominos, only the waiter provided good service, and we liked the calamari. The garlic bread was also terrible. Despite such a bad taste, we paid about 70 euros, I do not recommend you to go in terms of price-performance, that pizza will enter my nightmares!

Had a pleasant pre theatre meal here. Very attentive team, child friendly restaurant. Pretty standard chain restaurant food, reasonable but nothing special. Good experience overall.
