Great service Very efficient but warm and friendly Very pleasant all round !

Went pre theatre it was busy and team was super efficient and friendly.

Mixed music from the floor and kitchen, a filthy floor, no water and for an Italian spaghetti and meatballs to be as bland a microwave meal from Aldi the price is simply too high

We had dinner here before the theatre. The food was fine and the staff were very friendly... but our desserts came at different times, one was finished well before the other arrived. Also, the ambience was not relaxing with bright lights and it was very noisy.

From start to finish the service was 10/10 from the moment we walked through the door and seat we were greeting with smiles and warmth. Drinks and food came quick and was so nice! Joanna in particular was lovely, smiley, absolute Diamond🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Good food, excellent service from Yiannis, attentive and friendly. Calzone a bit meagre in terms of filling but tasted good, veggie pizza and gluten free pasta very good.

Atmosphere and service were great, food was mostly good although the garlic bread was a bit of a let down. Salma, our sever, was really attentive and had a laugh with us which was great.

Visited this restaurant last week and had super service. Joanna was so super friendly and her service was fast. Rare to find such a lovely waiters these days but she had it all under control. Little shame food was average and rest of staff was taking it easy while this girl was running around.

Laura offered excellent customer service. Our table was looked after attentively. Food excellent.

It was a cold, rainy day and the restaurant was a warm cosy space to enjoy the hot and delicious food. All the dishes we ordered were really delectable with good portion sizes.

Food was very bad, we ordered the margarita pizza and it tasted very cheap. Definitely not restaurant quality. The mushroom risotto was just ok. And the Tiramisu was not authentic at all. It was bad and I had better store bought ones. Overall I was very disappointed with the food.

Very reasonably priced good quality food

A fabulous meal. I had the garden salad with chicken & a side of coleslaw which was delicious. We also ordered lasagne and a spicy nduja & sausage pizza which were also really good. Staff were excellent.

Everything was great from start to finish although the restaurant was very busy. Our server Yiannis was really helpful, quick, and super friendly. We would recommend a great value meal and service at this specific restaurant. We are never disappointed here.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Sukaina today. Completely went above and beyond for us to accommodate us with our baby and my gluten allergy. We waited ages for our starters then for our mains. My friends margherita pizza was just dough and tomato with barely any cheese. My calzone had a bone which nearly chocked me. We waited so long we cancelled the desserts and left. Never again.

Friendly attentive staff with good service and food.

The refurbed interior makes this location is much better. The staff were very friendly and I loved the pasta dish I had. I would definitely go again when I go to the football as the central bay food court I tried at the start of the season was overpriced for poor quality.

I was very disheartened when I received my sticky toffee pudding it felt like they got a typical sponge added toffee sauce then placed it into a blender then microwaved it wahlaa, the most typical, pizza was ok, chicken fries was average, will never visit again

Fantastic service, great food Yannis is a star & a credit to the restaurant.

Usually visit before going to the Lowry Theatre so visits depend on what shows are on. Book in advance as can be very busy pre-show. We were served by Andy, who served us last time we were there. Good choice of food & drink, all served with a smile and attentiveness. No push on getting us to order, left us alone but was close by and ready when needed. Lovely touch of a Lemoncello offered at the ended Highly recommended.

This is the second visit to the Quays and we've eaten here both times. It's a friendly place with very good attentive staff. We would come back.

We went Sunday lunchtime and it was busy which is great to see as too many places are shutting down. Even though hre was rushed off his feet our server Dylan was amazing. So attentive. Very friendly. He was fabulous

We were seated quickly in a nice booth seat, so we felt we could relax as a family. We were served quickly. The kids portion sizes were just right and we enjoyed our food. Dylan was really friendly and helped my daughter choose her gelato selection after her meal.

3 of us had a lovely meal, 2 from the set menu, very good value and choice. Service by Yiannis was great!

Great Vibes and Service, but Food Falls Short I recently visited Bella Italia, drawn in by its lively atmosphere. The ambiance did not disappoint—it's a charming spot. The service was excellent from start to finish, thanks to our waiter Dylan. The staff were friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great experience. Our server was knowledgeable and quick to accommodate any requests we had. Overall, Bella Italia is a good place if you're looking for a spot with a nice atmosphere and excellent service. However, if food is your main priority, you might find it a bit underwhelming.

Rubbish place - they kept us waiting for over an hour- I was so hungry ! I decided enough was enough and paid for our drinks and crappy starter then left —AVOID !!

Food was great, service was quick and efficient

Arrived for an early lunch on a Sunday, there was only one other table in the restaurant being served. There seemed to be a lot of confusion by the server who kept coming and going to ask about our order. There was a very long wait between starters and main and we watched as some people who arrived long after us ate 3 courses, paid and left. Once we'd finally eaten, it was again difficult trying to pay so we could leave. In the end we had to join a queue of others, who also couldn't seem to get the bill, stood at a till to pay. The food itself was nice once we got it but overall a bit of a disaster.
