Bella Italia Center Parcs Elveden in Forest Heath

One of the better restaurants in Elveden. Christine, who looked after us, was a gem, both helpful and amusing. She was very attentive to our son with learning difficulties and also to our toddler granddaughter The food was very nice too.

Paula was fantastic, attended to our every need, constantly making sure we didn’t need anything else. Brilliant service, we come to Centre Parcs every year and always have a relaxing time. Thank you Paula for your excellent service.

Christine at Centre Parcs Elveden Bella Italia, is extremely friendly and attentive can’t fault her, even when service was a bit slow due to the business she was kind and checked on us. As a big group of 16 people she handled it extremely well as did the whole of the Bella Italia team. Celebrating a 60th birthday she made it extra special.

Had an amazing meal, the best we’ve had since being on site. Our waiter Jakub was incredibly friendly and funny and looked after our table of 13 amazingly. The manager also had a good sense of fun and made our dining experience incredibly stress free and fun. Would highly recommend, thank you Jakob and the whole team x

Food was great. Service from Christine even better- great character. Unfortunately it was all let down a bit by no air conditioning on the hottest day of the year 🥵

Paula was great and all the staff, really hot day but still on the ball. Lots of water when needed, and food was lovely all empty plates.

We have been to Bella Italia on previous visit and chose to go again as we enjoyed it before. We were right, as soon as we sat down it was great from start to finish. Our waiter ( Jakub) was funny and very friendly, great with kids and took care of our table like we were the only people he had to take care of, but he really had many tables and was the same with all the guests. Definitely the best service ever. The food was yummy and the prices was okay. We will definitely return on our next holiday

We had a meal at Bella Italia and when we first sat down out Waiter 'Ollie' introduced himself and told us that the drinks menu was in the middle of the table and that he would be over in a few minutes to take a drinks order which was very helpful. The drinks came fast and the starters followed very quickly! The Calamari that my wife had was very nice. Then the main meals arrived 10 minutes after the starters had been finished which was a great amount of time to wait so that the starters could go down! The main meals for my wife, children and myself were all very nice. The portions were just the right size and we couldn't fit in any dessert! Overall a fantastic experience with great service and food.

This is a lovely restaurant. The lasagna is divine! There was a slight incident, however this was rectified quickly by the staff and the manageress came over to apologise and deducted the cost of that meal from the bill. The peachberry mocktail is lovely and the whole restaurant was really clean. Overall, a great visit and next time we're at Center Parcs we'll return to this restaurant.
