Excellent portion sizes! Have tried the lamb shawarma wrap multiple times and am always impressed by the size for the price! Beirut also does one of the best baba ghanoush in town - must try! Friendly staff, quick service, clean restaurant with nice seating area. Central location, just opposite the Roseangle bus stop.

Cafe Bruiet offers the best shawarma ! in town, with amazing chefs and friendly staff that make every visit a pleasure. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend!

Wow! beautiful food, just like it was made at home, great Hummus, the Chicken Shish Taouk was lovely, and the red cabbage with garlic mayo amazing, best takeaway I have had in many years!

Fave restaurant in Dundee. I have allergies and severe stomach problems and never have had issues with cross contamination here. Food is fresh and staff is helpful. Food is flavorful and high quality!! Recommend

Rice, chicken wrap and wings were stinking and when I contacted the restaurant,insteadof admitting or giving solutions, they gave me reason that it's ingredients which cause the "aroma". Disgusting service and food. Not worth the visit.

Pop in for lunch occasionally but this was my first time ordering for delivery. Chicken shawarma seasoned beautifully and a really generous portion size too. Even the garlic sauce is a step above other takeaways.

Staff were really friendly. They very quickly offered to help me out with my order to the car . The food was delicious , far too much as the portions were huge. Would definitely recommend ☺️

A great wee family run restaurant / take away with very reasonably priced great tasting food. Had their Fattoosh, Halloumi, Lamb Shawarma and Chicken Shawarma wrap. Will definitely be back!!

The food was somewhat decent, but it takes ages for whatever reason ( I ordered chips and cheese. like 25 min 👎, I guess online orders are prioritised.

It’s such an underrated hidden gem in Dundee. The environment is so calm and soothing which will change the mind automatically. Food was extreamly good. We tried their mixed grill platter which was more than enough for 2 of us in a budget.

First time trying this highly recommended Dundee takeout and the food was sublime. I tried both the Lamb and Chicken Shawarma with were marinated to perfection with Middle Eastern spices that packed a lot of flavour! Would definitely see myself coming back to try more of the menu with it being in such close proximity to the university!

Chicken was burnt and tasted off. Rice was cold. Salad was stale. Samosa and garlic sauce were fine. It was a huge disappointment because previous orders were okay. Not sure what happened today.

I absolutely love this place! The location is fantastic, and they offer a great variety of Mediterranean dishes. The meat is so clean and easy to get, and the chicken Shawarma is just divine!

Munchy Box - cold chips, overcooked/incredibly dry kofte and chicken wings. Ordered 3 cans of juice and none of them arrived. Phoned them to be told they wouldn't deliver them and to request a refund on just eat. Disappointing as I've had many good meals from here, won't be returning in a hurry.

So disappointed, and not worth the money. I had high expectations based on the other reviews but I will not be back. Hardly any filling in any of the three wraps. The mixed shawarma was fatty and had sauce on which had leaked, I ticked for no sauce. Halloumi was undercooked and had no flavour. Samosas were crisp and tasty, but that's all I can say that was good about it.

Was in this afternoon & we ordered a lamb shawarma & a chicken shawarma, come in a box with chips, salad & bread with two sauce. Was the most fresh & delicious food iv had in a long time, friendly staff too, would highly recommend & will most definitely be back

Had a delivery to my house. Food is excellent!! So tasty!!!

We ordered a few things to pick up. My partner has a dairy allergy and told the staff when ordering a hoagie, asking them not to put any dairy in it. They usually have cheese but they have made it without for us before, and said that was fine as they are made to order. When we got home he bit into it and there was cheese - he's now feeling awful. When we called they told him he shouldn't have ordered a hoagie, but if they will no longer make it without cheese why not say so as soon as an allergy was mentioned. So careless.

was told my food will be between 20:20 and 20:35. it's 21:38 and still no sign. I tried to cancel but that's not an option 😕

Oooooo it’s goood. Sometimes it’s not open when it says it’s will be, but besides that I love this place. Everything in the menu is full of rich flavour and so fresh. I highly recommend

We ordered a Mix grill with a falafel platter, it was our best food experience yet in Dundee. We had gone for iftar, by the end of the meal, we received some dates and baklava. The meat and grill tasted so good and authentic. We will be visiting this place often now.

Worst place ever!! First Hand Experience of Xenophobia: The waitresses don't smile, don't check in on the sit in customers even though they charge a higher price to sit in. We were 3 Indian girls who visited just to explore their food, ordered one platter to share, but the order never turned up. A huge queue of take out customers and deliveroo folks was cleared up twice. Customers who came for sit in, 5-10mins after us at 2 different tables were served and cleared in 45mins, yet here we were hanging in, still waiting for our one platter to be served. Wonder was it something to do with us being brown!! Apart from us, there was no other person of colour. We sat there for more than 50-55mins and left. Imagine, no one noticed even though the place was almost empty by then. Simply Pathetic!!

Pathetic service and bad customer care. The place is filled with takeout orders which are given priority over dine in customers (you could get served first if you’re a local). Three of us sat there for nearly 45 minutes waiting for our order which never came. I went to ask about it after 30 minutes and the waitress rudely replied that it’ll be another 10-15 mins more. Nobody came to check in or bothered to ask us anything else. They didn’t even notice when we left. I wonder if there was any racism at play there since all other customers (no one else of color) were served way before us even though they came later than us! Very disappointed.

Was nice but beyond greasy. Literally whopping pools of oil in the bag and the containers.

This place has the best falafel in Dundee so I keep ordering, but it is always very late. Today I ordered a full hour before I wanted to eat, with a specific time slot, but the delivery was late. My lunch break from work has a set time and is not long, so it's always disappointing when my food comes late.

Second time we have ordered and the food has arrived cold. Just had to chuck our munchie box in the air fryer. Not good enough!

Delivery was 90 mins after placing the order, which was 20 mins after the estimated delivery a lot. As a result the food wasn’t very hot.

I usually order mixed kebab, and the quality varies from time to time, but today it was awful and the smell was horrible. I literally throw it in the garbage. Very disappointed

Solid. Decent falafel, hummus etc Meat platter, a little dry and lacking for £20 was 80% chicken and overcooked. However, everything else was quite tasty, worth a visit.

Second time I have had beirut and it was amazing. Quality,portion size delivery time all spot on.. would highly recommend.

Order was placed at 6pm and arrived at 8!!over an hour later than the restaurant started ,driver was rude on the phone to my husband and the food is absolutely freezing and unedible! Tried calling the restaurant 35 times and the line is always engaged. No doubt taken it off the hook! If I could give it no stars I would! Shocking service.

10/10 they gave me rice after I asked cause it usually comes with chips. The food is always really tasty and hot when it arrives 😀

Food is absolutely banging. I've only recently discovered this place and it puts all the other shawarma shops to shame. Spices are lovely and vibrant and portions (takeaway) are generous for the price. The meat and veggie (falafel/halloumi) options are as tasty as one another which is very impressive. Long may it last!

Ordered online for a take out. Liked the huge chunks in the lamb shawarma; accompanying salad was refreshing. Overall huge portions and one could imagine the extended enjoyment of this meal. I've heard from others that the portion sizes are not the same when you sit in - to try again another day. Staff were friendly and the collection process was smooth. I would be here again!
