Béile Blasta in Belfast

poor quality food: hamburger meat cold, lettuce was flaccid, tortillas cold, sauces seemed diluted. prices in line with other restaurants

£6 for starters garlic mushrooms got 2 button mushrooms haddock for main not the warmest was as warm as the pint of coors yhat i ordered

Great steak and great food in general. Great service too. Not many places to get a good steak without paying too much, not the case here. 2 proper steaks and 2 pints under £50 cant beat it.

Was advised about this place by a bar man in a nearby pub who recommended the peppered chicken with bacon mash, crispy onions and pepper sauce; so followed the recommendation, but was very pleasantly surprised by how good the crispy onions were; they really mad this meal; quick efficient and friendly service, with good home made food.

I went to this restaurant with my son and grandson . My son and grandson just wanted the soup and they were happy enough with that. I was only having mains and decided to have the 10oz steak with onion rings mushrooms mash and pepper sauce, asking for my steak to come medium to well done, I also ordered a portion of veg. All I can say is I would only complain if something was really bad and this was. the steak was over cooked, it came with 2 onion rings which were positioned on top of the steak but there was no mushrooms until I lifted the onion rings off the steak and there I found a slice of a mushroom!! Not even a half a mushroom let alone even one mushroom. I beaconed to the waitress and I said "I'm not happy with this" her reply was Why? Wots wrong with it? I had to verbalise what was obvious to the eye, she went away and another waitress came over with another 2 slices of mushroom and began to argue with me over the meal..not once was there an apology or any offer to make anything wright, it was disgraceful!! ..I most definitely will not be back and my son won't either and I'm sure other family members and friends will give it a wide berth.

We booked here last minute on a busy Saturday night and we were not disappointed. I had bruschetta (which was absolutely delicious) and a burger for my main which was also delicious followed by a frozen strawberry daiquiri. Fantastic choice on the food menu and cocktail menu. Reasonably priced for big portions, staff were so lovely and we are looking forward to visiting again the next time we are in Belfast.

Came here with family for lunch and enjoyed a lovely Sunday Roast. Great service as usual and very reasonably priced

Lovely food. Staff were really friendly. You can bring your own drink for a small fee . I think there could be a little more choice . But we had 6 meals and they were all great.

As a patient in the Royal Victoria Hospital, it was a delight to find Belle Blasta. On the two occasions I went there, the food was excellent. First time we had steak, Thai green curry and chilli chickinb penne pasta. All 3 were delicious. Five of us visited a week later and again everyone was happy. I got the fish and skinny fries and my only complaint would be that the piece of fish was very small and look quite ‘lost’ on the plate. The steak sandwich went down a treat and the other chicken and vegetarian dishes were all excellent. The desserts were so good! Overall, it’s a lovely place with nice staff and I look forward to going back.

My fave place 4 tasty home cooking. Brill staff. Could do with more heat tho. But love the food and variety. Brill friendly chefs too

I have been to Beile Blasta many times and it’s always a great pleasure! Very good food, big plates for a cheap price! And the waitresses are always really nice. I would totally recommend.

Visited Beile Blasta to try the new brunch menu. The food was so impressive and unbelievable value for money!! We haven't experienced better service anywhere else. The waitress, Dolores, was so friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was welcoming and really cosy. I can't recommend the place highly enough! Will definitely be back, especially since they are now BYO!

Had an amazing brunch in Beile Blasta today. Quality of the good so impressive and very reasonably priced. Located just opposite the falls road entrance to the RVH so very handy and much nicer alternative for vistors. Will be back again soon.

Went here for my mum's birthday there were 5 of us all together everyone had something different and everyone loved it . Has a real cosy atmosphere. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was brought out quickly and looked and tasted great . Will definitely be back.

We went to Beile Blasta on Friday evening for our dinner.The food was amazing and really reasonable as we brought our own bottle of wine and also had the special offers.The service from the staff is fantastic and we cannot wait for a return visit , very soon.Keep up the great work Beile Blaste.
