Ordered from here for years across multiple addresses and I can't remember a single bad order. Surprised by these reviews. Received 2 lovely mixed starters today.

If I could rate 0 I would I ordered chicken chowmein £6.70 it was dry , no taste , no sauce, 2 or 3 bean sprouts same with onions and around 5 slithers of chicken, daylight robbery, never again

Ordered sweet n sour special ..absolutely dry as a bone veg I don't think even hit the pan .rubbish ..stay away ..😧😧

First time I have had a Chinese from here got chicken chow mein special chow mean was bone dry had to tip loads of soy sauce over it was horrible even got salt & pepper crispy chicken also absolutely dry & my chips was too bone dry never again £23 pound worse spent ever !!!! Wasn't even 3 pieces of chicken in my chow main was so bland & dry prawn crackers didn't look too good either never again !!!!!

Ordered Friday night . Was flavorless and bland not very good at all 5pound for spicy chips that was not spicy frozen chips with onion.would not recommend to us and would not be using again

Disgusting food .2 meals bought on 23rd Oct 21 went straight into the dustbin. Order food from here at your peril.. 🤢🤮🤮🤮. Sadly there isn't an option to give it zero stars on here. Grim .

Ordered on just eat. Delivery expected 9.22 on New year's eve. Ringing the place until 10.30 no answer! App then informed me that my order add been delivered... No it hadn't.

Always been spot on for me, delicious and reasonably quick delivery. The one time they forgot an item in the delivery they sent out the missing item without question. My favourite Chinese

Wrong order turned up. When it did turn up it was horrible. Binned most of it and ordered elsewhere. Avoid.

Was nearly 2 hours before we got food. Rung the shop, the guy that answered was so rude it was unreal. When the food turned up it was cold and shocking. Avoid at all costs.

Salty salty filth. Really tasteless.

Horrible place. ordered food almost 2.5 hours ago, still havent been delivered. Called the place, rude and useless staff, just said the food is coming and thats it. Will never order again, and i advise you to avoid this place.

Terrible. Has been 2h now, order didn't come. Called the takeaway, they could barely speak English, couldn't understand a thing.

Absolutely horrible people. Waited the 45 minute estimated delivery time, then a further 15 minutes before calling the shop, only to have my calls ignored and the order then cancelled. Who does that!?

Chicken balls and chips were like rubber, chips felt like they were microwaved and if you threw them they'd bounce off your wall, absolutely disgusted, dont reccomend this place, will never order from here again

Absolute vile. It was a 10p for 400 chicken burger chopped up with a bit for spice on. It was dryer than cardboard you would have been better doing the cream cracker challenge you would have been able to eat more. Waste of money.

I just phoned up to place an order, and explained how I wanted my curry ie how spicy I wanted it to be told by some rude woman no we can't change how it's made as it's premade so basically telling me it's not made by them and frozen, absolutely shocking, I wouldn't dare order from here, ridiculous customer service skills, or should I say lack of absolutely pathetic

It's good Chinese food. We use it all the time and its good prices and good portions, better than some of its competitors. I got a free Chinese calendar this year. We order for collection and it's usually ready for 10 -15mins time.

NEVER ORDER from beijing express in Batley!! Absolutely digusted. Food arrived with a can of coke that has been stabbed with a pen. Therefore it had leaked all over my food. I wanted a refund as the meal was ruined!! They refused a refund and will not do anything to make it right! Digusting customer service! Wouldnt recommend..

Twice in a row I have ordered from this Chinese and the service is a disgrace. First time it took 1hr35mins to be delivered when they said 40mins. Second I rang after 1hr15 and I asked where my delivery was and they said still in the shop. I asked why they said it's just still in the shop. Told them to cancel my order. Very rude and disappointing after giving them a second chance

The shop is a bit bare but the food is nice and didn't take too long to be prepared.

My Beijing Express experience. Firstly, we called up and ordered salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper chips, and beef in OK sauce. It took around 20 mins to arrive which is excellent service. The delivery man was jolly, and gave us a free Chinese Calender which was beautiful if I do say so myself. The food was warm, and up to my expectations. However, they could improve on their prawn crackers. Overall, a decent experience. LOVELY! Thank you to the Beijing Express.

Haven't even got my food yet, waited over an hour and a half and still not here. A change of name is needed to Beijing very slow Food finally arrived and definitely will never order from here again, one word for food SALTY. Very disappointed 😥

Starters it was early and then i knew why my food was cold not even cooked was my beef curry some of the meat was raw the ribs was cold the only thing i enjoyed was the can of fanta i rang them and she said they made it all fresh i know what fresh is and that wasnt fresh not impressed

Spare ribs absolutely delicious, would certainly recommend going here. I will never go to another Chinese for spare ribs in BBQ sauce.

Awesome duck in ok sauce, great chips but rubbish spare ribs & hot & sour soup
