Ordered food from this restaurant via Deliveroo. The food from this restaurant arrived very spicy. Also, they had delayed the order twice, missing their initial estimate by about 20 minutes. Furthermore, the restaurant had called me offering "free food" if I deleted this review or bumped it to a 5*. They said the restaurant is known for spicy food, and thus, my review is a bit unfair. However, I think the review is my opinion of the restaurant. Some may very well like spicy food. However, they are trying to bribe people into leaving negative reviews, so I cannot give them a 5* review in good conscience.

I odered 4 pieces of chicken and only got 4 drumsticks.Why not put in different pieces why drumstick for all for🤷🏻♀️.im not happy and this is not the first time its happening

Markeaton Park KingswayCold fries and that’s a sin. Saturday night McD’s was busy whilst waiting for my food, all I could hear was a shift leader stressing about the number of deliveries with the couriers waiting to pick up… so all those meals were being delivered cold, as the holding cabinet to control temperature was just an MDF shelf in the corner. Supposed I should be grateful after my wait for my eat in meal, it was just my fries that were cold.
