Really tasty burgers, great toppings

Nice, but be prepared to wait absolutely ages for your food. Been going here since it opened years back and it is nice but they take so long to do your food & it's been this way since opening a lot of people I know who go say the same thing. Just no urgency at all moving at 1mph. It's a shame.

Best burgers and the best beef belly sauce and the buffalo sauce, must try the beef and the chicken good quality and taste great. You will not be disappointed.

Changed management and its lost something the belly sauce is now just Mayonnaise with some seasoning i used to love this place now it's slowly getting worse and worse

Really, really nice food. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews as it was delivered within the hour, hot and tasty! The burger was 10/10 and the fries were absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be ordering again! x

Forgot items from my order then tried to charge me an extra £2 to deliver food that was already paid for, then ended the phone on me and won’t answer

Load of rubbish went in the bin

The food is nice but EVERY! time we order something is missing or wrong. It can be cans of pop missing, the wrong sauce on the burger and most recently they not only forgot the salad on the burger but whole kids meal was missing which caused alot of upset for the kids, ended up giving them my meal between them.

Ordered on just eat after nearly 2 hours waiting for delivery burgers were ok but chips were diabolical. Never again

Without a doubt the worst burger I've had in ages! Delivery was a little slow but it was a Saturday evening so not a massive issue, but the quality of the burger was shocking. The burger didn't match the order, but again, a busy evening - not the end of the world. But the quality of the meat was terrible. Beef appeared to be cheap, pre-made patties (to me at least - and I eat a fair few burgers). Very disappointing experience.

***new note***Tbh I order a lot from here. Standards always quite decent. Dropped a little over time but still the best in that radius which isn't bad as there are good take aways in range. Good manager who always seems to keeps his staff on their toes. Good sign. ***sad to say since writing this review the management seems to have changed and its no longer anywhere like as good. Such a shame. Its half decent now... unfortunately.

Food was tasty and great quality. The 2 hour wait from ordering the food to it been delivered was disgusting especially when we had children waiting for there tea, not an enjoyable meal after the delay and as the order wasn't cheap I would have expected better service

I've had quite a few deliveries from this place and the big daddy burger with piri piri fries is the best meal Ive tried recommend to anyone who likes burgers go here . The taste of the burger is still in mouth after half hour eating it .amazing food good work to the chef and management 👌😋

The burgers are very nice and the fries are some of the best around. Only thing that let's them down is delivery can be an hours wait despite living only minutes away.

Called 45 minutes ago for collection. Cowboy operation. They don't know whether the food has gone out with a delivery driver or where the order was. Turned out after 45minutes of waiting the order was never prepared. Had my child in the car waiting all that time. No initiative for good will or for the inconvenience they caused was given. The lack of empathy of waiting due to their mistake was shocking.

Ok I'm confused why there are so many 5 star reviews.....? This is the second time of ordering as the 1st experience unfortunately was bad as both burgers beef & chicken was over cooked and one had a burnt bun. So we left it awhile and again listening to friends & family and seeing positive reviews we gave it another go. Unfortunately again everything other than the chips was very overcooked. So disappointed no third chance.

Excellent flame grilled high quality burgers. Definitely a cut above the burger chain restaurants/takeaways. Really tasty and satisfying.

I went today and ordered 3 burgers and the cost came to £22.97 then they tried to charge me £3 on top because I asked for extra sauce on my burgers. Bunch of illiterate con men who will try to rob you if you don’t check their menu prices as if their prices weren’t overpriced already. Worst of all, the shop was dirty and the staff had no customer service skills to save their lives. Disgraceful. Burgers were burnt to make things even worse. Save your money and stay away. Learn to respect your customers please!

I don't do reviews but just had to for this place the food is amazing literally the best burger I've had in ages, normally you lose quality by having it delivered but I can honestly say it was perfect defo my new favourite 👌

Ordered a 12 ounce burger meal and grilled chicken wing meal. Burger was very nice but the wings where a joke. It was like they where from frozen. They where the smallest chicken drumsticks I have every seen. Not even a bite of chicken on each. I will put a photo on face book. We called the manager and they said theres nothing they can do except throw them away and they will not be giving a refund. Also we should leave a bad review. What bad customer service is that. I have ordered loads of times and now one is bad and they couldn't care. Wont be getting no more of us our our family. Stay away from the chicken!

Over an hour and a half for our order and we’re still waiting, will not order from these again through Just Eat 👎👎☹️

Ordered for the second time through Just Eat and order was still not on its way 20 mins after the 1 hour 10 mins we had been waiting. Rang shop & they said it had just gone onto the Grill ! So I cancelled it. I remember our first order took quite a while. Very disappointed, will never order from this business or anything through Just Eat again. Ended up going down to our local chippy which at least we can always rely on !

Very nice but very very expensive for what you get

I think these are probably the best burgers I've ever had. Big man's food comes in a close second, but since discovering this place by chance a few months ago I've ordered from here 4 times, 4 different burgers, all equally amazing. All fresh, all the ingredients compliment each other perfectly, the sauces are great, the fries are skin on. The prices are more than you'd pay at McDonald's or burger King, but you get what you pay for!

Amazing food. I have ordered twice from here and honestly have to say the food is wow. The burgers are amazing and you can tell it’s a quality burger not like McDonald’s and Burger King. The burgers are wrapped securely in foil and each order is in an individual brown bag with the name of the item on the side so you don’t have to open each one to find whose is whose. Delivery is super fast (used Just Eat) around 30 mins. I would say their burgers are even better than TGI and some of those other ones. The fries are huge - I found one portion was enough for two if you also have a burger. This is definitely one of my go to places. It would be good for a clear photo of the menu on here as otherwise you have to rely on looking at the Just Eat page. It would also be good to see the website updated too.

Peri peri chicken tasted like it was microwaved not fresh at all

Terrible. Ordered a grilled chicken burger and it was burnt. I understand that grilled tastes different but I'd ordered the same thing two weeks prior and it was lovely. I did try and give it the benefit of the doubt and finish it but in the end I couldn't. I called to complain not to get my money back, but so that they were aware of my feedback and was basically told not to order from them again. Shockingly appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Just fancied a well-known cheeseburger but as they’re all closed, 17-year-old suggested here as he’s had food from here before. Son had a Cowboy Burger and I just had a standard cheeseburger, both with chips. Chips were lovely & crispy, burgers were cooked beautifully and salad was fresh, presentation was great. Only downside was the wait for delivery so the food was slightly cold, would assume they were busy with deliveries. However, we’ll worth the wait! 😉

Omg beef belly grill burgers are absolutely the best

Food was great, was delivered quickly and was still hot, ordered the 12oz Buffalo burger and fries and it didn't disappoint with lots of flavour, milkshakes were great too! will defintely order again, glad to have ordered on my birthday, the portion sizes were generous which pleased the kids.

Great food ..great staff there looking after you...just had my favourite peri peri chicken wrap and fries ..the Burgers look fab too not tried them yet.

Great food, burgers were tender, full of flavour with plenty of salad and sauce. Had Peri Peri fries which were also delicious, could taste the spice but not overpowering. Quick delivery, overall would defo go again when I fancy a burger. Way better than five guys and cheaper!

Ordered twice from here. First order got the burgers wrong. Second time the food was stone cold and they forgot to deliver drinks and dips.

Tried for first time yesterday. Very decent burger. Good chips (had peri peri salted) and the staff were nice. They need a pdq machine though! Seems a bit odd i had to go to the off license next door to get cash to pay for my food.

Ordered food from here the other night the order was 10 mins late but that’s understandable with it being a busy time, the beef burger tasted very nice with the sauces and well cooked. The chicken burger on the other hand was chewy in places and the chips were fine.

Pretty good. The staff are pretty nice. Fries were delicious and so was the burger, the only criticism is the beef seems to be pretty low quality patties. The chicken however look amazing.

Customer service Apsolutely shocking from ordering the food it took over an hour & half to arrive because the driver did not speak English & could not understand directions given to him even when we were giving him directions on the phone He still managed to get lost. When food finally arrived it was luke warm I was on the phone to the shop when the food arrived the lady said if it was not hot to send it back she would send some fresh food back. Yet again we waited I phoned the shop for about the sixth time now only to be told we’re not sending you any food back... Basically you eat it cold or not at all!! I’ve never had such shocking customer service ever from anywhere I would never recommend this place to anyone.staff are appalling !!! I had to give 1 star if I could if I would not of give any

Never really leave reviews but weve just ordered from here and everything from the bread of the bun down to the mayo was incredible! Really good burger and chips were so nice! Definitely recommend and order here again!

First timer. Ordered a mix of different burgers and chicken. All were great. Unfortunately, they forgot to give me my milkshake and I didn't notice until I got home. They agreed to deliver it and we got it whilst still eating. Great customer service.

Helpful friendly staff listened to what we was asking for and explained everything to us so the order was going to be correct even the chef came over to double check. I don't mind as it ment our order was got to be right unlike some other burger places you might go to like 🍟where 9 times out of ten the order is wrong and cold but not here food cooked in front of you and still piping hot when we got it home this was the first time we used this place that's why we went to collect to see how clean it is and it was spotless 100% will be going here again and I recommend you do too.
