Si no lo has estado, ¿estás viviendo?

Went for a mid morning brunch. Lovely place, well appointed and welcoming staff. Great Chai latte to start, pastries looked lovely but we went for the breakfast. I had the full vegan but swapped the scrambled tofu for free range egg. Pervert had a build your own breakfast option. Large portions, well presentedAnd very tasty. Well worth a visit.

My partner and I are both vegan with dairy allergies and we ordered 2 coffees 1x Oat Mocha and 1x Oat iced coffee on our way to the station. Knowing that it can sometimes be muscle memory to make your usual “ cows milk coffee “ we checked and double checked if our coffee were both oat milk and we were given cows milk which not only set off my allergies ( upset stomach and rash) but it was annoying. what actually cause me to write this review was that I looked directly at the guy as i took the coffee and ask one last time if it was Oat milk in both and he said yess! Clearly knowing that we have just been given cows milk in both coffee. Unfortunately i was at the train station when I took my first sip on my way down to the underground and was frustrated that not only i got cows milk which i am allergic too but I made sure to ask/request on 3 occasions (when he took my order, when he took my partners order and when the coffees were done) and was still given the wrong milk. Need to be more careful as It could have been worse for me especially and or others! In the future. Granted that it could be a one off situation still doesn’t warrant it happening when you triple check and it wasn’t that busy.

Absolutely fantastic venue, great fit out and amazing staff. We had been going for coffees during lockdown and were excited to finally get to eat there. We had a lovely dinner in the garden yard area, and great aperol spritz to start. Food was great and service lovely. Great approach to Covid rules which made us feel secure. Fabulous venue.

Bean About Town is a lovely Italian restaurant in close proximity to Clapham North Tube station. The hosts and staff are warm and welcoming. Espresso Martinis where delicious and the dinner menu is good classic Italian delicious food. With a small yet cosy outside dining space at the back of the restaurant even during the chilly evening the outdoor heaters are perfect to keep warm.

every aspect of our meal was executed to absolute perfection. I had the branzino and it was perfectly cooked and wonderfully fresh. The service was spot on from seating through dessert. Their wine recommendation was perfect. When I get back to London, I will definitely return. *they typically de-bone the branzino. I requested it as a whole fish.

After a long day of travel, I checked into the Park Plaza County Hall Hotel hoping to enjoy a quick and convenient meal at **ATRIO Restaurant** as directed by the front desk. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected at a hotel of this caliber. I arrived at ATRIO at 10:38 PM, only to be informed that the last food order had been taken at 10:30 PM—barely eight minutes prior. Despite explaining my situation and asking for a simple exception given the minimal time lapse, I was refused service. I was then advised to order room service instead. However, since my family was already asleep in our room, ordering food there wasn’t an option. I suggested ordering room service and eating downstairs to avoid disturbing them, but I was told multiple times that the same kitchen serving room service was the one handling restaurant orders—yet no solution was offered to help me. After a long day of travel, all I wanted was any kind of food. Instead, I was left with no choice but to wander the area on foot for **45 minutes** just to find somewhere still serving food. This experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate a guest in need felt unwelcoming and unnecessary, especially considering the hotel’s reputation and the resources available. For travelers, especially those arriving late, this lack of support is frustrating and far below expectations. I sincerely hope the hotel reconsiders its policies or trains staff to provide more thoughtful solutions for guests who find themselves in similar situations.
