These bartenders were so fun - throwing ice at the ceilings on the beat drops - the music was bumpin’ and the security guards were dancing and Congo lining - 😭I wanna go back! Very fun.

I came to this place on Wednesday around 11 and I was blown away by the atmosphere here. Music was amazing, drinks and service from greig was top notch.

Lovely bar. I always love a Be At One, and it's my first time to this one. Lovely staff (particularly Callum and Ash), great drinks and wonderful atmosphere, even on a Monday night. Highly recommend!

I go there when I have their groupon voucher which is £26 for 4 tapas and a bottle of wine (or 2 cocktails). If you get that then try the king prawn dishes, they are amazing, just prawns in garlic butter!

Had a great night, slightly ruined at the beginning when the bouncer presumed i was too drunk to get in so told me to walk in a straight line as a ‘test’. This was because I was unsteady on my feet due to a long term health condition. I was quite embarassed. My friends and I explained to the bouncer that its due to my health condition, to which he replied ‘have you got a disabled badge’ is this company policy?? I don’t think so because not everyone has a badge or ID card with a disability. The night was overall good, the music was great and we had a good time.

Grace made the experience as best as possible with the best cocktail making skills

Do not come here! I am leaving a scathing review. DO NOT COME HERE! Be at One's bouncers refused entry to me on account of "being too drunk". My colleagues had had as much, if not more, than I had drunk, which was three glasses of wine over the course for 4 hours. I am at least 15% more massive than my colleagues. They were granted entry yet I was not. I said "hello" in a rather jovial tone to the bouncer. He was rather suspicious of such frivolity, and assumed that I must be drunk rather than joyous in nature. Naturally, being devoid of fun, the bouncer sends me home. In accordance with Law and Policy, if the bouncer had genuine concerns of my safety he would have arranged a taxi for me to return home safely. He showed no such concern (likely because he felt emasculated by my size). I think the Equalities Act 2010 would have something to say about this. In short, if you are looking to be publicly humiliated, by all means proceed to patron Be at One - Russel Street, if not I would suggest any other local establishment!

Sexist security guard ruined a birthday celebration. No stars if that was possible. Took place 06/07/24 8.30pm. Management were called outside but he held a similar attitude, arrogant and dismissive. They need to review the behaviour of a particular security guard. I was interrogated, verbally harassed and when management were called he changed his views and story. I am taking this higher to get the place inspected. Please don’t comment asking me to call the venue I do not wish to interact verbally with staff members who are based there and who are supposed to represent the Stonegate brand.

What's happened?! Our normal go to venue in London. Booked a table as usual. First time the bar has ever been nearly empty at 315 on a Saturday. Ordered a white chocolate mochatini. When we drank them they were vile. Took them back to the bar and informed the server we didn't think they were right. we were informed they didn't have the right ingredients and had therefore used what they thought would work... surely we should have been informed at the point of ordering the drink? They offered to swap them, so we had the chilli mango margarita. No taste to it, was pretty much like orange squash. Left these and left the bar with 1.5 hours left of our reservation. Bar staff were distinctly uninterested, and there was no atmosphere at all. We left really disappointed when we have only ever had positive experiences here. I really hope this was a one off.

Be at one in Covent garden, London 🇬🇧 It is a chain of bar in London. Very nice for students because if you show your student car, you get a half price for every cocktail on the menu which is why it’s pretty famous amongst students and it is also opened pretty late. The cocktails on the menus are varied and good.

I just spent the evening in your Be At One in Russel Street. I’m usually enjoying being your customer, but today unfortunately one of your Barlady (blond one) around 1am of the 31st of January insult me out of no where. I asked her if she can give me the student discount, she said yes (even if she asked physical UNI ID, which she didn’t asked to my friend). I ordered 2 Island Party, at the moment of the payment I asked her if the total was for two or just for one because me and my friend wanted to pay separately. At this moment, she started swearing at me saying that the signature cocktail wasn’t included with the student discount so that she was making me a favour letting me pay 11.30 (2x1). 1- I simply asked her for what I was paying for! Just making sure if was 1 or 2 cocktails togheter. 2- communication skills are very important; if a customer asks you one kind of cocktail and is not included with the discount YOU SHOULD TELL THEM WHILE THEY ARE ORDERING NOT AFTER, so the customer can choose another cocktail from your list. 3- she treat me like I was insulting her or something, screaming and shouting that me and my friend were stupid for not understanding her and for not letting her speak! This lady was so unprofessional and un respectful. She needs to learn how to work in a stress environment like a bar. Me and my friend were speechless for the rudeness of this person. Never saw something like that. I am a friendly person I never did a complaint but this time was different. We were attacked for no reason. I didn’t want to talk with the manager to don’t create more mess and argument, it was my friend’s birthday I was there to enjoy my evening. I will come again definitely, because one person does not define a place, but please choose wisely who do you put behind the bar.

Très sympathique venue (bar dansant) en sous-sol dans le centre de Londres. Le barman faisait le show et nos deux cocktails étaient franchement réussis, notamment le Dutch Mule. La musique était bien, le système son est bon et les jeux de lumières sont très réussis. Seule ombre au tableau nous nous sommes fait virer de notre table, où nous étions depuis un moment, par une serveuse car celle-ci était paraît-il réservée. Même sort pour la table à côté alors qu'ils avaient acheté une bouteille. L'équipe sécurité a l'air sympa.
