I have to come here to buy something even if I walk 30 minutes.

Was a delightful experience and I will definitely be returning. I had a chefs special and there was alot and it was very tasty for the price 😋 they even give me a free battered sausage! Would 100% recommend! Best fish in town

If you ever get constipated go here for a cold doner kebab.its guaranteed to give you a good clear out.the place is disgusting buggered my guts up for days.you have been warned

Ordered 2 large lamb donor kebabs and chips £22 i dont mind paying good money for good food but thd meat was pre cut and cold and they got the sauce all wrong put streight in bin.we will never go back there loss

top notch as always. this place does the best fish and chips in Felixstowe, that keeps the wife happy and I love their kebabs, never had a disappointing meal in the last year or 2 we've been ordering from them.

Food is okay but the staff are so unfriendly and grumpy its offputting . I wonder why they are so sour? The grey haired guy in particular needs to crack a smile .A lady behind me wanted a bottle of water to go with her meal but they would not sell her one as she had already paid for her meal.I ended up buying her a water . No free ketchup sachets either

Absolute disgusting customer service! They don’t know basic customer service and when politely pulled up on it you’re told to F off by staff. If visiting the beach I would advice to go to the fish and chip restaurant next door, it serves much better food and much more welcoming to the public. Again, for your own peace of mind go eat or order out from the fish and chips restaurant next door!

Every time I come back to Felixtowe I stop by BBQ House and get my favourite fish and chips 🐟🍟

Food was lovely but we ordered a meat box thinking you also got chicken with the doner meat but we didn't was just doner meat inside.

I ordered a chicken shish and a haddok and chips for collection as i felt like having fish and my usual krbab shop doesn't do fish. The chicken shish was not cooked properly and the fish just didn't taste right like it was off, to speak the honest truth even the chips were dry like they had been refried many times. Absolutely recommend avoiding this place

A great takeaway where the food is freshly cooked by a friendly group of lads. The quality of their Fish is very high and the chips plentiful. It must be good as I and my pals eat their takeaway Fish & Chips 2 or 3 times a month come rain or shine.

Delightful event. Ate our fish and chips at the one table (available for people waiting) ,inside as it looked like rain. Served beautifully . And the food was amazing. Crisp batter, chunky chips and lovely mushy peas. Big thank you

I preordered for a reason and the food turned up half an hour late. No apology. The food was dripping in grease.

It was late and food all sweaty and cold. Not nice for the money.

I enjoyed it but I asked for the wrong sauce was meant to put garlic sauce and had chilli instead that's my own fault for not checking but

not the restaurant's fault but just eat the drivers NEVER EVER read the instructions for delivery

Nice and quick. friendly delivery man, but the chips wasn't that nice this time tasted a bit old and the fish was very thin on 1 third of the piece of fish. I must say this is very unusal because normally the whole meal is 100%

early delivery was just perfect. it always arrives early which suits us. driver was friendly and polite. food was lovely but the pitta bread with the kebab was over cooked so was a bit burned and crispy, so couldn't eat much of It

My wife and I had fish and chips here and it was excellent. Good portions and fresh , tasty fish and chips. Friendly staff as well. There are other good fish and chip shops in Felixstowe too but this is certainly up there with them. 👍

lovely food, reasonable price, very clean and the staff are always friendly and converse with you whilst they prepare your order, I assume they get very busy owing to the location

Lovely food but portions were tiny at £11.50 for 2 cheesy chips is a bit steep when you don't receive much.

Excellent, by far the best meat I’ve had from this place to date. Freshly cooked chicken and lamb pieces. Not one piece over cooked and dry!

I was very disappointed with my chicken burger and chips order. I received fries instead of chips and the burger was full of lettuce which was all brown and off!

Mixed Donner was perfect, the meat was lovely, never had a bad kebab from here. 1 minor thing, the curry sauce has always come in a pot, this time it was poured on the chips which wasn't very nice, please go back to putting it in pots as I prefer dipping the chips into it.

Don't know what happened, but wasn't the standard I expect from bbq House. Salad wasn't even chopped properly, chicken kebab meat looked a bit on the pink side, and they didn't send the garlic Mayo. Disappointed, and if it happens again, will be going elsewhere.

Popped here on Friday, a lovely fish and chips. Cooked fresh and didn’t take too long to come through. Tasted lovely, great quality fish. Felt the place could have been a tad cleaner but still really good

Chicken Doner wasn't as hot as was expecting when arrived with too much fatty skin covered bits, chips ok though a few too many crispy ones.

Staying nearby in Felixstowe, opted to give BBQ House on the seafront a go for an evening takeaway. Helpful friendly staff. Food cooked to order in front of us. Good filling portions of Kebab & the wife liked her Fish & Chips. And all for a good price. Can't wait to go back next year!

Always great food from here, hot and on-time or early. Fish and chips from here are really good, and while the wife and kids eat that I always get a great kebab. Used this shop about 10 times now and never been disappointed.

We had the cod chips and curry sauce proper chippy chips excellent batter on cod and curry sauce amazing better than any chip shop will order again !

Greasy !!! I had a burger that was dripping grease ! My wife had fish and chips that tasted of nothing but grease - no flavour... The chips were ok. Wouldn't go back as I had an upset stomach afterwards...

Love the food here however will not be ordering again. Every single order I make something is wrong/missing. Today no sauce on my kebab, last time no cheese in my burger, time before that there was no sauce cheese or mayo in my burger, absolutely no attention gets paid making making up the orders. Such a shame as the food is so good!! Only 2 people in my household so to constantly get it wrong is very frustrating/disappointing. (IP11 2GH if Bbq house read this!)

Excellent food. Just marked down as delivered about half an hour early. Really annoying how early the takeaways close nowadays. I used to be able to get a delivery at 1am, now struggle to get one after 11. 🙄

Even though the food was good I won't be ordering again! Ordered a large meat and chips and I received said order with chip shop style chips and not even a half handful of meat. Bulking out large order with pale chips 🙄 also asked for cheese on top but all I got was upset
