very quick delivery and polite delivery driver

Received a nearly completely incorrect order. Only 1 item i ordered was correct. Phoned the store and person on the phone apologised, however refund was refused.

Food was cold due to the drivers slow delivery.

Order was not delivered at all

Tea unsecured in bag, spilled everywhere and ruined roll

Bottle of juice was the warmest item. All ‘hot’ food unfortunately very cold. Had to all be reheated.

Rolls where cold delivery time said 1 time then changed to hour later

Sent wrong oasis as it was for my son who is unwell

as a regular customer I was sadly disappointed with today's breakfast. The coffee was not hot and the potato scone and the bacon (equivalent to 1.5 rashers) were both cremated. Hopefully this is a one off and normal service will be resumed.

Missing my 2 fudge doughnuts and wanted slice sausage roll got a bacon one

The courier stood and argued with us for 10mins telling me the last 4 digits off my mobile was wrong so the result the food was freezing

This is the second time in two weeks I have not recieved my order despite saying it has been delivered. I have had no contact from the delivery driver and my number was provided. I have been waiting over an hour for this order.

The morning rolls large are the best in town.

Time was good but quality not there it’s pointless writing anything in the comments about allergies or what you’d like with items as the people must not be able to read disappointed.

All I wanted most in the world was my bacon roll. For some reason the courier only gave me two of the three bags and walked away with the third. This happens too often!

Very nice little bakery! The fruit scones and the cinnamon twist were very yummy 😋 Food was cheap and atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately, not so many vegetarian options for the savory items.

didn't give me what I ordered, replaced it with something else that I couldn't even eat. I ordered the one thing I could eat for a reason so now I'm just starving.

wanted a steak pie , got a steak bake, still great though

got order delivered in less than 15 mins thought had wrong order but turns out they gave an extra because they only had one of my items and thought hadn't given me my doughnuts they had but put with rolls so didn't find them for hours as going blind couldn't see what was wrote on receipt that told me this!!

Loved my breakfast although the bacon was a bit too crispy, the Cappuccino more than made up for it. Thanks

someone thought it was clever to put the hot food items in with the coffee. transported via moped so i ended up with soggin steak pies and a quarter cup of coffee. joke.

Ordered 5 items only 3 delivered no tuna roll and no 4 pack of yum yums nearly £8 worth of items missing won’t be ordering again

Half my order was missing, two of the items were part of their special offers ie: 2x scotch pies and 2 x sausage rolls, I only got ONE of each but was charged for the full order. I now have to wait 7 days for my refund. How can they have got such a simple order SO wrong? You can't get through to the shop, the number is permanently busy!

Decent breads and extra hot foods at decent prices, and most of the staff are v nice

got a couple of black pudding rolls which are 50p dearer than in the shop!! only 1 piece jf black pudding on each roll and both were cold.. expected better from them...

Not as friendly as some think but I guess it's a case if your face fits . Al think twice before getting a roll from here again in a hurry.

Awful from Just Eat. The customer service from Baynes however was excellent who offered to redo my entire order as I didn't want it arriving cold due to the order being late with no drivers to assign. Despite taking 2 hours, order arrived fresh. Wish I could have tipped the lovely lady on the phone from the bakery.

The staff at Ferry Road are always so friendly. Good selection of cakes and great coffee.

This is a great Baynes. Food great as always, and staff friendly. Although it definitely must be a difficult job. The smaller girl with glasses was very cheery when she started here. Her face is tripping her now. Understandable though. Dealing with the modern day general public must be soul destroying.

Lattes ,cakes ,various pies, rolls on bacon are all delicious and the staff are all so nice, great value too

Baynes on Ferry Road is a good wee place to go grab lunch or a quick snack, with friendly and helpful staff. Even though there were a number of things unavailable when I last visited, it was right at lunchtime, so understandable. I was still able to find something decent to eat though so its all good.

Just for takeaway. Doughnuts, cream doughnuts, and regular coffee. Good experience. A few chairs and 2 small tables in the morning could help to take a seat breakfast. Thanks

I can't review the store at West granton Rd. So this is the closest baynes I hope you pass this review on. West granton Rd deserves one star review. Advertises it's open on Sundays when it's closed. Says its open sun from 9am on the door. Also advertises that it sells breakfast til 11am every day, this is not true. I have been in this shop 3 times recently to be told there is no breakfast items left at 10.30am or earlier. This store is being badly managed, customers waiting for upto ten mins to be told no breakfast items left. With only one member of staff serving. Poor customer service by badly trained and poorly led staff.
