Far to expensive for what u get ! I also noticed the tubs off ice cream u can buy to take away are no where near as creamy as the counter ice cream hardly any chocolate pieces in it Ben and Jerrys cheaper and much better value , miserable staff miserable shop overall no atmosphere whatsoever

idk what I hate about this place BUT I DO. the employees are so BAD that they are GOOD. the food was so TERRIBLE that I wanted to eat MORE.

Have been here so many times and will continue to do so. It's all fairly priced and plenty of options to choose from. Staff friendly enough and plenty of places to sit.

Located in Rhyl, this site has ample free parking. Not the nicest of view points, but certainly accessible and dog friendly! The ice cream waffles are amazing, at just under £10 each - yes, a little pricey but so worth it. Two waffles, two scoops of flavoured ice cream with bits in, squirted cream, wafer, chocolate wafer finger and lots of sauce. Never had a bad experience here, always welcoming, friendly and the food is amazing. Quite often a younger vibe (mainly staff) so the music playing reflects this. It was a really nice quick experience, a nice place to stop and have some pudding me and the family enjoyed it very much. The prices seem like a lot at the beginning but once receiving the desert it’s understandable why and it’s worth every penny. Would definitely recommend and will be going again.

Went in here for a ice cream amazing choices. I ordered a knickerbocker glory. It was scrumptious. Vanilla strawberry chocolate ice cream fresh strawberries banana raspberries And strawberry sauce.fresh cream and wafer. Will be back

Dog friendly cafe that serves marvellous coffee and ice cream. Clean and airy. Free car parking. Not cheap but worth the money

Another fab visit to Batch, never had a bad visit. Service really good too, it was really busy when we called in, we didn’t have to wait any longer than quieter times.

Really good ice cream but ridiculously expensive. The guy who served us, one single cone and one double didn't actually speak at all. I went to pay he held the card machine high so I couldn't see the amount. Nor was I offered a receipt, it was very busy with a queue so I didn't want to make a fuss. Charged £9.05 for 2 ice creams. Would never go again

Good service lovely ice cream. Unfortunately milk shake was very sweet, to much sugar , shame can’t make them with proper fruit. Healthier opinion, especially as very expensive.

Hadn't been to Batch for a while as it's quite expensive however I wanted to take my mum for a Mothers Day treat. There was myself, my parents and my 7 year old son. We went to the counter to order and the guy didn't make eye contact, I don't even think he spoke other than to tell me how much it was. He didn't instruct me on what to do when I'd made the order and I'd ordered a knickerbocker glory and a cappucino so I didn't know whether to wait at the counter or sit down. The coffee came over the counter about 10 minutes later in a take away cup, I had to ask for it to be put into a mug, our order had been put down as a take out and I explained that we were also waiting for an ice cream that was also to eat in. My Mums Knickerbocker Glory took about 15 minutes to arrive and was just in a plastic cup with not much care gone into it at all. I was really disappointed as it was a special treat and it just wasn't up to the standard it once was. I don't think we'd go back again, there's enough dessert places around now that we can choose elsewhere.

Amazing Cookie Dough milkshakes and creeps with chocolate on them. I went there solo . The weather was hot, but the queue moved quickly. I go every week and always buy the same thing. A kind lady with blonde hair served me. It was clean inside and there were lots of people outside having fun.

We've been coming to Batch almost every weekend for the past two years and loved it. We hadn't been for a few months, went last week and won't ever go again. Husband's icecream had a fine hair, returned it and was given a replacement. Then my icecream had a hair, alao returned it and given a replacement thinking it can't happen again surely. Replacement also had a hair. I'm feeling sick thinking about it. Spoke to the manager, wasn't offered a refund, didn't take our details and didn't seem to know what to do about it. There is obviously a big problem to have hair in 2/2 different flavours, I'm so disappointed! Will also be avoiding all Fortes icecream in case it is from the manufacturer.

Fabulous. Looked after my daughter who has allergies. Careful with equipment. She had toffee fudge ice cream. Great choice of ice creams.

Called in for ice cream with family and friends while in Rhyl for the arcades. Went for a two scoop cone of bueno and banana caramel and it was incredible. Expensive mind, but incredible.

This is the only place I know of that had "chocolate/orange" ice cream. I love it. It was so worth it! I do think there should be more signs in welsh signs all over wales to preserve the language. It makes it more fun to visit places with alternate languages and it's a great workout for the brain knowing more than one language. I visited before the pandemic June 2018. It wouldn't let me choose the correct date. I was looking to go again this year now that things are opening up.

Paid £37 for two waffles and three crepes, waited 30 minutes at the table where our buzzer didn't buzz. Customer ended up asking if the food on the top of the counter was ours, by the time we got it it was stone cold and hard. Staff member asked if we had waffles before as they get cold after having ice cream on them... Staff rude and unhelpful. Tables dirty not one person cleaning. Wouldn't bother wasting your money, better off going to Greg's next door!

A female member of staff today called Mary was absolutely lovely. She was very polite and accommodating.
