Basilico in Kingston upon Thames

Decidimos disfrutar de las pizzas de Basilico como un cambio de Pizza Express. ¡Qué MUY decepcionado estábamos! Casi no hay coberturas, y la base de la pizza en sí estaba demasiado quemada en algunas de las pizzas. Agregando insulto a la lesión, eran muy caros. ¡De vuelta a Pizza Express entonces!

Pizza box handed over by delivery driver vertically. The pizza was smashed into the corner of the box. Order was through Just Eat. I mentioned it to Just Eat and a refund was refused by Basilico. Called Basilico up to let them know about their delivery as it is the second time it's happened, I got an apology and the member of staff I was talking too said that the manager would call back. They didn't. When you're paying nearly £20 for a pizza you expect it to arrive intact. I won't be ordering from them again.

Confiando en pizza fría con verduras en escabeche. Qué desperdicio de dinero, además, estábamos esperando más de una hora porque el conductor dejó la pizza en camino. Buc en realidad tate de pizza no es culpa del conductor!

I thought I would treat myself on an evening and intead of going for my local Domino's, I wanted something more, so I went for Basilico for organic materials. What I ended up with was stone cold pizza that was inedible. Now, I must confess to eating a Domino's leftover for breakfast sometimes, but the Basilico pizza ended up in the bin. Pretentious and over-priced. I called to complain, but my disappointment fell on deaf ears. There is alot of choice around when you want pizza takeaway, I will remember that next time.

First time I have had a delivered pizza from this company (Recommended to me). Once it arrived ( Deliveroo Again!) I was reasonably impressed, Thing with Pizzas they do need a good base, This has this! I Ordered a pretty 'Hot One' but TBH, I've eaten spicer crisps! Overall very tasty, I'll collect next time, Over an hour to deliver! By Guys that cause havoc on Scooters in Central London!

Over the past two years we have been ordering Pizza from Basilico. First in finchley road and then in finchley. Im afraid the quality of the pizza has noticeably deteriorated and the price has steadily gone up. The menu is rather pretentious, the pizza is dry and altogether not tasty. They are also skimping on the ham and the bresola etc. The Siciliano is covered in a tangy tomato sauce and not much else. The porcini tartufata at £29 for an 18 inch is a waste of money. Greasy and tasteless. Save yourself a lot pf money. Pop in to Tescos or Waitrose round the corner and buy two tasty Pizzas.

Terrible, simply terrible. There’s a Tesco express 2 doors down, grab yourself a pizza from the frozen section stick it in the oven, you’ll save yourself a lot of money and it will have more taste.

I ordered 2 large pizza online through hungry house and somehow it didn't go through, rang the shop a very polite and professional manager answered and apologised which wasn't his fault but still offered us a free garlic bread. will order again lovely people

This restaurant took £32 online from me for 2 pizzas. The delivered brought the wrong pizzas freezing cold. They agreed to give me a refund instead of returning with the right pizzas but said call back later. When i called back they refused to give me a refund at all. They took my money never delivered my order and then brazenly refused to do anything about it. Their pizzas are terrible anyway, service appalling and they are fraudsters. I am reporting to police.

I’ve just a member of staff phone me from his mobile to shout down the phone at me because I had the audacity to complain that my pizza was over an hour late. I was told the driver had left the shop half an hour earlier so we when he did arrive I told them I did not want the pizza anywhere as it would inevitability be cold. I asked what was going to be done to compensate the situation and nothing was offered, in fact I was asked ‘why would we send another pizza?’ The tone of voice used was aggressive and extremely rude, my partner had to intervene because I was clearly upset from how I was being spoken to. It’s really unfortunate that this happened because as a previously very loyal customer I will no longer be using Basilico. I cannot accept rude and aggressive behaviour.

Wow, I love being surprised by a place and this is no short of a perfectly good surprise!! I googled pizza near me and thought I'd give something a bit more authentic a try. The choices are amazing and ingredients so fresh! I had half buffalo mozzarella and half truffle mushroom, at 21£ was an absolute bargain. So delicious and has changed my entire attitude to take away pizza. Thanks so much everyone there!!!!
