Beautiful lamb chops and pork pies … just a shame about the terrible customer service. I think one member of staff needs more training with people skills and customer service in general. Otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

Order/collect your drink/food at the counter and then go and sit in the fabulous space that Barry has created at the rear of the shop and enjoy your food.

Purchased a lamb joint yesterday it ruined our evening meal .The meat lacked any flavour and had a coarse dry texture .

With not visiting here for a while you forget how good the breakfast cobs are, full of tasty fillings they are just the job to set you up for the day and do not forget to also pick up one of his fabulous looking pies for later.

You always get a very warm and friendly greeting from Barry and his staff and there is so much to choose from (hot & cold) but you will have to go a fair distance to beat his hot sausage rolls.

I can't say how highly I rate this Butchers! His products are simply amazing,the fresh meat is mouth watering.The deli section with the pies,pastries and cakes are simply wonderfull.Whatever your taste you'll find something to suit.I recomend the Madras & Korma sauce,and the sausage rolls.

Barry Fitch has an established, well earned following. He sells pies and cobs, cooking condiments and fresh veg grown by local farmers, but the meat deserves the praise. It is outstanding. I could name so many products, caramelised onion sausages, Italian pork steaks and lamb koftas to name but a few. There is always a tip thrown in and cooking advice. You won’t be disappointed at all. I buy meat from here to take on holiday and to give family living afar. Top class.

Sit outside enjoying one of his breakfast cobs with a coffee and admire the fabulous hanging basket display, this is always one of the best displays in the area.

Apart from organic this place sells the best vegetables on earth, it’s great to hear the fruit and vegetables are supplied from local farmers, if you get the chance to try the fresh produce you will definitely notice the difference, nothing like the veg from the “ supermarkets” PLEASE, PLEASE open on Sundays, even if it’s just for a few hours, Please !

What a fantastic family butchers we are so lucky to have Barry Fitch in Little Eaton. If I could I’d have one of Barry’s ham salad cobs every day for the rest of my life and I’ve told them so. Meats fresh from their own farm and superb quality. No wonder local well regarded restaurants have their meat delivered daily from Barry. And a brilliant, courteous, efficient and knowledgable staff. Forget supermarket meat try the real deal from Barry Fitch. There is no waste and it’s brilliant value. Well done Barry and your team. My favourite apart from those cobs? Mediterranean chicken with their own marinade. But everything qualifies really.

One of the best butchers in the area, meat and glorious pies on offer. Breakfast cobs made to order are full of filling and very tasty, takeaway or sit just outside of the shop and watch the world go by.
