Barnton Pizza in Cheshire West and Chester

Have been a regular of Barnton Pizza for a good while now, over 20 delivery orders made. Food is usually good and delivery pretty quick, however the other week we placed our order online as normal and waited….and waited…..and waited. After an hour we called the shop and said we would cancel the order, to be told no problem if the delivery turned up just refuse it and we will refund you. A week later we place our order online as normal, within a few minutes its cancelled online. We call the shop to ask whats happened. Oh well its because you refused an order, so we wont take orders from you again. We explained the circumstances and reminded him of the conversation, at this point it went downhill as he started quoting terms and conditions etc, we pointed out that it was over an hour since we cancelled but he was having none of it, we had the email cancellation with the time on it and the one for the order, still not interested So that is how you treat a good regular customer then, not a good way to run a business. So good food, however we wont be having it again then Any recommendations on another pizza place with better customer service??

An absolutely excellent take away. The food was great with the pizza dough being a stand out. We're from Manchester and after I placed the order I got a phone call to make sure it was ordered from the right place. The food was quick, tasty and the man was friendly. I highly recommend it

Great take away. I'm from out of town and have used Barnton Pizza twice whilst visiting my GF and both times have been great. Had Pizza, calzone, chips and garlic bread and everything was spot on.

Always a nice take away. Chicken Fillet burgers are amazing.

Food is delicious at a fantastic price too! Love that we receive a free small pizza or garlic pizza when we spend a £15. Kids love the chicken wraps/burgers.

I placed order didnt get what i asked for called them back told them again what i ordered and had to wait even longer for my actual order to come also told him i was owed money as was over charged the guy on the phone was very rude when i told him this he then argued with my partner over the phone and very rude again arguing with him for 15mins now i have to wait another 15 to 20 mins for my actual order i will NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service as always, use regularly and have never been let down.Easy to use website for online ordering, great value, always on time for delivery and best of all the quality of the food is fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Lovely pizza. Much better than Dominos, or any other pizza place, in the locality.

Ordered at 19:52 hrs and Barton pizza cancelled my order at 21:16hrs completely let us down and whilst on the phone saying he will refund then made out the reception on the phone was bad and couldn't hear me then hung up on me. Not happy with this service at all. Now having to order elsewhere.

The team here are really decent and they put a lot of time into making the dough fresh every day. The fried chicken is cooked fresh to order and is toooooo good!!! Can't fault them, great food and always go the extra mile.

Still one of our favourite takeaway places and the staff are extremely helpful. From kebabs, pizzas and burgers, we can't fault the food and service

It okay but the pizza are not that amazing but they should have now changed the pizza in to better quality and taste. Also the pizza are like homemade as in first time made which is not that acceptable. I want more changed of the pizza. And it hard to eat. Also it feel like oily on the pizza which is not great. I MEAN COME ON AND GET A some affect in to it.

Decent menu quick service and big portions. Free garlic cheese pizza for spending over £15. Donner kebab was a bit bland but overall its was good.

Ordered food it wasn't right! Got a mouthful on the phone and they wouldn't return the money, bearing in mind I've been a customer for years, but now it's been taken over they've changed.

I adore this place a lot. It has a nice mood. The food is superb. the service is powerful and the waiters are professional. The cost is modest. deeply recommend.

Would of been 5 stars, but can be hit and miss, sometimes the food is great and others not very nice. Must depend on who is in that night cooking.

Quite poor food wasn't very fresh

Went there to grab some dinner to go. Pizza was delicious and potato wedges as well. They also gave us free garlic bread!

Nothing to rave about but food ok.

I had doner kebab & chips. It was nice. Im not a fan of cucumber & onions in the salad, which it had, & spoilt the taste for me a little, but a nice feed in general. Chips were good though. And friendly service to boot.

We used to love this place as it's really convenient for us & we always praised the food. Unfortunately the removal of the children's menu & the addition of a rude new owner with a disgusting attitude has ruined it for us & we won't be going here again. After tonight, if we could rate 0 stars we would. Another person who thinks they're owed peoples custom but has lost ours & I will be sure to spread the word of our bad experience!

First time trying this place as now under new ownership. We ordered 2 pizza's plus a couple of other items which I will not review as I made a mistake ordering. Pizza hot, cheesy and full of flavour. Easy online ordering and very nice delivery man.

Really prompt, good portion sizes and really tasty

Always great here when walking in and quick delivery too if you fancy staying home. Calzones and Donner Kebabs are great. Normal pizzas are good too. Really friendly service

After a long day at work we ordered a pizza just before 8p.m. , told it d be 20 mins 😕 #starving , within 20minutes the pizza had been delivered and was really good.
