Called in for an early evening light meal. Excellent food and really polite and friendly service from the staff and all at a very reasonable price. Would visit this place again

We spent £30 to be given 5 small cubes of chicken over a whole container full of rice! Unbelievable, was tasty but so stingy on the portions of chicken won’t be ordering from here again sorry

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Half the items were missing and when i phoned them they said sorry the delivery driver has gone home. FOOD WASN’T NICE AS WELL

Very nice local kebab place! Staff always friendly and welcoming.

1stly they are over priced and they are more expensive than what there online menu states !! 2nd they are very rude and dismissive and even make jokes that are simply not funny and 3rdly I called in advance to check they take card which they stated in store they did .. nothing about a minimum payment . When I went into store and ordered 2 different orders 1 for a friend which was under 5 pound the shop then demanded I pay it all even after I explained I myself didn’t have enough . My friend who’s elderly then had to run to a cash point . For someone who suffers with anxiety this completely set me of not to mention the embarrassment caused as there was other customers !! I have lived in Barnet my whole life and I can assure you I will be telling everyone not to go here

Serving so much delicious kebap,especially Adana Kebap was great.

Love kebabs. This was pretty dreadful. I have been away for 3 years and it was OK before but been twice now in last month. First time had a lamb doner that was dry and tasteless. The second was last night a large kofte that was basic and nearly £11.90. A guy came in and asked for the manager as he ordered £60 of food. He was told there was no manager there. He showed a dried out and shrivelled lamb chop and tired looking chips He claimed were refried. They were not interested and one of the staff coughed all over the salad without any attempt at covering his mouth. It was better than the doner previously but won't be going there again. For £12 I would expect more than this below bog standard fayre.

I ordered a lamb shish unfortunately food was over cooked and very dry the bread and salad was stale and old. Not worth a penny, sorry.

Ordered meal and on delivery I discovered it was wrong. Called shop back to advise them and was told ‘Not my fault, I didn’t take your order’.

One of the worst experience I have had. Food was poor and service was even worse than the food. It was a waste of money and time. on top they added service charge even though I had to keep getting up to ask for plates and cutlery. When I question the fool behind the counter about the service charge he responded by saying "my boss write boss write." It was like talking to a headless chicken. I would not recommend.

I had a chicken shish with salad and a diet coke from here today around lunch time. Dine-in. The food was great. Would recommend.

Just had food delivered. The worst takeaway I have ever had. I ordered on website a medium lamb shish and ticked for salad a chilli sauce. It arrived with a tiny pitta and 6 pathetic small cubes of lamb . That is it! No salad or sauce. All at the price of £8.90 plus 2 quid delivery. When a called he said I'd ticked no salad etc why would anyone order that. It wouldn't fill a baby let alone an adult. Terrible food and service

Only ever buy lamb shish or kofta and both are always excellent – the shish I just eat was lovely and tender. I live close by and have never had any issues with cold food.

Rubbish 2x shish 3 pieces chicken and lamb crappie get better at Market 3 times cheaper and never got my full order said wasn't he's problem rubbish street food never again

Lamb doner meat is very nice, but chicken doner manages to be both too dry and too oily at the same time. However the portions were about right for the price. Chicken tikka portions on pizzas very mean. Pizza base on the Hawaiian ended up oily and unpleasant. Chips were standard. Sauce portions could have been larger. Salad lettuce didn’t seem fresh but rest of the salad was decent enough. Overall disappointing though.

Food was a little expensive and not of great quality. Portion size was small for the cost £8.00 for mixed meat kebab inan tray with chips, tray packed with fries and very little meat on top. Homemade chilli sauce was not very nice either. Should have gone to spielburger instead.

Ordered last night- the bread was hard and unable to eat it , chips were cold and hard , the meat was very greasy nothing was as a mouth ago 🙁☹ The whole family didn't enjoy it at all 🤮🤢 Have ordered from there in the past , but last night was just awful and made us feel sick 🤮🤮🤮 Please look into this , because you were our favourite kebab please 🙂

The doner meat was lovely and moist and plenty of it and the salad lovely too, it was so much better with the salad separate. Would definitely recommend this kebab shop.My mum said it was the best she's had

Disgusting i ordered today it took about an hour to get to my house even though it’s less than a 10 minute drive i understand that they may be busy as it’s a saturday night but my food arrived stone cold! We called to complain and said nothing but they will speak to the driver this is completely unacceptable as well spent £35 for cold disgusting food!

Staff are very friendly and food is tasty with great portion sizes. I have read other reviews I'm really surprised because the guys working there are very polite and treat their custom well

Undercooked french fries, served with terrible mayo sauce. The fries were unevenly cooked, which could be due to the wrong oil temperature or the fries being stored at the wrong temperature. Regardless they tasted awful, and as others have mentioned here, the standard of hygiene seems quite low to me.

Very friendly staff and nice ambiance. The chicken sheesh kebab was really good.

An early evening to Barnet Grill, don't mind if I do! A nice Half Pounder & Chips will do just the job after a long day at work. Some food is really good so we have some favourites! The lamb chops are a bit hit and miss as sometimes more bone than chop. Really like the shish! They deliver quickly once ordered. The service was good from the guy who is always welcoming and smiling, it's a shame the rest of them aren't all like that. No complaints and I will be back for more!

Worst customer service possible. I was a local customer since childhood and previously really loved the place, some people were very nice, now one new member getting extreemly rude and shouting at me because I asked for salad with my chips!! They could have just charged me the correct amount before I paid but the attitude is so childish. Lost business from me, avoid at all costs.

Gonna be completely honest here like I am with all my reviews. The kebabs here lack flavour. I only came here today because my other local was closed. What a waste of money, wont be returning anytime soon, I'm surprised this Kebab shop is still open. Not recommended and HEAVILY OVERPRICED! Avoid.

The food here is the best I've tasted.. always come here for a cheeky kebab. Tasty and big portions might go later tonight laugh out loud!.

Really bad quality food and service. Poor taste, awful. I was alone in shop but they still were wrong with the orders. Disappointed. Never again.

Very bad experience, food was cold; the Guy who was serving had no idea about hygiene; his t-shirt was so filthy; and while serving food he was touching every where even the bin; no wonder they had no customer. I love kebab but this place put me off.

Ordered over the phone for collection in 20 minutes food was cold, not even warm, they reheated chips in front of us, very dry to eat. Salad tasted old. Sorry owners, but I was disappointed and can't give more than 1*.

Have been a customer for over 8yrs. Staff have now got major attitude. They are incredibly rude, unprofessional and will speak in their own language to slag a customer off. If they get your order wrong don't expect an apology they will tell you that you are the problem. Also order your food over the phone they expect you to arrive the moment it is literally ready. Lost my business for good. They are not the only halal Turkish restaurant. Go to the one in Tally Ho. Much better service. Businesses like this never last. Especially when customers are not valued.

OMG we have been using barnet grills for years because a quality kebab / burger shop lacked their quality.. sorry barnet grill you also have failed. the website never has the correct delivery address or says collection when we stated delivery . And the driver who have delivered here OMG so many times he got lost.

Always thought this kebab shop was good until last night. Literally 2-3 hours after eating the mixed kebab I'd bought from there, I started getting pains in my abdomen and diarhea followed. It couldn't haven't been anything​ else I'd eaten other than the kebab. The chicken in the kebab didn't taste great so maybe it was that. I will be contacting the relevant department at the local Council.

The chicken donner is tasty however it has too much fat/skin. The chicken kebab is all right, nothing special.

Good food, 2 medium chicken Donner kebabs just £8,80 with salad and amazing garlic sos and chilli sos. Super!

Amazing food with lots of taste! So much different from the ordinary kebab shop! Portions are great for the money you pay! Recommend this shop highly😀
