Well I have just had afternoon tea it was lovley the reviews on here are a bit hit and miss

The most disappointing service at Hilton We went for afternoon tea ,40min no one ask for drinks after we call one of the staff member to ask for bottle of wine at list he just serve us his choice of Rose … been giving wrong bill ,over charged ,then at the end after we pay and had few pictures someone was chasing us to say that our payments hadn’t gone through and ask to double pay when we show that we have notifications that the money has been taken from our accounts We did DOUBLE pay the bill and Nikola reassure us that is we have been double charged the refund will be issued … till this day no refund received …. I have been chasing her by email ,calls ,and still no response Very poor service for Hilton ,Very disappointing from the experience we had We celebrated two birthdays no one bring any cake or surprise for the girls (we did put a note is a birthday ) One of us ask for receipt during the payment 3 times and has been ignored No one explain what we are been served and gone trough the expiriance Lovely venu but very very poor service Even with the few issues we had during the tea time never made a complain but when we have been treated that way is very very upsetting

Very poor service, two very rude condescending members of staff including Management. Service is appalling , do not recommend.

£59 for a very basic afternoon tea. Poor service, my wife asked for a Prosecco which never materialised. We wanted more tea but could not get anyone’s attention and so just left. Much better afternoon teas elsewhere.

Unfortunately all very scary at high tea. Scary Sandwiches, scary cakes (lime green fondant on a vanilla cake is scary), scary dry ice smoke affect, appalling service (i’m not particularly fancy, but I do like milk to come when I order Darjeeling tea), The macaroons were served on a perplexing music box mini piano, generally awful food. There was a time when the Waldorf palm court was a good destination, but that is not in 2021.

Unfortunately the Palm court wasn't open due to covid. But the service and food was impeccable

This now has turned into an actual cafe in Headingley and it's wonderful (although small so avoid going a peak times). The portions are great and the staff are more than happy to accomomdate if there is something not on the menu than they can help you with. The coffee is lovely and the staff are more than happy to adjust the temperature if you like it hotter (mine was just a tiny bit cooler than I would like but the barista was lovely about it and made me a fresh hotter coffee) They also sell everything that they use when cooking so you know all fruit/veg etc is super fresh.

No me puedo creer que este carro móvil de café produce tal café increíble! un café expresso en que la calidad y el precio es muy raro. Los regalos hechos a mano no son demasiado mal. Además, los alrededores del Park Plaza es un lugar encantador para disfrutar! Si él no gelati, que voy a estar allí con campanas.

Este hotel es una pequeña joya de lugar de café en Park Plaza - un tranquilo refugio del caos de Leeds centro de la ciudad. Stu y a su "estrictamente café' van han cambiado de Guiseley y sirve café encantador, y dulces caseros para ir con ella. He oído un rumor sobre gelato para el verano también ... sin duda vale la pena una visita y una infinitamente mejor que la experiencia estadounidense establecimiento grande a la vuelta de la esquina! Creo que está allí los días laborables desde las 7 am hasta las 2.30 pm.
