Food fabulous, very friendly and attentive staff. Fabi looked after us so well, she works really hard! Great atmosphere.

Had a fantastic lunch here today...started with the garlic, marinara and mozzarella bread for 2...it was delicious...we followed that with linguine con vongole, 🌶 and cherry tomatoes in white wine sauce and I had the linguine with broccoli pancetta, garlic and chilli, with extra virgin olive oil...both were outstanding, served steaming hot! We had a nice Barbera D'Alba by Batasiolo and shared the affogato dessert. Alex and Americo provided excellent service and we will certainly be back as we are in London for 12 days...the bill was not cheap at £105 but we thoroughly enjoyed it!

I love love love this restaurant so whenever we’re in London for the day or theatre I always book a table at Bar Remo. Service is great and never had a bad meal. Last time I visited I had the tiramisu cocktail and it was amazing. Returning 23/03/24 for my birthday and looking forward to it.

The food was absolutely amazing and the staff is very friendly and kind. I especially love the Pollo Diavolo and the Nutella Cheesecake. Their Tiramisu Martini is one of a kind and an absolutely incredible drink.

My favourite Italian place in London. The best thing about great Italian food is simple ingredients done to perfection in an outstanding atmosphere shared with friends and family. Bar Remo is the embodiment of this. The food is fantastic, very well cooked and you can tell those who make it really care about producing the best possible plate every time. Cocktails, wines and beers are traditional and made very well. The venue is warm, inviting and full of energy. Dining downstairs in particular transports you and your guests into the romantic heartbeat of Italy in the middle of SoHo. Staff are a reflection of the culture here too, warm, fun and they really care about their craft. Every time I’m in London I stop here at least once. You should consider stopping by too.

Yesterday I went to dinner and I stopped to talk to one of the employees, he told me that he was Nicaraguan, his name is Wilmer, and he told me that his bosses are very bad, that they humiliate him in front of everyone for being illegal because he does not have permission to work. I will take the trouble. to notify the authorities that they have personnel without documents

The best pasta and pizza I’ve ever eaten. Chicken is Halal / halal and the staff are very helpful.

Was pushed to pay for the discretionary service even when I said I preferred not too. It doesn't seem to be optional as the word discretionary suggests. The bill was fairly high without the service charge. The food was good but we also found a piece of plastic foil on the tiramisu so I was very disappointed to be overcharged.

Food nice. Not happy due to asked for a child’s portion for my 2yr son. Charged full price for less than half a regular.

Popped in with family just after Xmas for a pizza. Didn’t have a reservation but were found a table with no problem. The food was superb and fairly priced. Venue is great and our waiter Luigi was accommodating. Definitely recommend this place.

Went there with my brothers and sister had the gnocchi with calamari masses of gnocchi hardly any calamari which was very disappointing considering the cost.staff friendly

Solid Italian restaurant with some pretty good food options! We booked reservations for this restaurant about a week in advance due to some of the hype around it, but when we got there, it wasn't too busy so we could have probably passed on the reservation. Just a note, if you do decide on a reservation, you will need to put a card down. If someone doesn't show up that day, you'll be responsible for a £25 charge, so if you're not going during a busy time, maybe pass on the reservation. Our group decided on a bottle of wine and several different appetizers including calamari, grilled octopus, and olives. The apps were very good. The portions were definitely shareable but not too overwhelming. For our main meals, we ordered the gnocchi, two orders of prawn linguine, and two orders of maccheroni porcine mushrooms and truffle, one of which they made vegan which was really great for our one friend who has dietary restrictions. All the dinners were pretty delicious. I had the prawn linguine which was really good but would have liked the sauce to have a little more flavor. 7/10. My wife had the gnocchi which was good but a bit too rich in cheese. 5/10. We also got desserts. I ordered an apple crumble which was a bit like a deconstructed version of it. I wasn't a big fan of the apple crumble but the ice cream that came with it was really good. 4/10. My wife ordered the mini Nutella donuts which she shared with some of her friends. It was hot, fresh, warm and filled. 8/10, highly recommend. Service and atmosphere were both really great. We were there for hours and felt very welcomed and not pressured to leave. Definitely give this place a try. I'm sure you'll find something you'll enjoy.

I had come to this restaurant a few years ago after attending a show at the Palladium & was lovely so as i was attending the Palladium again I suggested visiting her again with my friend. We booked beforehand which was a good thing we did as it was so busy. The staff were friendly, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. The food was cooked fresh & really nice. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for dinner before or after the theatre. I will definitely be returning

Food was fine but 3 members of staff crowding round the table when we chose to leave a cash tip rather than paying the service charge on the bill was intimidating and uncalled for.

Just 7mins walk from the London Palladium a great find. We had a lovely lunch of Antipasto so much meat and cheese gorgeous. We then had two pizza all hand made Calzone Luca and Italian Sausage just amazing very large portions. Truly amazing atmosphere it was buzzing by 1pm. Excellent staff inside its like a tardis. Cant wait to go back do recommend booking as its popular with locals too. Thank you for a bit of Italy in London.

We had a lovely visit. We wanted a true Italian experience and that was what we got! Professional staff with heartwarming attitude. The food delightful and just simple like we love the Italian kitchen. We were thrilled and would love to come back for another visit.

Location Just off Regents Street, easy to get to. Premises Outward appearance appears small, but there are two floors of dining area and can seat a fair number of people. Decor on the whole was good, but the cable trays in the ceiling area could do with a suspended ceiling to hide them and smarten up the ceiling area. The restaurant area was clean and tidy. Staff The staff were very polite, cheerful and helpful. Food The food was delicious, we had mains and a desert. The food was hot with generous portions. The deserts also had generous portions. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

While reading reviews for a nice Italian dinner I stumbled across Bar Remo. What peaked my interest and pulled me in was that the restaurant had been family owned for 90 years. SOLD! Reservation made! We were a party of 7 and promptly seated. The restaurant was completely full, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and the smell of garlic and fresh bread made me feel like I was sitting in a cafe in Florence. Our appetizers and drinks were served promptly and our meals shortly after. The food was so good that all 7 women were quiet, only focused on the delicious food in front of us. Every dish was full of flavor, piping hot and cooked to perfection. We had one small glitch where the corked wine was spoiled and they quickly and graciously brought us a new bottle. The service was prompt, our waiter was delightful and we all left happy with full bellies. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! It was the perfect evening! Thank you!

Visited this lovely Italian restaurant for dinner with my family. Food was good and the service was amazing! We was served by a lovely lady with curly black hair, she made me and my family feel very comfortable and had a lovely warm positive attitude which really made the night special. Will definitely visit again

Fast service, friendly staff apart from the Hostess who seemed to be slightly rude after I said I didn’t have a booking. Food tasted great and fresh. Our waiter was spot on with the service.

Popped in for lunch (no reservation) and were promptly seated. This is a casual, buzzing yet warm and cosy place and great for gatherings of friends and family. Good wine list, extensive menu, reasonably priced food and great pizza. Huge thanks to Luigi who looked after us efficiently and warmly, with great humour. He made our visit memorable and extremely enjoyable - a real credit to the restaurant. Thank you Luigi. Will return.

My last visit there was two years ago. The food and service at Remo never fails me. I will strongly recommend the tasty spaghetti carbonara and smoke salmon salad. It was a bit noisy this time and it should be normal on Christmas Eve.

Absolutely fantastic! Al dente pasta and wonderful pizza. Extremely fair prices for the quality and serving sizes! The waitresses are so kind and helpful as well. We will be suggesting this place to anyone wanting Italian in London!

We travelled to London for a few nights but didn’t really plan ahead as to what we wanted to do. Having read so many reviews of the other Italian places around, we found Bar Remo to be the most positive. Unfortunately when we booked at around 2pm that day, they had no availability till 8.30pm, but i’m so glad we waited it out. We had three courses each, and shared a bottle between us. Whilst it wasn’t the cheapest of restaurants, it was 100% worth it. Our waiter went above and beyond, with a quick and reliant service, offering us conversation without being too in our faces. The restaurant was pleasantly busy for a Thursday, but is surprisingly larger than it looks so this wasn’t a problem for us at all. We shared the calamari and bruschetta mix to start, the bruschetta mix was absolutely divine and some of the best i’ve had. We then had a pizza and a seafood pasta, before our final courses of mini donuts and tiramisu. All of the food was phenomenal with perfect timing between courses. We are absolutely gutted that this restaurant is in London! Having come from up north we’d love to visit here time and time again. Next time we are in London, we will be sure to make a stop by.

Superb traditional Italian food over three floors with exceptional service, just off Regent Street. A great selection of pizza, pasta and even grilled salmon. You need to book as this is a busy restaurant. Highly recommended.

Visited without a reservation and we were lucky to get in. All the staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. We had pizza’s and they were one of the best. Beer on tap. We will be returning as soon as we visit London again. What a hidden gem.

Exceptional. The best atmosphere in London. Gregarious but not overpowering. Excellent food and decent wine. The very reasonably priced primitivo was excellent. This is my go to restaurant when I want to enjoy time with friends in town.

A lovely find just by Bond Street. Very authentic Italian, had a really tasty seafood linguine and a delicious chocolate cheesecake - we really enjoyed it. Booked to return.

Extremely poor experience. We booked for a post theatre meal at 10.15. accepted our booking but forced us to finish our meal within 45 minutes. Brought all the food out together. The food was average at best. Very disappointed. We wouldn't return.

Not worth the price and not good pizza

We came as part of a very large group. Unfortunatly the evening didnt go to plan. We were left outside for ten mins while table was prepared. Lots of confusion on who ordered what, we had pre ordered a month before so was very difficult in working out who had what. Background music was so loud, couldnt hear waiter. About ten people in the group had incomplete or issues with meals (missing courses or cold food). Would suggest a full review of group bookings completed and maybe a smaller menu to allow kitchen to cope. Wont return.

We had a nice meal here but the place was very loud and our waiter was a bit off with us, he couldnt understand the drinks we were ordering off the menu which to me is a bit of a bad sign.

I arrived this evening in this beautiful restaurant with my daughter, with no reservation. We been given nice table . Service was absolutely fantastic, very nice waiter , named Eswar, was very helpful. Food arrived quickly. We had gnocchi with calamari and salmon with vegetables. Both dishes so delicious. We will definitely come back .

I used to frequent this place when working nearby around 30 years ago. Now it's a must visit any time we fancy a good lunch in that area. My wife also had a very good time there recently with a young grandchild. Today we walked there from the Royal Academy (Abramovic exhibition). It was very busy after 2pm so we were downstairs. We had a bottle of Merlot, octopus, nduja ravioli etc and it was all delicious, a really good choice.

The pizza was amazing, very nice place as well. We enjoyed our lunch.

Our favorite Italian Restaurant whenever we visit London. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, staff are always nice and sweet, we've been regulars for the past 17 years and every single time Bar Remo never disappoints. Today my husband & I and our three year old enjoyed a wonderful meal, a big shout out to Fabienne who attended to us she was lovely and accommodating, the Pizza and the Veal Milanese are to die for;)

I heard whispers from locals that this was where they ate whenever they were in the neighborhood, and boy, do I get it. Interesting italian restaurant right next to Oxford Circus. Its a nice choice for the price. The food is actually quite good. Not the best italian in London, but one to potentially repeat.

I'm not a regular customer, but every time when I'm on Oxford Street /Regents Street and need lunch or dinner, this is the place. Fair price for high quality Italian food.

Loved it! Great food and atmosphere and delightful friendly staff. They were so sweet to our well behaved dog - not so sure about the people at the next table who were obviously NOT dog lovers and looked appalled at her presence!

Very good service. Waiters were friendly and welcoming. And the food was scrumptious. We shared a bruschetta that was delicious. I had a Linguini Fritti Dr Mare which was scrumptious as I could taste the ocean (as chef would say a seafood pasta should tastes like the ocean). My partner had the gnocchi with pesto and crumbly calamari which was also delicious. The gnocchi was not rubbery nor was it too soft. It was just right. The best was the tiramisu, the taste and texture was just too perfect and the serving size was generous. Lucky we only ordered one to share. You must try that tiramisu - it was heavenly.
