One main meal forgotten and then not delivered. Mistake made on burger, also not rectified. Gutted as spent a lot there but clearly customer complaints are not listened to. Basically ripped off. Disgrace.

Had a number 4 meal tonight 2 pieces of chicken chips and kebab meat , a leather shoe would have been more nourishing than that chicken the kebab meat like cardboard n the chips even worse it’s just went in the bin , disgusting

Pizza was cooked perfect with crispy edges. Kebab was really tasty. Chips were crispy and not soggy. All the food was piping hot and quick delivery. Thankyou

Picked up a Ham and sweetcorn large Pizza last night on my way home . Got home 8 miles from Oakham as I was driving that way and randomly seen a place to eat . Got home and opened the box and it was Burnt . Waste of my time. Never again

Terrible service, very rude kept hanging up on the phone calls. Won't ever go there again.

I found what I can only assume was a pube in my food, thankfully they were able to dice it up so there was definitely no way I could remove it 👍

We had loyalty points built up and we ordered a take away using our points. We then got a phone call and they said we couldn’t use our points anymore. Why issue the points and then say u can’t use them. We will no longer be ordering from them. Not impressed

Awful food i collected my order and saw my food been prepared i questioned the sauce he put in my wrap and he blatantly lied to my face! Awful service and didn’t look the cleanest establishment, the chicken looked like it had been under the heater for days, they may need a visit from the health inspector!

We have ordered 3 times now from bbq house using just eat, the kebabs are large tasty and the salad accompanying them is always fresh and delicious. Best kebab in Oakham

Very poor service food took 2hrs and missing items,we were told 45 mins and after an 1hr we called and they said it was on its way 5-10mins,we called again at 1hr 30mins no answer and again 10 mins after.Tbh the food was good but when they didn't deliver the full order and being a regular customer,we thought we'd get a better service,we definitely will not be ordering from them ever again,as its not the first time we've had this problem

Had takeout delivery. Pizza, Burger & 2 Kebabs. Waited well over an hour & 1/2 for delivery. Queried delay by phone and got a stressed abrupt response with phone being put down before call ended. When food finally arrived it was awful, kebabs beyond dry, extremely salty, pizza burnt, garlic pizza greasy and salty. Will never use again just awful!

3 bits of chicken and 2 lamb for 10.90 is ridiculous, also missing chips from my order and the bloke decides to have a shouting match on the phone when challenged, so ended up hanging up the phone. Ordered here a few times before and it was OK but seems to took a nose dive.

Ordered for the first time as me and my husband are staying down at a holiday park at Langham. We ordered via Just Eat and the delivery stated 55 minutes at the most, the order arrived in 15 minutes and the delivery driver was fantastic, very friendly and polite. The food itself was as outstanding as the service, very hot and delicious. Thankyou very much! X

I was over charged for my food, when challenged nothing was done, took the food home it was awful, never again, very poor service, attitude of being the only late place that opens for food!!! Eastern Delight is the best….

Never again will I order my pizza from anywhere else. I used to order pizza from here regularly but then saw other pizza joints such as Domino’s give really cheap promotional prices but unfortunately every time lacking cheese and toppings, always being mediocre, goes to show you only get what you pay for! BBQ House always gives you value for money, plenty of everything! Absolutely delicious, thank you BBQ House!

If I could give zero star I would. Over two hours for food to be delivered when we called to ask where it was got told it was in the oven and that’s it no time etc. when it finally arrived the pizza and burgers were cold.

I got 3 pieces of chicken and chips tonight, it was the worst takeaway ever, the chicken was overdone to the extent that it was dry and rubbery, the chips were as hard as stone, threw it in the bin.

Stopped in for a quick cheeky kebab. Really pleasing to see the qualifications of the team on display for all to see. The kebab meat juicy, full of flavour the bread soft and fluffy with a slight toast on the outside. A great selection of fresh Salad and sauces. My only critique the atmosphere in the waiting area could do with some improvement. Maybe a fruit machine or some seating.

They really need to work on their customer service skills! Food is okay.

They only take cash, & most people now pay with cards!!!

Awful customer experience this evening. We ordered food specifically for 19:30, after my partner gets home from work. The food arrived at 18:25. When I rang up, the gentleman was rude down the phone, clearly hadn't read the order properly to see the requested delivery timeslot and told me that, as the driver had left, there was nothing they could do. Bar B Q house has been one of our favourite takeaways since moving to Oakham, but this is twice in the last week an issue has occurred with delivery time, and the lack of care on the phone wasn't acceptable at all.

Let me place an order and take my money but don’t deliver it and when ringing they don’t answer.!!

Don't order from these rude people, they claimed we cancelled our order which we didn't, they still took there money but didn't deliver. Thieving bustards. Never will I order from them again and hope they lose all there customers and shut down.

i orderd from here on new years day and have been sick ever since something i ate or drank has given me food poisoning funnily enough i looked at the bottle of tango that came with my order and theres bits floating in it and no sell by date in site, i was supposed to go back to work today and cant because im throwing up ever hour.... NEVER again it dosnt even deserve one star

Ordered at 5.10pm on a Saturday, minimum for delivery was £25 so had to order more than we actually wanted but that was our problem not theirs. Site stated 60 mins for delivery not unexpected for a Saturday night. Waited till 6.25pm then rang to see if it was coming they guy that answered said "I'll check" and hung up!! 5 minutes later I got an email saying my food would be delivered by 7.09pm, 2 hours after ordering. It turned up at 7.08pm with the driver saying we crazy busy, they had my number they could have just let me know!!! I'd like to say it was worth the wait but I would be lying. The "fillet" bugers were processed burgers, the garlic mayo dips we ordered were mint raita and the chicken strips looked like a dogs dinner. It was all very greasy and not at all enjoyable most of it went in the bin. I can excuse a long wait due to a busy evening I will not excuse the wait then substandard food.

Pizza was lovley cooked within 10 mins friendly staff. Prices were reasonable. Will call in again if passing

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive, ordered a pizza for myself and a cheeseburger for my daughter. Pizza was soggy and not hot. Cheeseburger wasn’t a cheeseburger, it was a chicken burger, the bun was burnt and obviously not what was ordered. When I phoned to ask where our order was, the response I got was that they were very busy.. on a Monday?! Definitely WOULD NOT recommend. Never buying from there again

Far from the best service. Half the order was missing which we paid for. On calling them back all we got was we are to busy we cannot do anything about it. Chicken and lamb was dry definatly wouldn't recommend!! Not impressed at all!!!

Took over an hour and half to come, there was a hair in the food that resembled a pubic hair, it tasted like the food had gone off, overall shocking, no apology for how long it took to come and the food was horrible, do not ever order from this vile place

I asked if there was a delivery charge before i irdered the man on the phone said there us none, i ordered then the man gives me the bill to which hes added a delivery charge, so when j asked abt ut u get "dont u understand englush" and before i got to say anything he then says ok u want to cance ill cancell then hanged up, it was my 1st experience with this lical food place and my last absolutely rude, ill wait the 30 mins fir eastern delight to open !!!

Waited 2 hours after placing order on justeat. No answer when tried to call. Food didn’t arrive. Cancelled the order and because of that I also couldn’t leave a review on just eat. So leaving a comment on here instead to hopefully save someone having to eat cheese on toast at 2146.

Food was well over an hour late and they would not speak on the phone to explain where the order was. Very poor.

Delivery is a big problem. At the very least you wait 1 hr or if like me 3hrs 15mins. 1st time i call they confirm my mobile number and address (both correct) and stated they are a bit busy. 2nd time i call its on the way 1hr 40 after i ordered 3rd time I called the abuse i got was awful shouting that they called me 2 times and the driver has been 2 times to Edith weston (i said i dont even live in that area so im not surprised hes failed to deliver. Told it'd be another 45mins... When food came i believe its the ssme food from 3hrs previously and the chicken had been reheated as the batter soft n soggy but hot. Pizza definitely cold n not fresh and minus £6.00 worth of drinks.. Will never ever order here again for delivery

This place took £50 and hadn’t delivered it within the time, my mates and I waited 1 hour after the set time to still no take out, we had called them 11 times all together and they had ended the call 10 times after we explained what we ordered and asking for a refund, they have very bad manners and lack respect towards us, I would advise not getting anything from them because of this.

If you want to wait a long time for average food only to receive a wrong order (again) and then have to navigate the rude and arrogant staff that have zero skills in customer service then feel free to use.....but don’t complain ! The worst service I have ever had and am only asking for food to be delivered and if wrong for it to be replaced! Wow

So I ring up to check if I have been given the correct order, bare in mind I ordered the same thing on the 10/3, get my order which this time has salad and mayo (allergy) All I received was abuse and being called a lier about my order. No option available stating to add or remove said options at which It came as a plain meal last time I ordered. Not happening again, you do not treat customers like that over the phone after asking a basic question which could have been resolved much more easily. Binned the food as stated due to allergies. Triple check your orders, and hope you never have to ring them...

These guys deleted our order by 1 and a half hours and then didn’t turn up. I called them and they said they’d cancelled the order. No care at all. They refunded me £3!!!!!!

Placed an order for collection via just eat at 7pm on New Year’s Eve. Confirmation email to say order would be ready at 8:10. Arrive at 8:10 to collect our order to be told they hadn’t received any order. Showed them the evidence of our confirmed order and the email confirming payment. Extremely unhelpful and rude shop staff stated it’s not our problem contact just eat! Appalling customer service especially in these uncertain times where you’d thing any business would be greatly appreciated?!? Clearly not. I’m sure the other various local takeaways will greatly appreciate my custom and cash. Bar B Q house will never see any of it again.......

Absolutely disgusted with the service received at bar.b.q house! We ordered online, had to collect, husband was left waiting 10+ mins after speaking to staff to then find out food had been sat on the side the whole time. Once home food was missing. Husband called and only solution they had was to give credit for next time HA! they refused to deliver missing items. Husband was told it would be ready and waiting when he went back, it wasn’t! He was then told (and this is the best bit) WE should be grateful that we even received half our meal because they are busy! Once home my husbands missing item was to burnt to eat. A google reviews include flies in food, bar.b.q house’s response “it’s normal for flies to end up in food” others include awful/rude service, missing food and uncooked meals. Would you eat there?

Bought a kebab found a fly inside of it. Took it back and showed the owner of the Bar.B.Q House and was shocked of the answer he gave to me, "its a usual thing for flies to be in the food".

We ordered Saturday evening at a peak time. Still, it was a quick delivery. Took them 40 minutes to tell us they can’t deliver (I’m sorry, why did you put ‘delivery’ then?) and that WE hahahaha, WE have to call JustEat to get a refund, because they are apparently too dumb to know how to call them themselves. Patronising us by calling us ‘darling’ on the phone isn’t going to make it better, sweethearts. They must *truly* be idiots if they can’t sort out their own orders - good luck owning a business with a brain the size of a walnut, ‘darlings’ xxx

Placed an order through Just Eat for delivery, they then called me half an hour after I’d placed the order to demand I come collect the order because we were too far away... it’s a 12 minute drive!! And they should not have the option for delivery if they are not willing or able to deliver. Awful service.

Ordered food from these guys loads of times and was always really nice. Last time I ordered it the wrap was soaked in mayonnaise even though I asked for no mayonnaise. I phoned to complain and they did nothing about it

Awful we placed an order and on the menu we had it says the minimum order is £8 But when we placed the order the guy on the phone said it's £10 when the food come the salad wasn't even on the kebab it come in a separate tub the meat wasn't really even that nice. The burger we also ordered was so hard to even cut the bun. Really disappointed

Ordered a takeaway at 830 for delivery rang to see where it was 1hour 30 afterwards then was told they was busy will be 40 minutes don’t think I want my takeaway at 11!! New management .so we gave it a try.Order taken quickly 6.45 pm .We had Doner kebabs and extra meat with salad mix kebabs ,chips and chicken .Asked to come back at 7.10pm arrived and food all packed up and ready to go ,free bottle of pop thrown in .food was nice and hot .tip take cash and thermal bag .

I ordered at 1:04am and was eating a delicious and affordable (and HUGE)pizza less than 30 minutes later. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was polite and thorough and the delivery man was quick and professional. I should say again, the pizza was delicious!!

Consistently good food alway delivered by a fantastic happy driver which makes the service brilliant, i'd recommend this a its always the same standard of food. if we've ever had a problem which we rarely do its always been corrected with no issues.

Do not order from this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . Not only was the food disgusting but the customer service was shocking . The food was undercooked tasted badly and when I complained I was spoken to very rudely and was offered no help at all after I couldn't eat anything that I had paid for . It's a real shame that there are places who run their businesses like this and cook such food but show no remorse when people complain . I wont be ordering from them again !!!!!!

ordered from a few times now and on a whole very good, delicious, lots of toppings and reasonably prices, however you do have to be very specific with your orders, i dont like tomato on my pizza and after asking twice for no tomato have still recieved tomato, normally good, but lack of attention lets them down

ordered food at 6pm and still waiting at 1945 hours. Enquired at 1920 as to status of order to be told it was on its way. Phone and 1940 to find out what was happening to be told they were too busy to talk to me and put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Shocking delivery times. Advised minimum 45 minutes for all orders. Don't order if you want your food anytime soon

Was a bit dubious after the previous reviews, but was looking for a good deal. And unlike the other pizza shop in town, this place has tons of offers. Pizzas were amazing, chicken donner - lovely. if I'm ever back in the area again I will go back. Tremendous.

We had a take away from here the other night and i could not belive the poor standerd of the food. The kabab meat was crunchy and cold they got my partners order wrong he asked for a 1/4 pounder and he got 3 burgers in a bun wich was not nice and full of hard fat and the BBQ ribs we orded where rank they did not even look like ribs. They even got the drinks wrong that we asked for we asked for 2 cans of coke and got a lilt and a pepsi and when we asked the guy that delived our order" where the coke"?, he just looked at as as if he was dum struk. very very poor service and would NOT EVER order from here again
