Friendly, local business is one thing. Best pizza around is another. I would add more stars if I could. Pizza with proper toppings and the perfect amount of crispiness.

Fantastic pizzas I've been going to him even when he was in stamford for 20 years,I I really missed them when I lived in Australia.

First time visiting Oakham, pizzas were piping hot even after a short car ride home. Staff were friendly and helpful - definitely worth a visit!

So pleased we found Amigos during our stay in Oakham - great menu and really delicious pizzas! The thin and crispy bases were excellent.

Easily the best pizza I’ve ever had and certainly the best slice in Oakham. Couldn’t recommend it more. If you are within an hours drive then get to Amigos.

Need thin crust to keep really good taste of ingredients, on thick completely different average taste. It lacks the taste and smell of Italian herbs.

Tasty pizzas, great service, great value, good selection of pizzas on the menu unlike the chain outlets.

Just had a deep pan double pepperoni and it was fantastic. Cooked in a proper pizza oven, none of that moving wire rack nonsense.

On a wet and windy, post-covid night in Oakham, when nearly everyone else had stopped serving, this little place was open. Not only that, but this pizza was great. God bless Amigos.

Went to amigos to try it out tonight. The base was pre-made (likely frozen) and the pizza really was tasteless and unappealing. Really disappointing for a local restaurant. Unfortunately I won’t be returning...

Unfortunately the pizza we ordered had a very thick base which was extremely dry. I had a vegetarian pizza and my boyfriend has a mixed meat version and both were very poor. Service time was half an hour too. Wouldn't recommend having pizza here.

Fabulous pizza. Well worth a visit

We rang and ordered two pizza's from Amigos on a Saturday night. When we went to collect them, they were just being boxed up for us in good sturdy boxes.They were still hot after a 10 minute drive and were ready sliced for ease.The pizza's were really very good with plenty of toppings and lovely crisp bases. The Milanese pizza was delicious and the toppings had not been skimped. The quindici (hot and spicy) was just that, hot and spicy; absolutely delicious, again with plenty of toppings. Although this pizzeria does not have a traditional wood fired oven, these pizza's could easily have been cooked in one. They are they best 'non wood fired oven cooked' we have eaten and would thoroughly recommend them. The staff are helpful and the service is quick and efficient. It's a shame they don't have seating but even so, we will definitely be visiting here again, soon.nb. this is not a sit down restaurant, it is a takeaway only establishment.

Amigos es mi sitio al que ir para pizza! Yo siempre la orden base finas que yo prefiero la base más gruesos que también ofrecen. El sabor es tan bueno y que podía literalmente la orden de ellos cada semana. Estoy tan contenta de que tengo un gran lugar para ir a por la pizza localmente. . Los precios. y son tan razonables! Conejito muy feliz aquí! !

Best Pizza in Rutland/leicestershire!

Tried a takeaway pizza from here, it was great and fantastic value for money. I preferred it to the pizza from Dominoes which opened in Oakham recently. Will be returning!

Normalmente me encanta amigos y es un gran servicio... Pero esta noche fue diferente, entiendo que fue ocupado.. tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos más para conseguir nuestra pizza, tardó 80 minutos para nuestra pizza. La gente continuó viniendo una después de nosotros y llegamos allí pizza... en las niñas, era ayudar a hacer las pizzas.. Ella no puso su capacidad y no lleve ningún guantes ya que ella tenía la joyería. Me quedé decepcionado. Teniendo en cuenta lo mucho que me encanta amigos!

He comido un montón de pizzas y hacen el mejor, hechos desde cero {hace su propia masa} una fantástica relación/coberturas fantástico todo a pedido, vale la pena salir de tu camino a probar uno. Los Big Boys una vez que han probado Amigos no querrás ir a ningún otro sitio

Thin crust fresh dough pizza.. The only way to make them. Why go anywhere else? Had to feed 70 italians and they loved them. Wide range of toppings too....

Without doubt the best takeaway pizza to be had, locally. I'm from Stamford (11 miles away) and you can't get a decent pizza here anymore. Amigos use ALL fresh ingredients, nothing frozen, and you can REALLY taste that. A great selection of pizzas and even greater selection of toppings. Three different sizes, deep or thin crust. They will also do their best to accommodate any strange requests. (banana and tuna possibly, if any of you remember that old tv add) Nothing is rushed and all are great value for money. Just try them. A privately owned and run place that deserves your support with the tidal wave of corporate pizza dumps that are beginning to filter through into small rural towns. Don't a change thing Pedro!!

We have always loved Amigo pizzas and have bought them when in a rush or back too late to cook and of course for children's birthday parties. They are SO much better than Domino's and such good value.

Stopped in here for a takeaway one evening. Thin crust pizzas there are delicious. So much better than any of the franchise companies around (Dominos, Papp Johns etc.). Will go back again when Im next in the area.

This take away is our favourite. Lovely pizzas, either thin and crispy or deep pan in 3 different sizes. Many toppings to chose. We like the one with chilli.

Popped in to Amigos on the way home for a quick takeaway. We haven't been for quite a while, but Amigos' are still creating tasty, competitively priced pizzas - especially in the light of the newly introduced Dominos overpriced establishment.

Friendly staff, fabulous pizzas, wonderful prices, no sit down but is very worth it for a cheap last dinner on the go, much better than Dominoes
