lovely location on the waterfront we booked a family room which was spacious, staff lovely and only a couple of minute walk to the city centre

Great food and quick service. Exceptional service from a lady called hannah we really appreciated the warm welcome.

In the cold winter afternoon I am craving for a hot coffee or at least warm enough. Unfortunately a visit today to Starbucks was disappointing - the coffee wasn't warm at all, therefore it wasn't enjoyable to drink that. It's quite expensive here but the service isn't worth it. Next time I'll rather go to the coffee shops where coffee has been served qualitative - hot and professionally made, not just something what is completely unenjoyable.

Protect this place at all costs

I love it, and will have my breakfast there every time instead of the hotel one. The service is polite, timely and happy, and the scones, food and tea is just what you are looking for. Go there
