Thank you Bangkok, been with family many times, and order mostly every week never disappointed the food is amazing so tasty, excellent service reasonably price.

I had ordered devil wings and vanilla thai milk tea. The wings were fine but irrespective of the taste of the Vanilla thai milk tea 90% of the glass was just ice in the milk tea. Firstly, I had ordered milk tea and not ice tea. The entire glass had 12-14 full ice cubes. Once I took them all out the drink went way below half the quantity I complained at the reception and the old man kept arguing that it's ice tea and that is why there is so much ice in the drink. We kept arguing with us to an extent that he opened YouTube to show how Iced Tea is prepared. When I placed the order I was never told about iced tea. I was told that it's Vanilla thai milk tea. If it said Vanilla thai iced milk tea I would have understood. The old man who kept arguing should know how to treat customers. I told him the food was good but he cannot scam customers like that. He arguing was not what customer service means.

We came here for the first time and we really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent and atmosphere was friendly too. We definitely will be back for food. Unfortunately we didn’t take pictures as we were very hungry but the food looked presentable too.

I don’t know how to feel about it, I do like the fact that it’s halal, the pad Thai shrimp noodles & chicken noodles were very sweet. I was asked how spicy we like it and I asked for no spice but I think I’ll have to try it with spice to see if that balances out the flavour, and might change my review based on what I get next time ! Egg fried rice was flavoursome.

Wouldn't recommend delivery, pad kee mao with skinning not fat flat noodles and very watery and tasteless, drunken noodles are meant to melt your tounge with spice, my partner's Pad Thai was spicier. Chicken wings were nice, maybe given the reviews dine in is better.

I went with my family and it was one of the best meals out we’ve ever had. The communication between ourselves and the staff was amazing, like asking us how long we’d like to wait for food if we wanted to chat or eat straight away. The food was all amazing. The portion sizes were perfect and so filling! We were asked if we wanted a top up on drinks and even got free prawn crackers with a yummy sauce to start. All in all, Bangkok Tase is a great restaurant and I couldn’t recommend it more for any occasion.

My wife and I enjoyed going to this restaurant. The food is incredible, we especially love the cashew dishes. The staff/ owners are also very nice and hospitable and we always get a fantastic personal service.

This is definitely not authentic Thai. Poor standard of food. The crab rangoon had no crab at all in it - just cream cheese. I ordered a prawn dish which only had 5 prawns in it!

Fantastic range of halal Thai items and stellar service too! 👏🏾 I typically get the devil wings / chicken gyoza starter as well as the Massaman Beef curry (there are 5 spice levels so I get 4 or 5 because it’s super spicy and I like I that way). Ma and I have become regular fans. 🤤 Convenient location to top it off - right next to North Finchley bus station for those who use public transport.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today. It is a Halal Thai Food restaurant. I ordered Pad Thai Noodles with shrimps. The food was tasty and fresh. The lady working there is very nice and helpful. I recommend this place in North Finchley.

I ate in this restaurant a few months ago and the service was amazing! friendly nice staff With… exceptional customer service.!!!! i always order from here. they make the food so SUPER fast and it delivers quickly. the food is still sizzling and hot by the time it arrives! they provide everything including sauces tissues and cutlery(most places are starting to forget). They answer their calls straight away. Halal They are friendly , their food is very delicious. Perfect thai food I’ve ever tried before. I will continue to order food from them. :).

It's hard to find a thai resto sometimes that serve mango sticky rice so i was excited to come here. Although the rice cake was extremely sweet, I still do recommend it.

Edit:- so not only do you have poor service, you also like to lie. The takeaway order of One dish was ordered the same time the food to eat in was ordered, and that dish was a beef dish I see you didn’t mention anything about the raw shrimp you served? Not once, but twice. I see you also didn’t mention when you came back to call me “‘mr chef”. You want me to carry on, or atleast have the decency to apologise for your staffs service and quality of food. Don’t know where all the good reviews come from! I’ll write a detailed one about why you should NOT visit this place. Group of 4 Once seated, the linen was all dirty and had clearly not been changed in many uses. There was only 1 waiter and there was us and another able of 3 in. So I go talking to the waiter who said his from Afghanistan, and I asked is the chef Thai and he replied yes he is a Thai chef Had to wait average 15 mins to order starters and main and had to wait in excess of 30 mins for starters, when asked the waiter if starters were coming he confidently said “you just ordered the starters, we make everything fresh” Starters came, they were NOT fresh. Will add pictures to show it’s just frozen items that needed frying. Why this took over 35 mins I have no idea. Got the gyoza, tempura, spring rolls, all frozen produce. Also Tom yum soup which was the nicest dish of them all. Waited a further 20 mins for mains to come all whilst being served when the starter plates and dishes are still on the table. I got the no40 some shrimp dish. the noodles were extremely oily and The shrimp were very undercooked which I showed to the waiter, and I said don’t worry you don’t need to replace I’m just letting you know, he insisted on getting me another portion of shrimp, unfortunately these were also undercooked. Came to the end of the meal, I asked for a takeaway box as I didn’t want to waste the noodles and shrimp and I mentioned to the waiter again the new shrimp you gave were undercooked and he had the cheek to tell me these are king prawns, they aren’t undercooked and that if he was to serve these shrimp to someone else they would say it’s overcooked!! I told him I’m a chef I know what shrimp and king prawn and cooked and uncooked looks like, he stormed off and return with an takeaway box and goes “here you go Mr chef” great customer service from this waiter right? Then I asked again as I saw the chef, “didn’t you say your chef was Thai from Thailand”, his reply was no I didn’t say that, he’s just my worker his here to help. Came to pay the bill, the waiter started to argue saying I don’t have time for this I have many other tables to deal with, he had only ONE other table! The worse ever service received and I will not recommend this place to ANYONE! Check pictures for the raw shrimp!! I was not going to write a detailed review, but how this waiter treated myself and the family was atrocious!

Enjoyed and have a great wonderful and most authentic delicious Thai dishes. There were four of us with special orders of Beef noodles soup - 5/5 for taste and spicy as requested. This is not in the menu but we requested and the owner was happy to serve. Again, you can't get more authentic than this. The Sea Bass fish in sweet sour sauce is one up than many restaurants. Fresh fish and sauce have an added boost to it. Lastly, the best Mango sticky rice - mmmm - yummy. All of the dishes were cleaned by us with no complaints. Everyone can afford to have a great meal which are best priced. No doubt will be visiting Bangkok Taste on a regular basis with families and clients Environment clean and relaxing. Keep up the work.

I ordered a Massaman curry and it was delicious. The beef was so soft and succulent, they even asked how spicy I would like it. Really nice food and I will be coming back here again.

Great service, but average food. I'd been debating going to this place for quite a while after seeing the incredibly positive reviews and finally got to try it out. I am a huge fan of Thai food and have been lucky enough to sample some great Thai food over the years across Europe and Asia. Unfortunately, the food on offer here was average at best. Not bad, but not great. Som tum was a highlight, but lacked the breadth of flavour that makes this dish truly superb when done right. Gyoza seemed like they were cooked from frozen, again not bad, but not what I'd expect from a traditional Asian restaurant. Chicken wings were too oily and lacked any seasoning. Went with a Pad Thai for the main, and while it was inoffensive, it wasn't as tasty as I'd come to expect. Altogether, I'd say a 6.5 / 7 out of 10 for the food, balanced with friendly, positive service.

Was sadly disappointed after reading reviews and excited to try this as I was craving authentic Thai food as I just came back from Thailand . I ordered the Pad Bra Paow Beef which didn’t come with any egg , beef wasn’t minced and hardly any basil in the dish. Questionable if it’s an authentic Thai restaurant as quite surprised they can’t properly make a popular Thai dish And the Pad Kee Mao that is meant to be spicy and rich in flavour tastes bland and no chilli’s whatsoever. Highly disappointed. Should have trusted the other negative reviews but went with the majority which I question are genuine reviews or not.

Always a pleasure eating here. Good choice of food. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They are happy to discuss the dishes with you and will take into account how spicy you like your food when preparing it. Last but not least, the restaurant has food hygiene rating of 5 (the highest score). Well worth a visit if you like Thai food

Wow, we’ve walked past this restaurant for years without realising how decent the food is. Not hard considering the unassuming facade. We ordered for the first time tonight…beef mussaman and fried seabass with Bangkok sauce. Both were delicious and well portioned for the price. Service was fast and friendly. The chef clearly takes pride in his cooking and wants you to enjoy it. We consider this a hidden gem and will be back. Highly recommended.

The food was really good! They were open for lunch when I visited. I requested that my chicken massaman was not spicy, and they got the perfect blend of it still being flavourful despite removing the spice. Very delicious and made a winter’s day warmer!

I tried Tom Yum Goong and Pad Thai today; they were very authentic and delicious. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the place is clean. The staff are very friendly and the prices are good and cheap. Worth recommending👍🏻

I ate the most amazing dishes of Pla Lad (whole sea bass) and Pad Broc (mixed vegetables and steamed rice). I opted for no.5 spice level and it did not disappoint!! The spicy sauce with the veg complemented the sweet taste of the fish which came with the most divine sauce. The presentation was beautiful. Would 100% recommend this lovely little restaurant, the food was 10/10!!

One of the best restaurants in north London. They now have a good selection of bubble teas. Staff was very accommodating, Pad Thai was very authentic just like it should be, Som Tam was very tasty and spicy as we requested, Veg pad kee mao was luscious👍 I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again soon.

Staff is very friendly, provided good service. Surprisingly empty on a Saturday lunch. Papaya salad is ok, pad Thai is a bit too salty. Not as authentic as other people comments.

All I can say is wow! We were passing this restaurant looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled across this gem! Never have I ever had a Tom yum soup taste so amazing as theirs! The massaman curry was awesome! As for the service 10/10!! So much flavour in all of their dishes. Will most definitely be travelling across town just to come here agian!

I discovered this restaurant when I moved in North Finchley last autumn. I get Tom Yam soup very spicy in takeaways about twice a week.Its authentic and awesome! Volume is as good as the taste as well.

When i ordered my pad thai over the phone the friendly man asked "How spicy would you like it?" "Quite spicy" I said. ""Between 1 to 5 - how spicy? he specified. ""4" I answered. and that's exactly what i got. A fresh and authentic pad thai with sting that obviously was accompanied with the nuts and lime. Very friendly service. Soup was nice but the main red curry was like a muddy sweet paste. No lemongrass taste. Delivery took much longer than was told it would and food was cold on arrival

My friend and I tried lunch at Bangkok taste last wednesday. We ordered Pad thai and chicken green curry. The pad thai tasted like curry powder somehow and Green curry was too waterly and no coulour of green paste. I wouldn't recommend to anyone . Avoid.

We have ordered Green Curry, Pad Thai, Stir Fried Rice and Papaya Salad. All of them were very delicious!

I ate here for the first time and yum! Ok, the pad kra pao had normal basil rather than thai basil, and it wasn't spicy at all, but it was delicious. I could have eaten 2 of them! I had the gyoza on the side and they were crispy without being oily or heavy, the chicken filling was delicious too. I will be back very soon!

Very average. This is a real review ignore all the ***** reviews, they are likely to be fake. Thai green curry was watery. Had requested spicy but the chef had unloaded all the chilli he had in there, it was blow your head off level. Prawn dish was poor, weird sauce likely out of a container. Few prawns, very underwhelming. Crispy spring rolls were unseasoned, bland. Potentially cooked from frozen.

Such a great find! So happy to have found this restaurant, the food is delicious (and authentic Thai food) and the service is always great!! They have a large selection of dishes and they even have bubble tea!!!! There are vegetarian options for each dish as well and they do gluten free options to top it all off! Very impressed and would definitely recommend Bangkok Taste!!!

Food was not great but the prices are quite reasonable. We had the gyoza (chicken), bon fire (shrimp) for starters and for mains we had the green curry and tom yang. None of the food was bad but nothing was very good either. If you're looking for great tasting food I suggest you look elsewhere.
