Worst chicken shop in whole of London, if not the world! Firstly, how can they say cash only?! It's 2024 and they don't accept card payments?! Secondly, chicken tastes awful and it's raw. Can't bite through anything. Staff are useless. I can't believe this shop is still surviving. Anyone who has eaten in there surely can't have eaten anywhere, and I mean anywhere else. Pathetic

Delivery arrival time kept changing. Bag folded over and bit crumpled, found tap that secured top of bag was torn open, receipt was not secured as usual but stuffed in bag. All order contents where present but chips portion seemed less than usual. Too late to do anything about as didn't discover till got indoors.i live 3rd floor, I meet driver outside.

Ordered lunch today, and I was fairly pleased and surprised. The food is very reasonably priced and the delivery was within the 30 mins as stated on the app. The wings were pretty good and the pizza was cooked well with a good amount of topping.? Overally pretty happy and well worth the £14!!

Pizza was great, chips fresh, wings a little salty. A few issues w the JustEat interface for this place - the choose your own pizza toppings only lets you pick one topping / 4, but they kindly added jalapenos to my meat lover pizza as per my note. There should be a section to add extras onto the original pizza flavours.

The food is not that valuable to my cash. Mostly they don't respect a person who is new to the store. Especially when i asked about the quality of food he got annoyed .No politenesz Especially if someone inquiring about the food. The guy who served me today angrily said " move," in an ill mannered way. I told him don't be rude because I'm a customer . He replied "I want to take other customer order " i said i have paid money so be nice and be respectful by asking me if I need anything else . Instead of apologising he said "take my money and go away" I replied, to him "this is customers" right to buy food but you insult lady customer who paid money and waiting for food. I took my cash and went away because he didn't even respect my little daughter who came to buy food and Instead gave bad customer service. Old food dried and burnt chips the mix and tiny wings they mix with other normal wings which doesn't give value for me cash. They shouldn't cheat.

Food came quickly and hot. Wings were banging, fries were banging, and Pizza was banging all for a banging price from BANG BANG Chicken.

Only negative is that they ignored my note! Again!

Just became my n.o. 1 go to for burger and chicken. Oh light crispy batter , not greasy. Crispy fries and lush burger.All tasted freshly cooked . Yum. Hint; would like option of pickle in burger .

Wings and fries lovely but chicken obviously not freshly cooked as dried up inside. Had to just throw it away.

Had few times food from there its ok but not the best. It didn’t look very clean inside and a bit shabby with decoration level so could do with a bit lift up and the stuffs are not very friendly or quick with the orders.

Sorry guys but.. Cold food (both wings and fries) soggy weird taste chicken wings of which I barely had a couple of bites and same with the coleslaw, it’s just not tasty food all together. Definitely the first and last.

Food was nearly cold and had to be reheated which was the reason to order in the beginning, to avoid cooking. Delivery charge outrageous.

I came here a few weeks back, as I was working locally. I’m not from the area, so this was the first closest hot food shop to where I was working, making it the first one for me to visit. Upon arrival, there was already 3 customers in there, and to my knowledge, their orders were already taken. The staff there were busy preparing the food for the customers that were in the shop. I understand that it was lunch time, and you serve the customers on a first come, first serve basis. But I stood there for 10 mins, and not one worker made eye contact with me to even say hello. Acknowledgment goes a long way, especially for a face that’s not been there before. Then as they finished preparing one of the meals and were handing the meal to the customer, a regular face walked in and started a jolly good conversation, which led to that customer placing his order. I called the staff, and tried to tell him that I’ve been standing here for about 10 mins now and that he should be taking my order. His response was “one minute” while I was speaking (so he didn’t even hear what I had to say) and just walked off. I felt disrespected and did not want to support the business with my money. This is customer service at its lowest, and I can’t imagine anything that would go below it, other than violence. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you’ve never been here before. They seem to look after their regular faces more than the new customers.

not great the fried chicken is like it was oven cooked not fired at all its got no crunchy batter to the chicken im very sad to say i wont go here no more i think this place has changed hands and now is no longer as good as it once was

Their food is amazing! And the people there are very nice, I recommend it.

Really enjoy the wraps and wings here! The wings have decent spice and crunch. Same goes for the chicken in the wraps, it's juicy, tender and most of all cheap! With the prices they charge you'd think they grow pigeons out of the ground. Overall: Decent.
