Its a take away. We have been looking for a good take away in Banbury on and off for 5+ years and have now found one that offers good tasty food at reasonable prices. Very helpful lady behind the desk, plenty of free parking outside. The sweet and sour chicken is our fav by far, 4 out of 4 loved it. Will we return = without question - yes.

Meat, burger was lovely. The fries on both orders tonight tasting stale, greasy and chewy at the same time. Obviously not fresh. Disappointed

Second time trying Anh , and better but still not feeling it on some of the food , chow mein was sadly quite bland , “calamari “ is not calamari ! Please don’t state that it is , like nearly every other Chinese in Banbury the taste of the batter is amazing but just simply chewy bits of leather not how it should be at all! I’m a squid/calamari fanatic I know! However the sweet and sour prawn in tempura was amazing and so yummy, the service and delivery was good but charge too much for delivery.

Every Friday night, I treat myself to Anh’s, my favorite takeaway. The Sweet and Sour Chicken has the perfect balance of tangy and sweet, and their Beef Pho is always packed with flavor. The staff know me by name now and always ensure my order is ready quickly, even during their busiest times. The generous portions mean I often have leftovers for the next day. Anh’s has become a beloved weekly tradition, delivering delicious comfort food that never disappoints.

Ordered once and won’t order again. Ordered a simple sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice for a quick/easy dinner on a Sunday night. The food was ready in literally 5 minutes from ordering which should have been a red flag. I woke up with severe food poisoning that I’m only just seeing the back of 2 days later. I’ve lost hours of sleep and had to miss 2 days of work. Awful first experience, will not return. *Update as I can’t respond here* Yes absolutely sure it was from your food. I ate nothing else on Sunday that can give you food poisoning if improperly cooked. Plus hiding behind a 5 star hygiene rating and an open kitchen to excuse this only makes me less likely to return, at least take some accountability. 👍🏼

just would like to say amazing food .. our family has really enjoyed tonight's tea. we collected from shop... fast service and very friendly service. Not only to myself but when watching noticed they knew their regular customers. shop was very welcoming bright and clean amazing experience

Great food with fresh flavours, easy ordering online & friendly service!

Meal was more rough cut onions than anything else. Meat was fat and gristle. Rice not included so pieces are high all told. Sorry not a good meal 😭.

The food did not live up to the reputation. We ordered £55 worth of food on a Tuesday evening. It was cooked in under 10 minutes, clearly this was reflected in the quality. The portion size was mean, they lacked flavour and the rice was partially cooked. I have ordered from anh before and enjoyed, this time it was very much the opposite.

We thoroughly recommend Anh's. The food was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Egg fried rice barely had any egg in it and didn't seem to have been fried. As it was the main reason I went, I can't say I can't away impressed.

Always great food!! I have only experienced Any via takeaway but they have always delivered either on time or early, the drivers who deliver are always polite and lovely and the quality of food is top notch. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

We've received our order tonight just before 10pm and are missing an item. Tried calling and no answer, how do we get a refund?! Update: thanks for the response, but there are no clear contact methods on your website other than a telephone number. Our order arrived just before 10pm, we tried to call at 9.58pm and yes I appreciate you close at 10pm but considering the time of delivery we had little time to call and with no answer we are left short for something you've charged us for. So less of the attitude on a reply for one would be good considering there was no way for us to rectify our missed order that you've charged us for. Maybe start with an apology and then I would considered an email rather than a public forum.

Same service as Paw Paw, seems the same restaurant. Even their bags, boxes are the same ! Same food, same taste, same frozen food. Giving 3 stars, just cause Don’t wanna be an a-hole, that’s absolutely the same as Paw Paw, I bet they have the same suppliers for the food, maybe even the same bank account owner

Really nice Chinese located in the grimsbury area of banbury. Usual prices expected, they deliver and are usually very prompt. Collection is also good with them usually being ready within the specified time! Food is always top notch, only wish I could get more chicken balls (can never get enough to be fair!).

The last two times have been disappointing. They are usually good, but they clearly don’t read the message attached to the order. Don’t think I’ll be back after this time.

Ordered from Anh as it’s pretty much the only local choice. Hoping for a nice meal. The decor is lovely bright and looked clean. We ordered enough for 8 people to celebrate a family birthday only to be very disappointed. Arrived 20 minutes before delivery time and made them aware I was here to collect rather than them having to deliver. So I was prepared to wait. However the time slot passed and still no sign of the food. Mentioned to them again to be told they chased the kitchen and it will be only 5 more minutes. Those 5 minutes lasted a further 35 minutes, way past the delivery time. I asked if it comes with prawn crackers free, they said no. Even having to wait an extra 35 minutes they could not provide this as a gesture of good will!! Then the food itself - full of vegetables and hardly any chicken/beef. The chicken tasted boiled and just tossed in a sauce of choice. Then the crispy beef had 3 long black hairs holding a few pieces together…. An experience that I’d never like to have again. Disgusted to say the least. Tried calling them to explain but got told to hold as they were busy….hence the review.

This is the second time of ordering with Anh as we thought we would give them another go. We placed our online order at approximately 6:30pm, first available delivery time was 8:10pm. We decided to go ahead. I had to ring them at 8:30pm to find out where our order was. After waiting on hold and overhearing them taking orders in person with a wait time of 30 minutes, I was then told our food was still cooking. The order finally turned up at 9:00pm, by which point it was too late to enjoy. Unfortunately we paid online so didn't have the option to cancel. We won't be using them again, especially having paid £4.50 for delivery, to have our food turn up 2.5 hours after we ordered and verging on cold.

We paid by cash on delivery to kings sutton. Anh tried calling us but we we're enjoying the food, when they finally got hold of us they said we had accidenly given them £10 too much, and offered to return it. We told them to keep it and knock off the £10 from our next delivery which they did. Superb food for vegetarians, love it.

Shocking delivery service! WARNING…this place ignores online orders. Having placed an order, it stated that it would take almost 2 hours to deliver. After two hours we called them and they said they were “just about to start cooking it” so would be at least another half hour! Absolutely shocking. TWO hours for a delivery. It turns out that they were just serving everybody who turned up and ignoring the online orders who had pre-booked a delivery! Their excuse was “we were busy” If you have no intention of delivering then don’t take the order. I’m so pleased we did not pay in advance and chose cash on delivery as we cancelled it after two and a half hours. DON’T USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE AND CERTAINLY DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!!

Appalling customer service! Disappointed that, having just ordered and paid for delivery via their app I've received a phone call informing me they don't deliver to my area so I will have to pay an additional £2 when my order is delivered, making delivery charge £5.50! Both Just Eat and the Anh app indicate delivery to my area so I'm very confused and annoyed at this. Further to the above review I was phoned by a very rude female staff member who repeatedly stated that I should have read the app properly and telephoned the shop before placing my order - there is no 'info' page which indicates this, despite her saying there was. She was unwilling to accept any responsibility for the delivery issue and put the phone down on me when I asked for her name! Just to clarify for the Anh employee, my pointing out that there is nothing on their app that states I need to telephone the shop when she repeatedly tells me there is is not being unreasonable or abusive! I am simply a customer who expects a better level of service than I experienced on this occasion.

Just finished the fourth great takeaway from Anh in row. Consistently good quality and the whole setup is well organised from the online ordering through to the guys in the very clean kitchen. I hope they can keep up this very high standard.

Absolutely disgraceful never order from here, I don't even give them 1 star, my food took an hour and a half, which I had to ring after 1 hour 20 mins even though should have been here in an hour😡 Food wasn't even hot nd the sweet nd sour chicken ball's were soggy😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very disappointed, have used this service many times, but tonight very poor. Pizza was stone cold, and wedges were ALL black not impressed!

Food is always lovely from here, by far the tastiest kebab in the area! Delivery was a little late today but it was worth it although to be expected with lockdown and a Friday night!

Always closes for delivery on Deliveroo 10 or 15 minutes earlier than stated. You should change your opening time on there to 9:45 instead of having it at 10 then closing early while people are ordering! If this is fixed I'd change my review to 5 star as I love the food here. EDIT: Thank you very much! I've changed my review, looking forward to ordering again 😊

Fantastic, don’t know why we didn’t try it sooner to be honest, it’s so fresh, no grease and tastes delicious. Recommend the Vietnamese spring roles and house special curry. Best one I have ever had.

The food was really yummy and was really impressed with the service. They accidentally arrived with the food 1 hour early saying they has made a mistake and made it early. I explained I ordered it for that particular time as I am on my own with my daughter and needed to bath etc. It was then re delivered at the correct time and was really fresh. Will order again!

Ordered over an hour in advance asking for 7PM. Changed to 710 by takeaway and even then over 20m late! So by being late service poor. Quality ok. It's a kebab after all

There was nothing shish about our kebabs we just had grilled chicken breast and lamb pieces that were so fatty couldnt even eat them. Salad lacked variety had more coleslaw than lettuce. It also arrived 30 mins early so wasnt ready for it. I wouldnt purchase again

We've now had two takeaway deliveries with Anh both times the food has been brilliant and comes piping hot. We've tried a few chinese takeaways and this place is definelty our new favourite!!

first time ordering from here it arrived earlier than I set the delivery time for what was nice also the food was lovely packed and nothing was touching, the only reason I gave 4 and not 5 was cause I ordered 2 crispy chilli beefs and my partner 1 seem to of tasted a bit more burnt and had a less sauce to him compared to mine so he shared mine and we havent eaten the other one
