Best chinese I've ever had ordered every time and never once have I been disappointed with anything really quick and friendl. Eating salt and pepper box now as I speak really large generous potions aswell

We have tried a few over the last year. This is by far the best in a long time.

Great value for really tasty food. Very generous portions.

Chicken tasted and looked like It was made on a 3D printing machine, rice was soggy same as the veg .. chips tasted like they were reheated from the previous days oil, Uber gave us a fake pound coin.. Would never order from here again. Spent a fair amount of cash for the order and no one could eat it! £40 down the drain.

Heard from a friend about this place. Absolutely fabulous.Food was hot and delicious.

After a recommendation, I ordered chicken chow mein, chicken in black bean sauce, chips and fried rice - it was so good and delivered. This is my new Chinese takeaway, for certain.

Hands down best Chinese takeaway in Cardiff. Big portion sizes, great taste and a reasonable price. I never have a complaint (unusual for me!) every order gets free spring rolls but I like to swap for free prawn crackers. Lovely family run business - you won’t be disappointed

Best Chinese in Cardiff hands down!

Got Singapore fried rice takeaway. Meal was very bland, a few dried peas and a couple of tiny shoelace thick slices of pork. There were no shrimps, garlic, or any other vegetables. Hardly worth it. Paid £5.70, but dish was only worth about £1. Update: Just went back again, waited 10 minutes by the counter, nobody came out the kitchen to serve me. Went next door and spent my money in the Zoner.

First time ordering from here, and it definitely won't be the last. Lovely food delivered within half an hour, we even had a free bag of mini spring rolls. Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Hopefully will now be my go to Chinese. 😋

Takeaway food first class quality, much better than the rest of the local Chinese takeaways.

I’ve moved away from Cardiff now but during my two years their Bamboo House was by far my favourite take away. Amazing food, 10/10 tray meals, generous portions and great service every single time. Bamboo House you will be sorely missed.

First time having a Chinese from here. Brilliant won’t be going anywhere else from now on. The only let down was there was no king prawns or mushrooms in the special curry.

The first time ordering from Bamboo house and was told about the waiting time and I was fine about that. The food arrived Hot and fresh, and size of Pancake roll was huge! Lol...beef Chow mein was delicious. Definitely be back for more as best Chinese takeaway by far...should try this place, glad we did😉🍜

Best Chinese takeaway ever value for money is too good

Food is fantastic, very flavorful and a good number of options. Salt and pepper anything is always lovely but the salt and pepper chicken balls are another level. Would recommend calling first to order as it ks quite rightly incredibly popular. Thank you.

Food arrived an hour late, all my guests had left. I gave driver £10, he refused and very abusive, put his foot in my door 3 times. Very lucky I didn't knock him out. Be careful guys x

This has now become our favourite Chinese take away. The food is absolutely beautiful and good size portions. They have rewards stamps card too where u can bag yourself a free dish. Only downside is that they take cash only. Apart from that everything is amazing!

Very good, the box meals are very good value, the spicy crispy beef is just perfect, crispy and not rubbery. The ribs are spot-on the pork falls off the bone. Cash only, on road parking outside.

Do not return a meal if not acceptable. They will ban you as I found out. Lettuce wraps lovely. Chow mein not so returned it, had a refund. The poor lady that took my next call to try to order had to tell me I wasn't allowed to order fom them because I complained about an unsatisfactory meal, she was very uncomfortable asked for the manager who wouldn't take my call. I returned it so the chef could check it. Disgraceful

Love to live round the corner from this Chinese takeaway! The food is always delicious. Nice to have a mix of the dishes you see everywhere as well as some different choices. Good selection of veggie tofu options too

Very nice mami. I like beef soup. (add extra salt for my personal taste). Good for a driver who wants to eat something refreshing and more health than KFC or MCDonald junk food Beef Chow Mien as well

Wow! Ordered tonight after looking on Google for a different Chinese takeaway & so impressed! Food arrived piping hot,on time & had free spring rolls. I ordered chicken lettuce wraps to start & chicken vermicelli but the starter was a meal in itself so the vermicelli will be dinner for tomorrow! Definitely my new favourite Chinese takeaway 😋

First time ordering from here and the food arrived quickly and boiling hot. The fried rice was so tasty and well seasoned, the beef chow mein was beautiful and the beef melted in the mouth. Crispy shredded beef was plentiful and one of the nicest I've had. Curry sauce was beautiful but a bit to hot for me but still lovely. They gave us spring rolls for free and they were beautiful and fresh with a lovely crispy coating. The delivery guy was lovely. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend.

I've been looking for a decent Chinese takeaway in Cardiff for about 6 years! Now I've found one! Huge portions, free spring rolls and the food was glorious! Very fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection and without a doubt the best Chinese food I have ever tasted in Cardiff! Excellent customer service, fast delivery and cheap too!

I discovered this takeaway while walking in and out of the city. First of all I noticed its 5 star food rating. The family and a number of my friends have used it on my recommendation. This has got to be the best Chinese takeaway we have all enjoyed in a long time. The service and food is exellent. Forget the rest try this one it's the best.

Quite a lovely place! The food is delicious. People working here are very friendly ,and they have paid a lot attention to the hygiene condition, which is quite necessary during this special time.

I absolutely love Bamboo House. The food is amazing and the owners are so kind. The kids who are often up front are so welcoming and friendly. Try the chicken w peppers and black bean sauce.

I've used his place for years and it has always been fantastic. Great food and great service. It has recently come under new management, due to the original owners relocating, but it remains excellent. Very tasty food and the new owners have expanded the menu, too.
