This is a good takeaway with very prompt service locally. Ordering by phone directly is simple and you can pay over the phone. Usually they beat the delivery time they give comfortably. We are happy to be returning customers.

Absolutely shocking service and food. The order was just a minute shy of 2 hours from ordering. The food was appalling. Arrived with no apology and was lukewarm. The spare rib was inedible, spring rolls soggy and chicken balls like cardboard. How is this company allowed to trade with a zero food rating?!?! The worst takeaway I’ve ever had. How can this place have good reviews????

Food was passable when it was finally delivered. Asked for updates via Just Eat through SMS which were ignored, tried calling the restaurant which was constantly engaged, contacted Just Eat who are less than useless. When food was finally delivered no apology which is disgusting. I have no issue with lateness if they are busy, its the being ignored thats unacceptable. Just eat have a policy of not physically knowing which driver has been assigned for delivery which makes it impossible to pinpoint no deliveries etc. I know the restaurant aren't bothered by one review but its not the first time this has happened, time to find a better restaurant.

Really average food delivered late.

Great food as always. Good portions. Food arrived early which was great considering the weather. Sadly they forgot an item of our order which was disappointing but we have been refunded.

Our first delivery - ordered online didn’t really understand menu wanted dry noodles and rice but was all very wet with sauces - should of telephone ☹️

Its not easy to find a take away that does crispy noodles and does it well! Especially as a vegetarian. We ordered 1 special crispy noodle, 1 vegetable crispy noodle, 1 beef pad thai and some salt and pepper squid. The crispy noodles topping was delicious - but the noodles themselves could be better. Seems like they were overfried possibly and so all the noodles were shattered and broken by the time they arrived but it was still delicious. The beef pad thai was okay. Not bad but not an authentic pad thai but wasn't expecting one anyway so.. salt and pepper squid - flavour good. portion could be bigger.. they give you less pieces than other take aways I suppose but it balances out because they give much bigger pieces also.. would still prefer more though lol all in all, will deffo order again. Happy with that!

I had to go and pick up the food myself and the food still wasn’t ready after 2 hours and after calling them it kept saying busy.

this is one of the best chinese restaurants in the area. the food is always fresh and well cooked with decent portion sizes.

Food was terrible and smell really bad!

The black bean beef was gloopy and the chicken satay had no flavour and barely any chicken in it. Disappointing.

I am extremely unhappy we had. I food delivered and nobody has been in contact about this so my mums card has been debited for a service we never received it, no food!!

There was a large bone/hard thing in my chicken chow mein, and hard white bits (plastic?) in the sweet and sour chicken balls. Threw the rest of it away. Really disappointed.

The food was delivered before the app registered that it was out for delivery. I received a notification that it was out for delivery at 19.23 & the food was delivered at 19.20

food was pretty poor really, used to love this place and was best in town but gone down hill it seems. very bland, rids fatty and chewy, prawn balls, very doughy. wonton flat and sorry soaked in sauce., noodles tastlesd. not good at all.

The food & delivery were excellent as always. The prawn crackers were soggy & had to be thrown away but they were a freebie so I can’t complain. Everything else was great.

My partner and I agree its the best Chinese we've ever had. Every time is perfect! If we ever leave the area will be worth making a trip for!

Never disappointed with food and delivery service

Usually the food is great. Today was awfull. Ribs were covered in grease and impossible to eat, duck was undercooked. The only eatable food was rice... everything else went in the bin.

Worse Chinese I have ever tasted egg fried rice was so broken and hardly any egg in it, chicken satay sauce was so spicy it burnt ur mouth and didn't taste of peanut sauce at all, chicken was over cooked, pancake roll had 2 pieces of pork in the whole thing with tons of beansprouts so was tasteless best bit was the prawn crackers they was nice, disgusting food

Best take away in ages!! Chow mein was delicious, duck was just the right texture, sauces as they should be and all delivered with a lovely smile! Only one bit of feedback was that the chicken cashew didn’t have much flavour but the rest of it made up for it!

We ordered £65 of food and it was ALL absolutely delicious, AS USUAL! Excellent food, excellent service!

Veg Chow Mein, King Prawn yellow bean sauce is lovely but the rest i think could do with a little bit of improvement but overall is nice and definitely will order again.

Food was 30 minutes early and very hot when it arrived but the quality of the food wasn’t good at all. The only thing we enjoyed from our meal was the crispy aromatic duck and the barbecue spare ribs. The special fried rice had a weird taste to it and the noodles were bland. In fact most of the meal was bland. Waste of money don’t order from here.

Everything was very greasy & tasted very salty. There wasn’t much taste either

The crispy seaweed container was under 2/3 full and the same with crispy beef.

Only positive was the speedy delivery. But that probably explains why the food was so nasty. Rubbery recooked food. Not edible and chucked away. Waste of money. Save your money and order elsewhere

Delivery was late but very nice food. Will order again definitely but will order earlier. Restaurant were polite when I chased the order.

Food was greasy and soggy. There was very little crab stick (not even crab meat) in the soup. The tofu tasted like it had been made hours ago.

I ordered a mushroom chow mein but I received a chicken chow mein instead, that was a bit disappointing but with the current situation of COVID19 maybe the supply of mushroom is low or none at all. Completely understandable.

Food was sweaty and bland, the prawns tasted like they had been reheated 3/4 times. Ordered 9 items and 3 were edible... Chips, rice and a can of coke. Never again. 🤮

I though I would try the place I’m a first timer . It was delivered before the time given . The food was nice but, for the money you spend the restaurant needs to fill the containers with more meat /sauce because the portion size is small and it barely touched my hungry belly. First time we have ordered from here. Seen that it’s always been busy & all the five star reviews so decided to try it. Food was amazing, good portions, very tasty & lots of flavour. Highly recommend.

They sent the wrong order and blamed the just eat website for display the wrong information. Asked for the dish that I ordered and they refused to do so claiming that it was my own fault.

Food tasted off, wouldn’t order again but I guess it’s what you get for the price.
