Very easy to order our meal. it was delivered 30 minutes early and was absolutely delicious. it was piping hot. lovely. We have and will continue to use Balti Palace. Cracking food.

Fabulous mid week night out. We had a tasty Kashmiri curry and chicken tikka with daal, all food is freshly prepared and cooked to order… taste the difference! Don’t delay.. try it today! Take away and delivery service available. Good service in house, with friendly and courteous staff. A little gem. It is a unlicenced establishment, so if you do want a drink, then you will have to bring your own..

Lovely food, delivered on time

I phoned the restraunt and took over 10minutes for an answer on the order update, the restraunt then said your order will be over 30minutes late.

Ordered from here a few times, I’ve always enjoyed it, but this time the food was barely warm and my cheese naan bread had no cheese in it. It all tasted good just wish it was warmer

Food is delicious the chicken tikka biryani is very tasty. They forgot my nan in the order However I called them up and in no time, I received two nanns and a Papadom, which was nice of them. I would recommend as the food is very tasty !

£3.50 for a 1.25 litre bottle, is a bit too much, hardly much keema in the nan bread, curry was okay ish, chips are good and the paratha hardly cooked as one. delivery arrived good.

It was a busy Friday night, unfortunately one item was missed off, I rang the restaurant and in was brought within 10 minutes, they were so apologetic! The food is always lovely and the service excellent

Nice flavour, seasoned well, for me the rice was a little oily. I would order again only to taste those lovely large prawns.

Poppadoms burnt, never seen a naan bread so small, curry was nice, overall I've had better elsewhere.

Excellent food, delicious flavours.

Food was excellent, king prawns were big and juicy and the Mr Naga was genuinely hot. Extra thumbs up for using carboard packaging for the curries.

Curry and rice were alright, but all the sides were chewy and cold. Felt like they'd been out on the side for ages. Garlic and Cheese Naan bread tasted like nothing and definitely had no cheese in.

Arrived late and cold poppadoms soggy :(

Have been going to Balti Palace since it opened never had an issue staff k ew us really well. However on this occasion my husbands meal was watery. We informed staff who spoke to the chef, to replace his meal would have been simple, but the waiter accused my husband of pouring water on his meal. There was no water on the table and we are adults. On the way out one of the waiters was rude to my husband which ended up in an argument. Will not be going back here.

Lovely food but the tandoori chicken says "chicken pieces" however a leg come yet again which was not nice as I expected pieces as stated. Either change the wording in the menu or deliver the correct food.

Met by a surley faced waiter who did not smile all night. We have been here lots of times over many years, and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Two of us ordered a starter with side dishes, as we have done many times, the other 2 mains. The waiter said this was not allowed and we had to order 4 main meals, by the managers orders. I asked to speak to the manager but was told it was his day off. There were only 3 other tables occupied, and if this is how this place is now run, it won’t last long with this attitude.

Balti Palace has always been a pleasant experience but it has evolved into a great place, our last few visits the food and dining experience has been excellent. Feels like a lovey treat and the quality of the produce used and the food being turned out is excellent

Food wasn’t ready at time when advised would be, got the feeling they weren’t expecting my collection. Confirmed my food was ready to collect when I sat down to wait and ended up 6 mins until it came out. Also I ordered chips however they weren’t there, had to drive to collect so wasn’t going to drive back to complain. Won’t go back and won’t be recommending to my local food group.

I was recommended to come this Indian restaurant. The place is not the most welcoming, nor attractive in the slightest but the inside is lovely. The ambience, the cozy settings really set the mood and the staff were amazing. The curry, the naan bread, the popadoms were amazing. I would definitely come back and I would recommend people to come here.

To start with boss man came to the door in a shirt, waistcoat and tie so already we knew we were onto a winner. Curry’s we’re all hot and so tasty, best takeaway curry we’ve had. Loads of popadoms and the sauces were great. Rice cooked perfectly, all round perfect no complaints.

Lovely evening tonight and the food was amazing! The newly redecorated restaurant have a lovely ambiance and the whole vibe was lovely. Super staff and so friendly and such an improvement on the menu, will deffo be back! Thanks guys x

Vegetable curry was amazing mushroom rice beautiful but also baught a mixed grill and for the price it was a waste of money compared to what you can get elsewhere

Food was poor Luke warm at best. Delivery driver talking on phone while passing food to me. Then continued, phone in hand to drive off. I ordered from here due to the good reviews but I am far from impressed and will not be ordering from here again.

Food was tasty but the portion sizes were extremely small for the price. We have eaten here a few times but sadly this time was disappointing

A certain part of meal was forgotten so rang up said restaurant and person on phone said he would contact just eat right away to sort refund out for said part of meal. I've looked at bank statement just eat have taken money for the meal but there was no refund will this ever be refunded.

Missing item, food cold and some burnt Sent out missing item which was too late to eat with meal so pointless returned burnt item when they redelivered so they could see how bad it was so had an incomplete meal which had to be reheated
