Was very skeptical of this because of the reviews but it was only Indian accepting deliveries! Food is outstanding, delivery driver was quick and friendly. Will definitely eat from here again.

I ordered almost 80 pounds worth of food for delivery online I got a call one of the items wasn't available , ok fine it was only a drink ask my new total around 75 pounds how long 30/45 mins after an hour I check ots location it arrived an hour and 20 mins after ordering my chicken tandory starter was missing and my mushroom bahjee was swapped for masalla base basicly pure onion was nasty, the nanny had no keema in and the mushroom pilau rice had no mushrooms I won't order again. Besides those the curry was delicious and the rest of the food tasted fine I've anxiety so wouldn't call to complain but I feel they should know the issues to learn and gros as a business

OK ordered a good variety of dishes from here, 1st time ordering as we fancied a change ,The food was plentiful and delivered on time Onion salad along with yog & mint sauce was good, mains were and everyone of us (6 people) all said the same thing afterwards , Lacking in depth in taste/ flavours/ingredients somthing was definitely missing , all portions of rice were OK , chips were actually ok too , fish pakora was very nice but extremely greasy, all breads were nice and fresh as ordered , you really must be honest in your reveiws in order for improvement otherwise how will they know !! An ok meal with good service but thats it , not in our personal top 3 won't use again as curry's are an expensive treat to us ( £80 spent in total ) ....

Food vile, inedible. The curry wasn’t even a curry?! It was full of cream. I am asking uber eats for a refund if not will ring the store. Sad really is usually really good, the drivers are really nice its just a shame the food isn’t.

I ordered take out and it took atleast 50 minutes for it to even be ready to collect and by the time I did collect it it wasn't even packaged and was cold when took out I had also ordered a desert that was still frozen and had to thaw. the naan bread was really nice though so can't fault that but personally I'd rather go across the road for a chippy or the pheasant next time.

Excellent Christmas dinner meal, delicious food & lovely friendly staff. A big thankyou to Ali, Abass, & Eloise for all your hard work to make it a memorable special day. Never been out for Christmas dinner before. The tables were beautifully decorated & you received a free bottle of Asti Spumante, Chocolates & a Christmas card. Will definitely be going next year 2024.

Honestly this restaurant just gets it spot on👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We been twice now 20 odd of us and over 30 of us and they just pulls it off amazing with so many people! food is great!!!! Service fabulous and always so helpful! Waitress lovely and works so hard! All food comes out together! Seperate bills to make it so easy at end and just make every celebration fantastic with a seperate room for us! And new birthday place just excellent! Thank you

Went with my partner tonight for my Birthday today. Got to say AS ALWAYS the Baburchi was absolutely spot on. Both of our meals were faultless. We have been coming for many years with family and friends and have NEVER had a bad meal and had reason to co.plain. Well done Ali and your staff, keep up the good work. Les and Corrine.

Ordered my regular chicken Korma through justeat use this testaurant reguarly. And i get processed chinese sweet n sour cubes in a Chicken korma curry. Disgraceful!!! Not ordering again! done 14hr shift nhs and my dinners in the bin thanks!

Got two North Indian garlic chilli chicken and keema naan. Very generous portions. Hot and tasty with generous chunks of chicken breast. Naan bread were also delivered still hot and tasty. This was a takeaway delivery to our hotel via just eat app. Excellent food.

Pick up: Ordered chicken tikka, chips, pilau rice, and kemma naan and poppadoms. No rice included when I got home. No taste to anything. Totally bland and tasteless, will not be using again, wouldn't recommend at all.

I waited over 2 hours for my order to arrive. I rang 30 minutes after the promised delivery slot had expired and was told that the driver was on the way. An hour later my order arrived. No apology. Nothing. Just a surly delivery man. By this time I had found something else to eat. Avoid. Obviously they are not geared up for deliveries. From a past customer. Never again.

Absolutely abysmal. After waiting an hour and a half on a 60 minutes delivery estimate, I call up because they don't update their website status of your order, and they tell me it'll be ten minutes. So I stand out in the cold and wait, but now I'm still here, outside, writing this as I continue to wait and it's been 45 minutes since I was told it would be 10 minutes. Total waiting time at the moment: 2 hours 10 minutes and counting. No sign of anything. This is genuinely the fourth time in a row they've done this. Do yourself a favour and never go here. Let them learn the hard way.

Possibly the worst meal I have had. Waitress run off her feet so waited over an hour and a half for food which came out cold. She asked for help multiple times off the manager where he came and set one table for her. No apology given for poor standard off food.

Terrible delivery!! I chose delivery when ordering and website said 60mins. 1hr and 20mins later no food. Ring up to be told another 20mins. Ended up going to collect the food which still wasn't ready for a further 5mins!

ordered and called when it was 3/4 hr after alleged delivery time, to fing out theyd forgotten order, so cancelled. Ordered again, 2 hrs 15 mins still no food, called woman said, "what do you want me to do about it", left phone open but said nothing else. Delivery arrived, 2 chips missing and meals cold £56.83 wasted.

Every time I go here, they're "preparing food" for two hours. NEVER have they delivered in 60 minutes as they claim. No genuine live updates on your order. Food is good if it's hot when it arrives, but expect just warm. Edit: Just found out, "Baburchi" is Indian for "Never delivers on time" Edit 2: it's now 110 minutes after I placed my order, and they've marked it as delivered when it is not, and I'm sat in the Jan 1st cold outside and waiting... I'd strongly advise never going here This isn't the first time they've done this

Stunning place. My first meal from here, not going to be my last. A tremendous feast served with quiet courtesy and panache. Recommended.

2 updates on delivery time . Eventually arrived almost 2 hrs after initial order placed. Chicken Tikka Masala bland, a few small pieces of chicken and looked like tomato soup. Chicken Dansak tasty, better than CTM. Pilau rice nice. Would I order again, could I recommend,based on this meal No.

Great food and often our go to for an Indian takeaway. Just a small recommendation would be to increase their chip portion when you order a side, as it currently feels like a child portion. Other than that pretty good value for what you get.

If your disabled don’t bother coming here. No disabled facilities, I had the pleasure of bum shuffling up and down the stairs whilst being watched by staff who offered no help as in a wheelchair. No disabled toilets and no baby changing facilities (told to change baby in restaurant). We had to arrange our own table and then ask for cutlery and my food was dry and hard to swallow (like the whole visit). Yes I could have gone home but it was a 50th birthday party. Will NEVER go here again and manager should be ashamed of himself

I ordered Biryani and Jalfrezi dishes from this restaurant on Uber Eats and I have nothing bad to say about it. The food is flavourful, fresh, comes in good portions, great value for money. Friendly and polite staff when I pick up my order. I would definitely order some more!

I ordered at 6.45. Was told 75 min wait. After 1hr 30 we started calling over 200 times n not answered once. Disgraceful behaviour if you can't cope with orders don't accept them n give The customer the choice to order elsewhere. Time to find a new restaurant to order from as another customer lost. Absolutely awful service tonight! Placed order on line to be delivered at 6.15pm. Nothing received by 7pm. Tried calling none stop for half an hour but no answer. Will not use this restaurant again ever!

Ordered a vegetarian curry, waited almost an hour to find it had chicken in it. No replacement meal offered, just the cost waived. Waitress was lovely but a real shame. Won't be returning.

Terrible service, terrible food, dirty table cloth, took over 3.5 hours for a 2 course meal to be served. Forgot my starter, it didn't arrive until after everyone else had ate theirs. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING WHATSOEVER!!!!! TOILETS DIRTY AND STANK !!! 3 of our group had dodgy stomachs the next day, Will definitely not be eating there again, EVER!!!

We have been here loads of times and if your looking for a nice meal on a budget this is a great place to come. Foods always good and I always feel it’s a bargain. Only downside is they don’t serve alcohol but they do...

AMAZING DELICIOUS curry! I usually have Spice Bazaar Cannock but this is just as nice!! Never thought I'd find an indian restaurant as nice. Fast delivery, friendly delivery drivers and delicious food so creamy the vegetarian masala curry I had. Definitely be back and recommend.

Good authentic Indian cuisine and nice surroundings

No food after 1.5hrs, when we called to cancel we were put on hold, then asked if we wanted to cancel so obviously had not even cooked our order. Back to the Qumin for us

We Placed an order at 5:30 pm for our meal to be delivered at 8:20 pm. They arrived at 7:15pm. I told them it was ordered for 8:20pm, they said there was nothing on the notes... So why turn up 1hr 45mins late? I asked if they could cook a fresh meal and deliver at 8:20pm they said yes. When they arrived at 8:20pm our meal was not fresh it was the same meal from 1hr ago because all the "fresh" salad was hot and our naan bread was soaking wet and not edible.

Great atmosphere. Food was great and didnt have to wait to long. They dont have an alcohol licence so you can take your own drinks. Ps they have glasses and soft drinks.

Just ordered takeaway tonight first time, gravely disappointed, shared a rice and chips tipped tikka masala out and 95 percent sauce , i kid you not i counted 7 tiny pieces of chicken which wouldn't cover the palm of your hand, gutted when you ordering from new place to be ripped off!!!@

First time eating here and never again.! My naan bread had a ball of hairs , dark blue cotton and fluff inside. Didn’t realise until it was halfway down my throat. All I can imagine is the dough was dropped on the floor behind a door and picked back up. Disgusting people!

Eat in and food was first class, probably best Indian food I've tasted, 4 stars due to being slightly dearer than other Indians, but you get what you pay for and food was excellent.
