I would not recommend to anyone because they are not trustworthy enough..I got mail for my refund but yet not received and its been 3 months since I have been sending mails back to back but no response from them..I will give 0 rating if I could..

Booked for bottomless and paid upfront - turned up on the day and it was closed. Received no refund and no attempt was made to contact our party.

Paid 245 for my daughters 18th, 7 of us, an email day before to say they have cancelled, leaving me with 24 hours to find another venue, as transport already booked. No reply to my request for our refund, customer service a joke. Not happy we had to pay out more money. If I can do a same day transfer why couldn't they???? update: 3-5 working days they advised well its 7 working days and still no refund!!!!! Trading standards next: update, now reported them to action fraud as they are still selling tickets. plus reported to trading standards. UPDATE FROM ACTION FRAUD 01/09/23 ON THIS OCCASION BASED ON THE INFORMATION CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IT HAS NOT BEEN POSSIBLE TO IDENTIFY A LINE OF ENQUIRY WHICH A LAW ENFORCEMENT ORGANISATION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM COULD PURSUE. seriously P@@@ed off

Disgusting service. Booked and prepaid for bottomless brunch only to be told the morning or that they were closed and to contact them for a refund. Emailed 3 times, phoned 10 times and now their phone number is saying isn’t working. If I don’t hear from them this week I will be going through my bank to get my money back. Absolutely appalling.

Allowed me book and take my money knowing the venue would already be closed. They finally responded to an email and say I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later and no refund. Avoid at all costs

Booked for a party of 9 for my friends birthday and paid £40 for two games of beer pong. Got an email the day before to say they had temporarily closed and said a refund would be 3-5 working days. 21st of July I requested for my refund back and still haven't been refunded, emailed multiple times just been completely ignored. Customer service is shocking and I do not recommend this place to anybody, absolute joke. I would have rated 0 stars if it was an option.

Appalling service- paid a deposit but was cancelled by Ball Park due to burst pipes. They promised a refund within 3-5 working day and despite calling and emailing, they have not responded and not refunded my deposit. Totally untrustworthy and unreliable company, terrible customer service and furious that they won’t refund my deposit, especially when the fault was with them . Would have rated zero star but not the option to do that and had to select a star to post thus complaint. Have contacted trading standards and action fraud about this company- don’t book anything with them because if they cancel your booking , you won’t get a refund !

Really don’t want to give 1 star but this company is a scam! They take peoples money knowing that they cannot honour the bookings! Took £350 for my friends hen do and then claimed in the early hours of the morning that there was a burst pipe. Horrific scammers who don’t care!

Booked in March for a party of 14 for a hen do on the 12th August. Received an email THE MORNING we were due to go saying the ball park is closed for planned maintenance. 13 angry hens and 1 disappointed bride. Still no response regarding a refund! Completely baffled by the poor customer service and the fact the website is still up and running and you’re able to book even though they are closed.

Beware. Do not book this place, it is not open. We paid in full back in may for my daughters 18th birthday and turned up today to it being locked up and we have not been told or refund offered.

Greatest experience ever they make big jars of cocktails, there's so many games to choose from, I personally enjoyed the ball put area with my friends, there's an outdoor area where you can sit and have a drink/smoke (for smokers)

Went over the bank holiday weekend and we had the bottomless brunch. The drinks were okay, the lady that was serving us, was lovely and kept filling the drinks for us. The food was a total joke, we were given a token each but were told we had to share nachos which were plain, nothing in them so just had a few chips with a bit of chicken. Don't expect to be filled on the food there. The ball pit was fun though.

DO NOT BOTHER!!! Booked a bottomless brunch for £40 each for 8 of us. Arrived and was waiting around for 40 minutes while they tried to find a table that would fit us all despite having a booking. Eventually got our table, wasn’t big enough for the 8 of us and was right by the toilet. At this point we wanted to leave as we was already 45 minutes into our 1hr and half slot for brunch. Waited for another 15 minutes and we received no service, had no menus, and wasn’t asked if we wanted to order any of our drinks!! We decided to leave and move onto another location after multiple complaints to staff/ managers. Was told by managers on the day that we could receive a refund if we emailed / phoned/ contacted skiddle. A lot of reassurance was given that we would all receive our refund. It is now a month later and we have not received any response from the managers. Called the venue and emailed multiple times with 0 response. The company have £320 they are withholding from my group of friends!! We did not receive any food or drinks during our 1hr visit to the venue. Do not bother going here, extremely disappointing.

Wow! Came here for my birthday and Sam and Lauren made me feel so welcome and so special. They were amazing and made the best cocktails. I lost my phone in the ball pit and they helped me to find it! Amazing they should be thanked xx

Really fun night. Was not sure what to expect but we danced for hours on the evening and earlier in the day enjoyed music sat at the table while.havkng our 90mins of unlimited drinks. Food was also nice.

Most disorganised event I've ever been to. We were greeted by a girl who gave us an envelope with a wrist band each and a plastic chip, similar to one you'd get at a casino, and told us to wait by the bar until someone showed us to our table. No one came to show us to our table so at about 6.15 (15 minutes into the 90 minute brunch slot) we asked a bar man who gave us the impression we'd been forgotten about. We were then shown to a table which was shoved up a corner so we weren't in the thick of the atmosphere of the event. The bar man then went back to serving customers behind the bar. We waited for someone to come back to take our drinks order (or at least advise us on what we do next to get our drinks/food that we'd paid nearly £40 each for) No-one came, so we went up the busy bar and asked other customers if they knew what we should be doing. No one else seemed to know what was going on either. We waited in the queue at the bar to order a drink as sitting at the table didn't seem to be an option. We eventually got served after a 20 minute wait. We were given a plastic cup of cocktail which tasted extremely watered down. We went back to the table, drank our drinks and made the decision to leave as it was such a shambles. We then noticed the bar had emptied so we went back up to get another drink (to get a bit more of our moneys worth) we waited another 15 minutes to be served, even though it was pretty much empty at the bar. This time we asked for a jug to save keep waiting an unacceptable amount of time at the bar each time we went up. We were told we couldnt have a jug but we can't have another afterwards. Why?! We were told it was because they were low on jugs. (Not our problem, why weren't you adequately prepared.. it's a "bottomless" brunch after all) We suggested bringing the jug back up to be refilled. The bar man laughed and said no, it doesn't work like that .. (??) We then lost our table as we'd been up the bar so long. Next issue, the food. We had no idea how to get the food or where to go. We asked other customers who pointed out where to go, they seemed to have had the same issue and lack of information when they arrived. We ordered our food, which was a serious lack of options, to be told to come back in 10 mins to collect. Fair enough. I went back 10 mins later to collect to be greeted by a (different) guy who said there were no uncollected orders and there was nothing currently being cooked ready to be collected. We had already given the plastic chips over to the previous guy we'd ordered our food with so there was no proof we hadn't already claimed our food order. We ended up with no food. The toilets were a disgrace. No toilet roll in most cubicles. No lighting in most cubicles. Toilet seats hanging off. The staff were rude. Most darting round, not giving you time to step out of their way when they march towards you. I understand they are busy, but there's no need to shoulder barge customers out their way. All in all, an absolute disgrace for £40. We had 1 plastic cup each, and 1 jug. That would probably cost around £15 - £20 (max) not the £80 we paid between the two of us. Totally disappointed and would like to request a refund. I'm not one to moan normally, but this was beyond excusable.

was absolute shambles honestly. we went for the mamma mia brunch and i understand being short staffed but in 2 hours we got 2 drinks!! the food that was advertised wasn’t the food you get in the deal you actually just got some loaded fries with pre cooked chicken and bbq sauce. we had to complain to get 2 more rounds and even then the cocktails never tasted the same and were just juice. the only fun part was the ball pit and that’d be the only reason to go. was a joke honestly

It was okay, but the drinks are bad. Me and my friends saw this duck sharing drink that was served with ducks and meringue on top but we actually just received a small bucket of the drink without the stuff it was advertised with without explanation. Not really worth £20 and the other drinks are 90% ice. Not to mention a bartender drank the remainder of a drink prepared for a customer, bit unprofessional. There’s not really anywhere to sit unless you book a seat so be prepared to stand. The ball pit is fun but there is absolutely no one manning it so it’s basically a free for all when it says you have to book an hour slot. Since there was no one manning I regret paying £30 because there is no one checking wristbands. The music was good but there was a lot of just dodgy stuff going on.

It was a quiet evening and I'd only gone with 1 person, so I don't think I experienced the full ambience/atmosphere, but I think it's a fun group activity.

Visited for friends birthday, the games were OK, ball park was small and didn't look very clean, a friend cut her foot open so not a great experience. It was also freezing cold and had to keep my coat on the whole night, needs sorting out.

Booked on the website to go out with friends for my birthday. Travelled over an hour and spent a bit of money on the train ticket alone. When we got there it was completely shut even though we were able to book on their website, and continued to say it was open. Called multiple times and couldn’t get through so messaged their instagram where they had no sympathy whatsoever and just said you’ll be refunded. Didn’t say when, no apology and still continue to say they’re open. 2 weeks later and still haven’t received the £90 refund! Really wouldn’t recommend AT ALL. Stranded the 3 of us in Birmingham late at night with no where to go.

If I could give no stars I would, I booked our Christmas party back in October to arrive at the venue for it to be closed we have traveled an hour and half to get here! disgraceful Doesn’t even Express how we feel…. Thanks for the worst Christmas party Ball Park!!!

I've been last month with some colleagues as a work social event. Not sure whether there's something dodgy going on but to date I haven't received a VAT receipt for the experience (it was needed at work). They said they had run out of paper in the till...... I've contacted the customer service as well but no reply to that either. Won't go back.

Bit rubbish honestly. Really small, no communication on bottomless brunch. There are no signs anywhere about what's included and which cocktails cost extra so we were caught out at the bar after ordering. Only 2 cocktails are included, as well as prosecco or coors, which is disgraceful for bottomless brunch. Ball pit itself is quite small and none of the staff seem to know what they're doing at all. Not worth £30pp

What an awesome place to start your night off in !! Or even better when you've had a few.. the staff were awesome mega vibezzzz! Music was poppin .. photo booth and the ballpit was ace.. neon graffiti everywhere so when the lights go out it looks amazing to.. defo worth it and defo be going again 👌

I went to Ball Park for a bottomless brunch with my friend. We booked early so it was quiet so more ball pit room ;) You pay £30 per person for the brunch, and you get a meal, unlimited drinks and use of the ball pit. If attending in the winter wrap up warm as it is an open venue, it was chilly on an October afternoon. The drink selection is actually very poor. There is a choice of two cocktails one rum based and one vodka based. These are pre-made and kept on the back of the bar and they top your cup up when you come back. I understand this might be for efficiency but there was 6 people In the venue. The cocktails were unfortunately watered down from the ice. The prosecco is more like a carva, and not very nice at all. The other choice is beer on tap. You can't get tipsy on the drinks they give you. The food was fantastic though and you get good value here, as you get a main and two sides. Seating is limited, most of the space is standing. The ball pit was very fun, and it definitely makes a great experience :D I probably wouldn't say you should expect a 'classic' bottomless brunch as it's a bit more of a relaxed and fun affair here. I would love to come back here again, but please change your drink selection and quality of drinks 🙏

Wouldn't bother. Worse bottomless brunch I've ever experienced. 14 of us arrive to find there are no tables for us. The bottomless cocktails are literally 2 shots of vodka in a jug of just juice, where you get a cup of said cocktail. Only 2 cocktails available with vodka or gin. Then food is useless. Go to order your food to be told to come back 15minutes later as they're busy. Go back 15minutes later to be told come back in another 15minutes. Once we had complained they sent someone over to take the orders. 45minutes later the food arrives. Some of the orders were in correct and we were given trays of chicken and chips to make up for it. The staff in the food shack were very apologetic. But at £30pp wouldn't waste your money for a bottomless brunch. Go elsewhere with better service, better food and alcoholic cocktails. Also looks a lot larger from the pictures. Due to the venue it is freezing, dread to think how cold it will be in winter months.

Honest I wouldn’t even bother going here, the place is a dump. The pictures try and make it look amazing but trust me when I say it’s nothing short of someone’s garage. We turned up and they didn’t have a table for us despite having a booking and there was 14 of us so they had over £400 from us the service was disgusting no one was helpful or knew what they were doing, The toilets don’t lock and are disgusting they charge £30 for bottomless brunch but don’t take your food order and when you go up to order food they can’t cope and are “too busy” the cocktails are pitchers they pre make with one shot in each pitcher so you can’t get drunk. Worst waste of money I’ve ever spent and put a real dampener on a birthday night out. DONT BOTHER!!

Went for a bottomless brunch and the bar staff were amazing the girl with the blue hair was amazing constantly checking we have drinks etc only downfall is the guy doing the food kept forgetting we had ordered so we ended up wasting 30 mins sorting the food because he was confused rather than getting drinks, there really should be more than one person doing this going forward as he looked abit stressed! But overall decent

I wanted to play beer pong table is free for 30 min but lady in the van tell me that i have to wait 45 min before i can play cuz she can't book anyone before 10pm. Disgusting. My birthday party was absolutely bad cuz of that experience. Not recommend to anyone if u want to wait and look like everyone are having fun apart from you this is the best place for you 😁👍 if u want to have some fun go on other side of road to pitpat 😁👍

I booked a session for midnight on the 9th August, but when we got to the bar it was shut, although the website let my payment go through and the website said they were open till 3AM. Since then I have emailed and called multiple times and they haven't responded, and I have lost the £45 I paid for the booking.

Had a great here last night! We were accommodated by Anwar who made sure we had an amazing time he went the extra mile and made our experience , the drinks tasted lovely. The music was good and there was good vibes all night.

Can not go lower than a 1 star unfortunately! I tried to make a booking at Ballpark on 08.08.22 via there website - there was issues with there booking system and the booking never went through. I checked my online banking on the 09.08.22 to see that they have taken £360 pounds out of my account. (Booking would have been £120) I tried calling them over 20+ times without success and had to resort to messaging them on FB. A member of staff called Patrick finally called me and informed me that there was infact no bookings for me and that he would pass it to the manager to look to, the manager Libby confirmed that they had taken 3 payments of £120 and stated that if I conformed my bank details that she would manually make a booking. As you can imagine after this ordeal I no longer want to have a booking there. The manager then asked me to contact there booking team via email and would pass it to there accounts team. It has been a week and this matter has still not been resolved- my emails are not being acknowledged and the phones are not being answered, I have had to resort to writing this in an attempt to get the money back that they own me (I have sent proof of payment to them twice and had the manager Libby confirm the payment)

Been here twice and enjoyed it each time. The bar staff and management are super friendly. The vibes are good and cocktails are really nice too.

Came here for the wifes birthday and graduation celebration, its a good place and good ideas but not enough room for everything feels just that bit too small for what they want to do, prices are good and drinks are good as well but the ball pit we all said is just a little over filled and hard to move around or even get up if you fall down.

Arranged a hen night here it was brilliant. Everyone needs to try this place ,so much fun , giant ball pit ,beer pong ,pool outside a singer and food ,great atmosphere staff were lovely ,shout out to the manger and manageress...

What a brilliant place! We went for a hen do and had such an incredible evening. The staff who ran the cocktail masterclass were so lovely and the cocktails were delicious. We all had so much fun, highly recommend trying this place! Will definitely go back.

I cannot recommend enough. We visited Saturday on a hen do, cocktail making. The staff went above and beyond for us all, thank you so so much. The venue was clean and tidy, and the cocktails were insane. How we made it onto the next venue I will never know.

Wasn’t like the pics at all, ball pit booked for half 6 when I arrived they charged me more but didn’t advise me of this when I booked, had a receipt for 3 ppl and had already paid 10, yet they charged me another 20! sprained my ankle in ball pit and there was no party atmosphere normal lights were on no disco lights and couldn’t hear music , staff were not helpful , we left after 5 mins from boredom Not what we expected at all really disappointed couldnt move or stand in pit constantly sinking it’s soo deep

The ball pit itself is brilliant. The staff don’t have a clue what they’re doing however. Was approached by a manager (I’m assuming) to say we were stood in the wrong area of the bar to get served. There was no communication and I got attitude in return when I asked why we hadn’t been told where to go. . It took almost 30 mins to get served and it wasn’t even busy. Also the toilets are that dark that you can barely see anything.

Great place love the ball pit and service. There's also a little booth in the left corner of smoking shelter selling chicken bagels. It's so worth the price tasted amazing and the man serving us was a great man

Horrific experience. Had to cancel my booking as we had covid. When I booked it it says that you will get full refund if you cancel. So rang them and asked for refund when I cancelled. 3 months later I still haven’t received a refund from this place. Nothing but sarcastic comments from rude staff!! Disgraceful!

The bull pit area was amazing, loved it! The rest of the bar was a bit hit and miss, the decor and music was definitely not my thing.

Great bar with lots of different activities to do. Cocktails were really nice and well presented. There is the outside bar called The Park which had live music on when we were there. There is something for everyone!

Absolutely awful. My friend paid £450 for a “booth”. Got there and they had no recollection of any booking and they had no tables/booths in there! The staff were so unhelpful and rude. They eventually brought in picnic tables from outside and shoved us in a corner. My friends cousin was then spiked in there and was unconscious on the floor. When she went over to help The bouncers shouted at her and SHOVED her out the venue. Will never be returning. So dirty, unclean and unsafe. Males were constantly coming in and asking us all if we want to buy drugs. The place is a joke.

I’ve Experienced bad customer service before but what I experienced here was something I never thought was possible. At first my friends and I were having a good time then there was a specific staff member just wanted to give us a hard time. This particular staff was wearing a red flowery top, blue jeans and hair in a low pony. Her image is so memorable because of how much of an impact her terrible customer service left. I thought this was a place to have fun but this staff member really made sure we would not enjoy ourselves. She was utter bitter from the beginning she kept coming over and looking at my friends and I as if she was waiting for us to leave. I felt so Unwelcomed by her glares. Every time I asked for assistance as she floated around she would act as if she was too busy and then would re appear staring?? She may just have a staring medical condition and if that’s the case I apologise but if not, CHANGE YOUR WAYS YOU ARE UNWELCOMING!

We booked a booth package but when we got there was told that they don't do booth's or tables. Very misleading and mis-sold. Don't book a package as you will have nowhere to sit. However, the staff were very apologetic and accommodating.

Not a great experience at all. Tried to contact them for 4 hours to change the time. Ended up visiting them to actually speak to someone and they wanted to charge us another £10 for rebooking even though my boyfriend and I already paid £10 each. When asked why the didn't answer the phone the manager said it was cos its the weekend. If you're open and serving you still need to answer her excuse made no sense. Please avoid this place just robs you.

Loads of fun and great value for money

Went here with my friend on Wednesday 23rd for around 4pm. It was quiet at this time. This place has lots of great decorative walls for nice Instagram pictures. The ball pit is a good size. I had the strawberry fields cocktail and it tasted really nice. Sweets were added on top which was a nice touch to the drink. Overall had a really great experience!

Dont let the bad reviews put you off! Went today and had such a good time. The staff are super nice and also the server who made my drinks went up and beyond to make sure my dietary requirements were met. Thank you! Really good vibes.

We booked the pall pit for 3 hours. We had our booking at 11:30, however we turned up early at 11:05 and the staff said we can have it for an hour. We were promptly kicked out at 12am even though the website states they are open till 2! Bit of a let down

This was honestly tragic. Booking was 4-5pm. We arrived just before 4pm and were waiting at the bar to be served until 4:25pm, when we’d had enough and complained. Just three people behind the bar, felt like they were making SUPER basic drinks in slow motion. Watching was painful. Nobody was allowed in the ball pit - we were told by security that they were “cleaning the balls”. Complained to a member of staff, who told us she couldn’t refund us on the premises and we’d have to claim our refund online. We’ve since sent several messages and had no reply. The whole thing felt like a task from The Apprentice gone wrong. Laughably shocking, definitely avoid.

My first and last experience here. Four of us attended and were all let down, the staff in general looked stressed and rushed, the ballpark we paid for was closed for an hour for cleaning and we gave up waiting for our prepaid drinks after waiting 25 minutes. The manager was helpfulish, told me to request a refund online as no money could be taken out of the till. There are better places to go to in Digbeth don’t bother with this place.

I was worried about coming here because of the review but as soon as I got in the ball pit I had a whale of a time. It was good The ball pit is deep, you sink in quickly and practically swim in it The staff were really friendly and helpful The bouncers are the best, absolutely hilarious But the toilets were nasty and grim, doors didnt even lock There's barely any places to sit The locker room is very small so might not be able to use it You have to book the pool tables etc in advance otherwise you wont get on

They played Machine Gun Kelly as soon as we walked in the door. ;) staff were also very friendly. Great experience!

Wouldn’t let us use any beer pong facilities, table tennis or pool. Even though they were empty and those that booked it hadn’t turned up and their session was over. Staff were rude.

The staff were not very friendly and the pre bookings for the tables were ridiculous considering no one was on them.

It was disgusting the way we were treated by staff, despite it being empty, they consistently told us everything was full and were rude about it too. I would not recommend and although the ball pit was fun, it was not worth the price. Avoid at all costs.

The drink was okay, but at eight pounds a pop, deffo not worth it. Going into the ball pit is an extra cost which we were not told about at the bar, also you can't take drinks in there. So, ended up standing with an incredibly expensive, mediocre drink in an empty bar area. Also, weird suggestive paintings of children in the bathroom. Very inappropriate. Ten year olds licking lollies suggestively next to pictures of Snow White with her breasts out. Is that legal?

Bad service, over priced. Overcharged drinks that are 2 for £10 but you have to specifically ask for this deal apparently. Staff members words were we don’t charge 2 for £10 if you don’t ask for it as we make more money that way! Lost belongings while there and staff not willing to help, just get laughed at

Went there last night. Gave our belongings to staff to watch while we were in the ball pit. We asked if they were safe they said yes. An hour later we got out and my girlfriend's purse was not in her handbag.

Terrible experience. I don’t usually make bad reviews but this one I couldn’t deny! On first arrival, granted we were late by 20 minutes so it was knocked off 8 ball pool before we went in the ball pit at 11. However, we were then told to get out of the pit 15 minutes before my booking time end and when I asked why, they’re response was simply “we have uni in the morning”. Why then am I allowed to book and pay until 12 if we’re not allowed to stay until 12? Absolute joke. Very rude service, was denied drinks for no apparent reason. Also, on different occasions, two very intoxicated parties with antisocial behaviour and without wristbands entered the ball pit and when we asked staff to resolve the situation, “it wasn’t their problem because the lifeguard was absent”. Definitely DO NOT recommend to anyone.
