ITALIAN BEER PARADISE 🍻🇮🇹 📍 Camden, London ⭐️ 5/5 💸 ££ 🍴Located in #Camden Market, right by the Amy Winehouse statue, @baladin.camden is where #Italian food meets Italian craft #beer. Their drinks menu is packed with 100% Italian beers from their brewery in Piozzo, Italy. We tried the refreshing BALADIN 4.8 Blonde Ale and the bold L’IPPA IPA—both incredible! 🍺 For starters, the arancini and zucchini flowers were delicious. The real standout? Their #pinzas—Roman-style bread, super light and aerated, made with four Italian flours, beer yeast, olive oil, and sea salt. We had the HELL (pork nduja, tomato, burrata) and MORTAZZA (#truffle mortadella, pistachio, stracchino cream). Absolutely divine! 🍅 Dessert was a must: the creamy #tiramisu and the heavenly Roman #Maritozzi—soft, sweet buns filled with whipped cream. A perfect ending to an amazing meal! 🥰

The food was the most mediocre italian food I've ever had. The pasta was very oily and lacked disctinct flavour, as was the case with the "pizza". Not to mention the portions were incredibly small considering the price. The service was fine, but we expected better. Would not come back again.

I went to the restaurant with my family yesterday, and I must admit it was disappointing. I don’t intend to return. When I arrived, the restaurant was crowded, and there was only one lady serving all the tables. After waiting a long time to place our order, as there was no way to call her, we finally managed to order, only to wait again for a long time until our food arrived. The restaurant is not prepared to handle a large number of customers at once. There aren’t enough waiters to meet the demand of people coming in for a meal on the weekend. The food was good, but the waiting time was excessive, and other customers were also upset because there weren’t enough staff serving the tables. I also noticed that the restaurant’s door was broken, allowing cold wind to enter unless someone placed a beverage box to keep it closed. Honestly, this wasn’t an experience I want my family to go through again. I won’t recommend this restaurant to my friends, just as other customers there seemed dissatisfied as well.

An armed robbery... In the photo it still looks like good quality. One of the pizzas 2 sad slices of bacon with some cherry tomatoes and arugula. I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies after paying £118.14

Italian place located in the Camden market, very nice, the service and food are excellent. We chose a pinsa each, stuffed with high quality ingredients and two craft beers, which were also excellent. The price is appropriate for the service and the quality of the products.

Great place with special craft beer. A bit on the expensive side but worth it for the location. Very close to Amy Winehouse's statue

An authentic Italian experience in the heart of Camden. The pizza should not be missed, the dough is so good and they tomato base is perfect. We also had an incredible Caio e Pepe pasta. They also serve Italian wine. The whole dinner was perfect, staff is so welcoming and took our kid inside the kitchen to watch his pizza get ready

We went on a Friday and sat inside the restaurant. Quite fast service. The draft beer/beer is very tasty. We ordered pasta (Italian restaurant). I don't like pepper, so it limits it a little for me. The food was good. Photo of the menu May 2024.

Very delicious Italian craft beers, incredible food and super friendly service, the truth is that everything is a 10. Very authentic Italian and perfect portions, some reviews say that the dishes were small, but not at all! The real carbonara is very good, the amatriciana is incredible and the mortadella pinsa with truffle is amazing! We will repeat as soon as we return to London :)

I have a high regard for Baladin in Rome. The Camden outpost severely disappoints. No toilet...can you believe that! I was instructed to find the nearest facility in the market. When you eventually find it you have to pay. The opportunity for the Italian brewery to promote its fine beers are wasted by a myopic management.

I stopped by Baladin Camden for a quick lunch break and was very impressed with the food. I ordered the Tommy pinsa, which is made with tomatoes and cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The pinsa was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I also tried the chips, which were very generous and crispy. I didn't have time to try the beers, but I did have a cedrata, which was refreshing and delicious. Overall, I had a great experience at Baladin Camden and would definitely recommend it to others

Molto pulito ma caro ... altra pecca non da sottovalutare il ritardo ... lo staff molto gentile, ma di certo non aspettatevi un arancino alla siciliana!!! Sono arrivate delle semplici palline ripiene solo di riso e mozzarella!!!

Very good pizzas, I was impressed with the base which was much lighter than normal. Drinks are good too- a wide selection, not just run of the mill brands but many I had not heard of before.

Lovely service and amazing beers

Great place to sit and eat some really nice Italian food. Had the Carbonara gluten free due to Coeliac daughter and it was lovely and they really made sure everything was perfect. Had some really nice Italian craft beer and proper Cola...who knew it was pink!! Peppe and Ayoub were excellent in their hospitality. Will defiantely return.

Conoscevo già Baleden a Torino e Piozzo e non potevo non andarci anche a Londra. Fantastico locale, gestito alla grande in un quartiere unico e meraviglioso di Londra. Assolutamente da provare

Lovely food. Very tasty and piping hot. Service was very friendly too. No toilets in the building, but there are some (50p to enter, card payment only) about 30 second walk away. The music playing was a bit too thud thud (but then we are over 50 :-) ). I would visit again. I love the area. The restaurant was very clean fresh and airy.

A dreadful dining experience on Saturday 22.04. Very poor quality food and wine (Pinsera was horrible) and service. Ridiculously overepriced food/drinks and added service charge. The music is also highly offputting inside contributing to a poor ambience.

Cool hangout spot with fun staff. Huge sprits! Not sure of the food as only had desert. Will definitely go back!

Ate here several times but the service just got worse and worse. Last time we ate the pizza was overcooked and the pasta was undercooked. Staff members off duty (or friends of the staff) came in and started mucking around with the chefs. Had to ask for the bill twice since the first server walked past us twice after asking and was just clearing up. Would not recommend. Especially for the prices.

It was our first time trying Italian craft beer. Was totally take by surprise. I have always heard of Italian pizzas and pastas, first token we realised Italian beers could be good too. The stuff helps you find you right beer. They also provide beer tasters. Recommended!

I am not a beer drinker, but Baladin may have changed me forever. The beer is smooth and fresh. You don't feel bloated or full drinking this beer. It's delicious, refreshing, and flavorful.

Pasta wasn’t bad, but our waiter was. Really rude and made us feel rushed even though the restaurant was mostly empty. There are better Italian restaurants in Camden for the same price, so I’d avoid this one.

There was not toilet, not pizza,but something like panini, the pasta was not delicious , Italian beer was more like a refreshment,very light and the music was house , not event classic Italian or english music.
