Rather cramped upstairs, we were put into a booth in the basement which meant we were some way away from servers. Food was so so and service lacking.

Terrible service and no manners from staff. Me and my family went in to have a drink and talk at 5:30pm on Saturday, but we all got kicked by the staff (Indian man) before 6pm shouting at us: WE’RE CLOSED GET OUT GET OUT. I checked and this Pret was supposed to be open until 7pm, however what really bothered us was the staff. The place wasnt full, he could’ve approached us and talked to us. I don’t know whats happening with the hiring standards nowadays, but that’s no way of treating customers, for sure we’ll never go again.

Not helpful staff and very expensive prices

After I ordered a cup of coffee and asked the staff for a cup of free water, they refused my request. I am sure that it is Starbucks policy to provide free water to customers after ordering. Really awful staff and service.

Un lugar tan especial y único. Comida increíble - literalmente la mejor comida que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo. . ¡El pan de masa madre está fuera de este mundo! Comida fresca, sazonada a la perfección y un ambiente agradable y relajado con un hermoso ambiente - sentado rodeado de maravillosas antigüedades, pinturas al óleo y libros raros. Mamá y yo estamos tan felices de encontrar esta joya escondida. ¡Volveremos muy pronto!
