delicious chicken & chips and the service was really friendly

It is a cozy restaurant, with delicious food, fast customer service and super friendly workers.

It was okay. We were hungry after 2 hours in Madame Tussaud.

Had a cappucino and my partner a beer while waiting for Madam Tussauds booking. The staff serving us was polite and lovely, Estefania and Mustafa were very helpful with some info about Madam Tussauds!

It's terrible here!! Wait staff who drove us in like a wolf into a hen house. They won't see us there next time

Terrible! The whole place is dirty everywhere, not to mention that it is hard to find. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Worst restaurant experience of my life.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the shop opposite Madame Tussauds. Considering its location near such an iconic international spot, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I was let down. I ordered a burger, nuggets, and fries, but almost everything was a disaster. The burger was of terrible quality, and the nuggets were simply pathetic. The chicken leg fries were so oily and tasteless that we couldn't even finish them. The only decent thing we had was the ice cream. It's shocking that a place in such a prime location could serve such subpar food. I definitely won't be coming back.

Never eat at this place, they are there to scam you! The prices that you see in the menu will be doubled when you go to pay because they charge "40% more for the service" (of course, it's written in fine print somewhere in the corner of the menu where nobody can see it). We ended up paying more than 100 pounds for total garbage. Shameless people trying to get advantage of tourists

Worst place I’ve been at, fries where cold and the fish was disgusting

Went here after a visit to Madame Tussauds. Wasn't expecting anything special, as prices seemed quite reasonable. However the food was abysmal. Cheese and ham panini was a stale toasted French stick with little ham. Kids pizza was inedible (hard & a bit of a twang to the taste), & the jacket potato with cheese and beans, looked like it had been microwaved & left for 30 mins (dried melted cheese & no bean juice). I would not recommend at all sadly, you pay for what you get!

Average pizza, ok coffee, average atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my experience with the panini was not entirely positive. The panini contained whole blocks of ham, which didn't enhance the flavor. Additionally, there was a strange odor in the restaurant, affecting the overall dining experience. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite the friendly service, I can only give it 2 stars due to the disappointing dishes and unpleasant odor.

I went in for breakfast, it’s a pretty old fashioned place in a way with some classic features when maybe it was still run by the old Metropolitan Railway. The place seemed like it needs an overhaul and update. The menu is not very desirable and could do with a complete overhaul. I asked for two eggs, beans and hash browns which they made up for me, even know there was no indication from the menu you could do that. Served on a nice hot plate which is a good touch. When my food came with the tea, strangely the tea pot moved on its own twice and the milk did the same once. Either there is a poltergeist or it’s to do with heat friction or maybe even the tube trains from Baker Street station! Who knows!! It’s an okay restaurant for the simple stuff, felt like a proper old greasy-spoon. But I feel the place could be totally rearranged, with a more old worldly approach.

A scam, exaggerated price for the amount of food they offer, they charge you for anything and also the atmosphere is very bad, without a doubt a shame.

Canteen food... service is even worse than the food. Telling customers they are closed at 5.30, refusing to sell even drinks......

I stopped by today for a meal while I waited for my appointment time to get into Madame Tussauds. I had a bad experience. They look short staffed, I ordered for traditional fish and chips. The food came, the fish was very dry and there was only 10 pieces of chips on my plate. The toilet was very dirty. I will never be returning there.

Waitress-If you are from a different country don't even bother entering, the waitress is rude and racist. Doesn't seem to be interested to serve anyone except white skin. Good food but not good quality. Reasonable prices until they add a 12.5% ​​service charge when they practically do their job (I'm a waitress). I had a full English and was the smallest full English I've ever had 1 sausage(wasn't Cumberland as described) 1 bacon, extra £1 for scrambled egg was tasteless few beans and some mushrooms which were ok and slightly burnt toast £11, my wife had mini full English which if we would of know mine was a mini full English and my little 1 had cheese toastie which had such a small amount of cheese in it pretty much soaked in to the bread and that was burnt too and all 3 came out pretty cold, the tea and ice coffee were ok

Great location, next to a main attraction. Really big cups of coffee, generous breakfast, reasonable prices. Nice staff and atmosphere. Great dessert selection.

Though this place serves great food and has a very comfortable atmosphere, the staff are very unorganised. When leaving a staff member that spoke broken english said something about free kinder eggs to us. When we took two and they already have been eaten they said we had to pay for them which took quite a bit of time.

2x bacon sausage hashbrown roll, bacon roll and some drinks came to about £45. Service was very slow! Asked for 2 hash, got 8 dripping in oil @ £8! Food was cold. Price breakdown didn't match the menu prices.

My son and I were made to feel soooo welcome! Coffee was so good I got a take out to have when left. Food was delicious! We will call in on every trip to London now! Family owned gem!!

For those thinking of eating at this restaurant, please don't. In a group of 4 people eating different dishes, 3 people got food poisoning. It was from the meals served in this restaurant, because the symptoms started just three hours after the meal, which ended our remaining stay in London.

I've had a large black coffee (3.50£) here with a vegan chocolate pudding (5.99£) and it was delicious and filling. I give 4☆ because the lower part of this café shop urgently needs an AC - extreme lack of air so that's the only minus. Staff were pleasant and kind.

DONT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars I would give zero stars. This is the first review I‘ve ever written (I usually despise these kinds of reviews) but this place is a huge ripoff, even for London standards! I paid 17 pounds for a „burger“, a handful of fries and a can of coke (the can of coke was 5 pounds!!). The patty of the burger was chewy and seemed like something out of Kitchen Nightmares. The bun was soggy and drenched in fat and the fries were soft and tasteless. Never have I experienced anything like this in my life, especially at this price. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Arrived early to Madame Tussaud’s so thought we’ll have some food beforehand. Went in and were not disappointed. Decent food and quite a big variety for a small place. We all (8 people) had different stuff and all looked and tasted good. Initially I found it expensive but then it was for 8 and in London on the doorstep of Madame Tussaud’s so if you work out it’s very reasonably priced. The only thing bothered me slightly that the lady on the shop floor was somewhat overly eager and nice. Definitely go back again if I’m around.

I went to Madame tuassauds with my mom, and we came half an hour early, and had nothing to do, so came here as it was near by. We came inside, staff were friendly and kind. We had a margherita pizza for £8.99p for 6 slices. It was delicious. Absolutely amazing!! I also had a hot chocolate, however, it was highly expensive yet really sweet. But overall, the pizza and services was amazing. Highly reccomend if prices were lower and the hot choco was properly mixed, I'd give it a 5star! :) ✨

Lovely staff who are very friendly and welcoming. We were seated upstairs because one of our party has mobility issues. Very good value and tasty food. Excellent stop after a visit to Madame Tussauds.

Great food, prompt friendly service. Recommend the pizza and special of veg lasagne, & milk shake (made with ice cream). Perfect after Mme Tussauds. No longer self service due to covid, but lovely spacious seating area downstairs (or outside on pavement).

All I can say is stay away from this place. It's a rip off. You Have to pay a £2.50 service charge. For very rude and unhelpful staff. We were a party of 6. So we paid £7.50 services charge. What a rip off. You pay for bad service. What a joke

This was a lovely find. The service is friendly, the food and drinks are delicious. The pizzas we ordered were completely made to order, no imported dough, all made by hand. The mocha was far better than any of the chain coffee shops. And the prices are very reasonable. All in all a wonderful family run restaurant. Thank you

Well, overall it is ok. + Great location + Hot food which is suitable for kids + quick service (fronm in till out less than 40 mins) + Real Italian beer and gelatto - Quality of food isn't worth 4 stars. - Not cheap - A bit confusing type of restaurant (take a tray, choose food but not necessary you take it straight away, find your table). Overall if you are in the rush and want to feed yourself or kids with something better then crisps that place is what you are looking for.

Friendly helpful staff. Pouring with rain and we didn't have time to venture far from baker street station so we gave this place a go and we were quite satified with our visit.

Dicen que es menú y luego te lo cobran todo separado y te sale muy caro, con eso me compro yo una mariscada en España. Además la comida tampoco es nada del otro mundo pero sirve por sí te aburres en el madame toussands y esta lloviendo.

The worst food I have ever eaten.... the lasagne looked safe but was the consistency of glue. To add insult to injury my wife started vomiting and had diarrhea about 24 hours after eating there. It took me about 30 hours to start with the diarrhea and stomach cramps. Do not eat here you have been warned.

Normal price quality ratio. Dirty 90s restroom.

Slechste wat ik ooit gegeten heb, voedselvergiftiging aan over gehouden! Eten wordt opgewarmt in de magnetron en dan nog is het eten koud. Je betaald er de jackpot voor, totaal je geld niet waard!
