Great, came from Manchester for a day out, 4 of us and our dog, I saw the reviews online and drove here for breakfast before heading into Prestatyn, perfect all fresh and good portions, the doggy breakfast was spot on he was happy. Can't fault it thanks.

This is a great little cafe. Prices are quite reasonable and food (mini breakfast) was cooked well and was tasty. Lovely location next to the Abbey. We sat outside and it was pleasant in the garden.

Nice cafe with a good range of snacks, food and drink. Prices are reasonable. Staff were friendly courteous and helpful. Seating both inside and out in nice surroundings.

Only had coffee but really nice place especially in the sun

Ordered coffee & sandwiches… but the people behind me in the queue got their coffee before me… and the kids waited 2 full laps of the sun before they got their sarnies and were begging off other families for food whilst waiting 😭

Rude Management, slow service, and terrible coffee. We've been coming to Greenfield Valley for years and never been to the cafe; probably for the best.

We call in here every time we come to Wales, after we've been to my parents grave, always cheers me up, such a warm welcome, we bring our little who also receives a warm welcome. I thing it's an amazing place, just wish we lived neared , and no 100 mile round trip, but always enjoy our visits , thank you

We always call in on our visit to the Greenfield Heritage Park if it's open. A coffee & a round of toast goes down well after visiting the Railway Museum along the walkway.

Had bake house breakfast. Lovely food. Good quality sausage and bacon. We sat outside today but although quite small inside you can take your dogs in and its a nice place. Pleasant staff aswell.

We had lunch here last week the food is amazing however the staff do not engage they were not friendly and hardly smiled , they really made us feel that we were an inconvenience will think twice about coming back.

A hidden gem. Park in the car park on the main road and walk up (you can’t drive up like Google Maps suggests)? Good selection. Happy to do most things as a gluten free option. Nice selection and friendly staff.

I had intended to start the North Wales Pilgrims Way early, but as I passed the Bake House the smell of bacon cooking drew me in and it didn’t disappoint. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, the sausages tasted great but the black pudding was terrific. It set me up for the days walk. 😋

We've been coming to the Bakehouse since it first opened. One of the friendliest places around. If you have special dietary requirements they are very helpful in suggesting options (and there are plenty!). Dogs are welcome here too which is great after a walk around the Valley.

Lovely place to come for a cuppa, a sweet treat, breakfast, lunch or Sunday roast. Lots on the menu for a small place and good quality. Something for grown ups, children and even dogs. Good portions and very reasonably priced. Helpful and friendly staff. Great place 👌🏾

Beautiful surroundings in the Greenfield Valley Park and next to the Basingwerk Abbey ruins. This restaurant and cafe provides chef quality food. We have had breakfasts, lunch and last Sunday a fantastic Sunday Roast. It's dog friendly and the staff are lovely. Reasonable price considering the quality.

What a lovely little gem of a Cafe, ideal for fairly priced lunchtime snacks and some lovely meal options carefully freshly prepared not just the bacon baps type of food but you can get that to,and a proper coffee machine too. We alway get a warm welcome, and it is dog friendly.

Had to leave a review as it’s such a lovely place! We ordered the “full bark” and puppuccino from the doggy menu which was well received! The creamy mushrooms and spinach on toast which I will definitely be back for, the vegan breakfast and the Cajun chicken and chipotle sandwich. All food was made fresh to order but still came out within 15-20 minutes and was absolutely lovely. Staff were really kind and friendly and the atmosphere was great. Will be a new favourite spot of ours when we come to Wales. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Highly recommended. Great tasting food and Covid guidelines are in place (they even have hand sanitiser on the table!). Would definitely eat here again
