Nice and old place with wood tables .

Been to these place with my friends Saturday night ordered mint sisha which was good but Love 66 it was miserable no smoke 💨 at all even asked multiple time to bar staff to have a look and make it better and smoke more rather than fixing it staff he was just arguing with us saying love 66 is the best sisha they sells in his Bar . And he inhale sisha tried there wasn’t enough smoke coming out we could clearly see he told it’s how it is . I have tried love 66 many times different place sisha lounges bar across uk but didn’t experience this bad Worst place ever visited don’t recommend anyone to these place if you are in Plymouth The place fells away from uk 🇬🇧 Rude unprofessional bar man guys you gotta learn how to speak to costumer rather than making an argument Felt very uncomfortable 😣 left the place early couldn’t stay more than 30 minutes.

Great place to eat, great food, enjoyable hosts

I've been to many shisha lounges across the uk and this one is by far my favorite. The vibe is always chill and the owner is very friendly. They also offer good drinks and great pizza. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Shisha is made out of literally dried fruittttttt. Just literally dried fruit (no tobacco) in a head and coal directly on it. I think if you think that such shisha is normal you either don’t smoke or drunk. They put the “fruit” in al-fakher boxes to make it seem like legit tobacco when it’s not. Horrible place.

What a rubbish place! I came to town to visit some family and decided to give this place a try as the other one closed at 11. Upon entry it and seeing the place it looked like a shed, spend some money and make the place presentable! Despite this we choose Cuban mojito and pink lemonade for our flavour. Once the shisha came it tasted of coal! I asked the lady server if they can fix it and she goes “it tastes like that” once I asked how does she know what it tastes like without trying it? She got confused and went to ask the guy what I said. Couple of minutes later she comes back and says he won’t change the head, again whilst I said I don’t want a new flavour but for them to fix it she again just said that’s how it tastes. So we decided to fix it ourselves by blowing out the coal etc. The guy then comes and explains that this is what happens when you mix flavours ( never happened to any places I regularly visit in Bristol, Birmingham and Cardiff)but apparently it’s a thing here). Getting a lecture about favours from a guy who can’t make shisha himself. He was butt hurt about the complaint and rather than actually sort out the problem he was more concerned about not doing any extra work. Definitely avoid and go to the other shisha place.

Wonderful place, very chilled and relaxing. Five stars for the customer service! Very kind and friendly people! Also cheap prices!! Highly recommend.

Me and friends decided to come here as a last minute decision, however it was a great one. Staff were more than accommodating and we were served really quickly. The overall layout of the shop is really interesting and I can see myself coming back here more often. Loved the music and the overall vibe was immaculate.

It was Amazing place and a relaxing day out

I popped in for shisha, coming from Bristol with my wife. Was my wife's birthday the chef surprised her with cake and wished her happy birthday. We was so delighted with a huge surprise. Thank you Babylon plymouth highley recommended Radu was a fantastic host.

Shisha was amazing and the location was beautiful. Looks like a log cabin in the middle of a city. We had 4 shisha's for 2 people. Dont regret.

Such an underrated place. Excellent food, good vibes and Good sheesha. Prices are the cheapest I’ve seen around the country for places like this.

I visited recently and can honestly say that this place looks nothing like the photos on google. It’s dark, smelly & really tacky. The layout of the cafe and high wooden beams means you’re cut off from the staff - service is therefore really bad because the staff can’t see you and you can’t see them to call them over. They don’t accept card. We ordered the £18 “special” Shisha which was an absolute joke and the flavour burnt out within 15 mins. The food menu wasn’t great. Please don’t waste your money.

Worst place in plymouth, stay away from it. They make prices up as they go along. One day the shisha is £20 and the same thing couple days later is £40. The man who runs the place initially seems like a nice bloke but is a very fake person. Tv is also streamed through a mobile device with foreign language and with voices out of sync. As a student in plymouth, i would highly recommend going to camel lounge for better customer service. Visit at your own risk!!!

Went up to relax after a big meal, the gent serving was so courteous and polite offering personal music selection or anything we wanted. I love great service and I loved it here.

The customer service at this place is incredible! The staff is very friendly and very hospitable. The shisha flavours are very delicious! We had the Babylon cocktail and it went very well with both shishas that we had. Very nicely spent Saturday evening.
