Deep pan pizza was not deep pan. Taste was ok but was just as deep as a normal pizza.

Wouldn’t order again. Mixed pakora was reheated and greasy. Chips pale and greasy and chilli sauce sent instead of barbecue. Pitta bread, chicken tikka and dinner meat were eatable.

Food was freezing. Pakora was inedible. Really gutted as usual pretty good.

My food hasn’t been delivered, waited over an hour and the shop is only at the end of the street.

No sauce no salad which was asked for also after almost 2 hour wait you would have thought it would have been correct

Advertised 45-50 mins delivery. Then time shown as 1.5hrs once ordered and arrived after 2hrs 35mins. Food cold. Pizza overcooked.

Ordered from Babylon this evening- a Monday. Ordered at 17:52. Order confirmed to be delivered by 18:40. Called the shop at 18:50 who apologised and informed me the food was leaving the shop and would be delivered ASAP. At 19:15 I called the shop again and complained our food still hadn't arrived. Was informed b "We told you last time the food was on its way" Within 5 minutes of this call, the food arrived. Pizza was freezing cold, pakora was burnt, dry and cold and the chips cold and soggy. Very unhappy with the food and the service. Will certainly not order again, have requested a refund through just eat.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Estimated delivery time jumped up when I placed the order. Called the restaurant after an hour and a half to be told it would be another 20 minutes... 45 minutes after that I’ve called again only to be apologised to and told that it shouldn’t be long. 2 hours and 40 minutes later food finally arrived with measly portion size, wrong sauces and my note to the restaurant completely ignored.

Food arrived over an hour late so in total took two and half hours, when food eventually did arrive the pizza was burnt. Called the restaurant to find out how long the food would be to be told to be patient they only have three people working. Restaurant service and quality went right down hill

Ordered here many times before food always good tonight it took over a hour over the time it was pre booked for. Food had heat in it, missing few items but couldn't be bothered calling restaurant as it would take even longer to get here. Called up twice to see where my order was young lad on the phone was very polite and understanding and could only apologise for the wait. Would definitely give it another try!

Was absolutely gutted about the wait time tonight. Under stable that places can be busy. Ordered at 6.15pm and food wasn’t delivered until 8.50pm. Here’s hoping more drivers become available for next time. Place was apologetic and professional.

The pizza was over done and luke warm. we never recieved one of our cans of juice and I was ment to get pulled pork burger but it was chicken instead not too pleased with our order !

My order wasn’t only an hour late. They also gave me the wrong food. I tried to phone to get the right food I was told no. Then got a very rude call from who I presume is the owner to try tell me it my fault I have the wrong food?? I should just know the extra stuff my food comes with even tho these extras aren’t mentioned when ordering.

Food arrived one hour late, total of two hours since making order. I had to contact restaurant for update on how much longer my delivery would be. Delivery driver did not apologise or acknowledge the wait for delivery. Food arrived hot, but pizza was so badly burned it was hard around the edges (completely inedible) , chips were dry and tasteless, must have been reheated. Worst meal I have ever received using the Just Eat App!

The food was over and hour late, nearly two hours after ordering then the driver starting arguing saying that our postcode was wrong (it wasn’t). The food was also cold, probably because it was late!!!

Pizza was really good, my daughter got a kids cheese burger meal and ate the lot! She said it was the best burger she had tried! Garlic bread was also good. Will definitely be ordering from here again

Food was terrible pakora tasteless & soggy , garlic Nan had no garlic on it & just tasted like dry bread.

Ordered the kids a meal which was kids pizza and chips and a juice only to discover the kids meals don't come with chips anymore yet clearly states on menu very disappointed as I had to order chips from another shop

To start the food was cold and the chicken nuggets were supposed to be chicken popcorn which was also cold. Not to mention it was over an hour late. Will not be ordering from again. The service was shocking and when we phoned to ask where it was after it said it was “delivered” it wasn’t even ready to leave the shop yet. Dissappointed

Chips went bin as my kids do not eat and had to put pizza in oven to heat up for my kids When spoke to the delivery man said nothing he could do they are back log and shop sending him out with 3 or more orders at once that why is cold

Foods great no complaints, but over 2 hours for a delivery means I won’t order again sitting watching Europa Final with my son and waiting for our dinner called twice, 1st time told next delivery out once driver is back, called back 45 mins later told it had left 5mins ago turned up another 25 mins later and told by driver they didn’t say come to you first, at least she was honest! Like I say foods great but tell your customers if it’s going to be 2 hours for a delivery not an 1hour 20mins late of the estimated delivery time that was 45mins after the order was made. Still charged full price when it showed up to so no customer care at all so I won’t be back

Calzone was half the size than I received when ordered on Ubereats last week. Chips were cold and delivery was extended from an hour to an hour and 25 mins- unacceptable

Now this is a hidden gem!! The burgers are amazein this is the second delivery we have had and will most deffo be a weekly dinner in our house!! Even our wee delivery boy was happy and very plesant so 5 stars to him to!! 100% recommended!

Disappointed - expected delivery time 1 hour, waited 2 hours and 20 minutes. When I phoned to check on delivery, I was told it was ‘on way’. When I phoned again, 30 minutes later, I was told it was ‘on way’. Food was ok, but not very warm by the time it arrived. I will be going elsewhere in future.

Burnt pakora with corn in it and greasy, the kebab had pieces of hard old meat obviously been sitting for a while. The whole meal was so disappointing and just couldn't eat it. Lesson learned.

Tuesday evening shouldnt be busy for an order, ordered at 2028 and due 930 which I thought was long, call up to be told 10mins it be here. Then arrives 1hour 30mins later. Usually shocking from Babylon. Chance after chance they have been given!!!!!!!!!

Food is good however always late with no courtesy call. Annoying waiting 1hour when other local places deliver quick. Have more drivers and this will avoid people waiting over an hour for pizza that takes 5-7mins to cook!

I totally understand the current situation but I order at 5.43pm got told my order would be here at 6.35pm which was fine...didn’t actually turn up until 7.46pm pitta bread was rock hard and everything was cold and we didn’t get the juice we order- plus side delivery driver was brand new!

Very late, ordered hour in advance and missing items. Shop would not receive calls so didnt know what was happening. Was in the middle if contacting Just Eat to cancel when it arrived. No way of getting missing items

I was waiting outside at another establishment when I seen the man from Babylon coming out and taking a roll of the kebab meat from the boot of his car and taking it in the shop. Should this meat not be refrigerated in transit and never mind the temperature control, how long was it in there and what about basic food hygiene. Me and the family had used them a few times until I witnessed this but will not be back, it kinda explains the standard of the food we were getting when we did eat there.
